The service was outstanding. It was the best hospitality I have ever experienced at any Accommodation. The sashimi of Seki horse mackerel, Bungo beef, and local chicken were all delicious. I was able to relax in the open-air bath while gazing at the beautiful starry sky. I would definitely like to stay here again.

On the day of my stay, I decided on a whim, got the Accommodation’s approval, and arrived after 8:00 p.m. When I told a man at the front desk that I was heading to a nearby izakaya for dinner, he cheerfully said, “Then please take this,” and gave me drink coupons for the place, lent me an umbrella, and even showed me a shortcut—always with a smile. It really put me at ease. The private bath was available until 11:00 p.m., so even though I arrived late I could relax and enjoy it. I also appreciated having a beer vending machine in the building. The property is old, but clean in an unpretentious way. The Room, futon bedding, and amenities all felt safe and comfortable to use. The other guests also seemed very considerate. Breakfast was great too—the main dish (grilled pork? hot pot?) went perfectly with rice and egg over rice. These days it’s rare, but everyone on staff I met appeared to be Japanese—maybe just by chance? Everyone provided such wonderful service that more than made up for the age of the building, and it was very comfortable throughout my stay. To be honest (and no offense meant), I only made a Reservation because there happened to be availability and didn’t expect much—maybe that’s why it felt even better. Next time I’d like to visit with dinner included. Thank you very much.

It may sound a bit exaggerated, but it felt like going back to my family home—catching up on how things have been lately and, if the mood struck, stopping by places I was recommended. Meals were unpretentious, and bathing felt just like soaking in our own tub at home. I was able to truly relax.

I’d been wanting to stay here, and I truly enjoyed it in great spirits. It was a calm and happy stay. The books in the Room were wonderful, too! I was also very pleased with the various perks at Moegi no Mura!

I previously stayed here with my 4-year-old daughter, and while I was a little nervous about our first trip with a young child, we had a wonderful time—delicious meals and a clean Room, and we were very satisfied throughout our stay. This time, my husband was able to join us. The meals were different from last time but just as delicious as ever, and since we chose the largest Room, my daughter was thrilled. What made me especially happy was that the washing area in the women’s bath has been expanded! All of the staff were very kind, and we had a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again as a family.

This was our third year and third stay here. Whenever we visit Okinawa each year, our Accommodation on Kouri Island is always Felice Villa Suite—no other choice. The staff’s service, hospitality, and Room quality are all perfect, making this a villa you can enjoy from check-in onward even with children. Also, the washer and dryer are separate units and very powerful, so staying at Felice for one night in the middle of the trip lets us get all our laundry done quickly—something we truly appreciate when traveling with kids. The nearest convenience store and supermarket are a bit of a drive away, but it’s no problem if you stop by before check-in. There are also many restaurants about 5–10 minutes away by car, so it’s not inconvenient at all. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were well stocked, and I was genuinely surprised to see there were so many varieties of Orion beer! The popular Junglia is also easy to reach—about 20 minutes by car—and we were able to finally visit as planned last year. We’ll be back again next year. Thank you as always!

From the moment I arrive, I’m always deeply moved by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in is extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My requests made in advance were fully accommodated, and everything about the room setup and housekeeping was flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I’m always grateful to the housekeeping team. The spa reception staff also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s quick and polished support was a great help. The limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exceptional and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to return again. Everything is truly perfect—this is a wonderful hotel that leaves me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay here again.

I’d been wanting to visit the Zushi–Hayama area for a long time, and this was a hotel I’d had my eye on. We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and you kindly arranged champagne in our ocean-view room along with a beautiful flower arrangement and other thoughtful touches—he was absolutely delighted. You also informed us about the spa in advance, so we quickly prepared swimsuits and were able to use it. The water temperature was very comfortable, and drinks were provided as well, which made it a wonderful escape from everyday life. We requested dinner from 5:00 p.m., and while watching the sunset we were able to relax and truly enjoy the meal, feeling the chef’s passion in every dish. The service staff were also gentle and courteous, creating such a pleasant atmosphere. We slept soundly at night, woke up refreshed in the morning, and even a walk along the shore felt great. We ordered breakfast via room service and had a leisurely morning. My husband praised everything as beyond what he had imagined, and he already wants to stay again. Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality. If I had to mention one small point, I felt the TV might be positioned a bit low.

During our trip to explore Kumano, we stayed at Aoki Shima no Yado Kumano Bettei Nakanoshima. What impressed us first was how smoothly everything was handled from the moment we arrived. At the parking area by the port waiting lounge, we simply gave our name and a staff member guided our car for us, and we were able to complete check-in right there in the lounge. The sea viewed from the port was exactly as the inn’s name suggests—truly an “azure sea.” We were moved by its beauty as soon as we arrived. As explained in advance, it takes about five minutes to reach the property by private boat from the port. Even this short boat ride felt like a special touch that made it wonderfully out of the ordinary. Throughout our stay, what stood out most was the high level of hospitality from all staff members. Everyone seemed well trained, and their service was both polite and naturally warm. With the Kumano Kodo registered as a World Heritage site, it seems visitors come from all over the world, and it was impressive to see how confidently and appropriately they assisted international guests as well. What I had been looking forward to most on this trip was the open-air bath. Just as rumored, it’s an incredibly open and relaxing rotenburo with sweeping ocean views right in front of you. From 3:00 p.m., we took our time enjoying the hot springs while listening to the sound of waves—an indulgent experience indeed. Since the men’s and women’s baths alternate daily, we also enjoyed the other open-air bath starting at 6:00 a.m. The hot spring in crisp morning air felt especially refreshing. The meals were also excellent—many delicious dishes making great use of local ingredients—allowing us to fully enjoy flavors unique to Kumano. The staff member assigned to our table provided attentive service throughout, so we could relax and enjoy every moment of dinner. It takes about five hours by car from our home, so it isn’t easy for us to visit often—but even so, this is a wonderful place where we would love to stay again. This trip combined sightseeing at Seiganto-ji Temple, shrines in Kumano, Nachi Falls, and our stay on Nakanoshima into one truly memorable journey. We are grateful for the beautiful sea views, outstanding open-air baths, delicious cuisine—and above all—for everyone’s heartfelt hospitality. If you’re considering a trip to the Kumano area, I highly recommend this property.

