We used a 4-person Room with three people. All the front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was spacious, so we had a comfortable stay. We also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, but since there was no changing area, we weren’t sure where to change. We’re not particularly shy, but it would be nice to have something like a curtain for privacy. Other than that, we were satisfied.

I have stayed here several times. When checking in at the Hotel, I was assisted by a male and a female staff member. Both were very kind and made me feel at ease. When we arrived at our Room, we couldn’t remove the key, so we thought it might be broken and contacted the front desk. The male staff member came very quickly to help us. It turned out to be our mistake, but he kindly and politely showed us how to use the key properly. It was a great help. The female staff member also kindly explained where the parking lot was. When we left, she even came outside to see us off. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely like to stay again.

I was able to spend a relaxing time at this incredibly tranquil property. The hospitality of all the staff was excellent, and I was convinced of its long-standing reputation. Both the onsen and meals were wonderful!

It was a very homey accommodation! Some of the amenities felt a bit dated (the desk lamp in the closet was not functional), but the breakfast was delicious, the garden had a wonderful tropical vibe, and I was able to relax! Thank you.

We stayed as a family of four. We chose this accommodation because the sea is beautiful and close, it’s a standalone house with a washer and dryer, and there’s a kitchen where we could prepare breakfast. In the mornings and evenings, we swam in the sea, while during the day we enjoyed cycling around the island or visiting local attractions like Okashi Goten by car. The facility is new, just 30 seconds