Once again, I was very satisfied with everything—the cuisine, the hospitality, and the Facility—and was able to relax. Last time, I mentioned that the meat dish at dinner was a bit fatty and that I would appreciate a leaner option, and you kindly changed it to filet. Also, last time at breakfast, the delicious dried horse mackerel was served near the end of the meal, which was a little disappointing; however, this time there was no such issue and I was extremely satisfied. The soba served as a late-night snack during bar time was also delicious. The only disappointment this time was the bad weather—everything else was perfect. (As always, I ended up drinking too much.) I would love to visit again to relax. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs and enjoys working here. We would definitely like to stay again.

This Accommodation has become more upscale in recent years and is now a bit of a splurge for me, so I visited this time to take advantage of a great deal. As always, the Onsen was wonderful, the meals were delicious, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also happy that you remembered my various requests from previous stays. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality again—I’d love to visit again when I find another opportunity.

I visited Shiobara Onsen with my 84-year-old mother from Taiwan on a family trip. The inn is quiet and cozy, with only 11 rooms. Thanks to the staff’s warm hospitality, my mother felt at ease throughout our stay. Dinner was a kaiseki meal made with seasonal ingredients, and this time we chose the rare soft-shelled turtle course. I was surprised when they even served soft-shelled turtle blood, but it became a memorable food experience unique to traveling. The hot springs are 100% free-flowing from the source. We stayed in the “Izumo” room, a spacious guest room overlooking the Hoki River, with both an open-air bath and an indoor bath. The two private reservable baths were also large and beautiful, and what impressed me most was that my mother could enjoy the hot springs without worrying about others. The scenery, cuisine, hot springs, and hospitality were all wonderful—an unforgettable set of memories with my mother.

It was my first mother-and-daughter trip in a long time with my daughter who lives in Tokyo. From the moment we left our luggage before check-in, the staff were wonderful. When I checked in and looked hot, a male staff member quickly brought me a cold wet towel. The staff we passed in the hallway, the staff who offered welcome drinks in the first-floor lobby, and the pregnant female staff member who guided us at breakfast (I wonder if she has started her maternity leave?)—everyone was so kind. The breakfast was delicious no matter what we chose, and the kitchen staff were also truly pleasant. We were completely satisfied with everything. The Room was clean and showed great taste. We rested comfortably. Perhaps because it’s not a large property, it was very quiet and relaxing. The beautifully arranged fresh flowers at the entrance were also wonderful. It became a truly enjoyable trip to Kyoto. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I love Okinawa and visit more than once a year with my child. I’ve stayed at most hotels there, and this is the kind of hotel that feels like a sensory breakthrough from the moment you step inside. Among hotels in Okinawa in the same class, it may be the best in both service and facilities. The airport transfers to and from Naha Airport were both in an Alphard. On the way back, our female driver (a foreign national) provided an especially comfortable ride. Arriving at the lobby after dozing off on the way, we were greeted by a breathtaking view—enjoying a welcome drink while looking out over the beautiful sea. From our room as well, we had an uninterrupted view of blue skies and an emerald-green ocean. The private pool is also an infinity pool, so it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. There were floats for both adults and children. For dinner, we chose sushi kaiseki on the first night and French on the second. Wanting to relax in our room with our child, we asked to switch the sushi kaiseki to room service; they set it up side by side facing the window so we could enjoy it while watching the sunset—it was absolutely delicious. The presentation showed great craftsmanship, with exceptional freshness and flavor! For French dinner, we were shown to a private room as well, where we could unwind comfortably on a sofa while dining. It’s said to be ranked No. 1 on Ikkyu as a “gourmet destination,” and I completely agree—beautiful French cuisine that truly highlights each ingredient’s natural taste. Even at luxury hotels there are often many “kids’ menu” options, but here they wonderfully adapted it into a full-course children’s meal; my child usually leaves food behind but finished everything. I don’t drink alcohol, but the lounge offered Okinawan spirits and beer along with bite-sized savory snacks and sweets that paired well—everything tasted great. They were also very kind to my child throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel I want to return to!

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

From the moment we entered the entrance, the welcoming color scheme and lighting made us feel at ease. We were promptly shown to our Room, and we loved both the Room and the bath. At dinner time, what surprised us even more was that the head chef personally visited each table to greet guests, explain the dishes, and even show us the actual ingredients—our conversation really flowed. The attention to detail in every ingredient and every dish was uncompromising, and we were truly moved again and again. Breakfast was just as carefully prepared; there were no shortcuts. The head chef personally shaved bonito flakes, and it was clear they put great effort into sourcing ingredients. We liked it so much that we made a Reservation for our next stay during this visit.

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. It was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The appliances and furniture were high quality, and we could really feel the attention to detail. The pool was also very clean—we spent lots of time enjoying it, and our child was thrilled! Our whole family had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to stay again!
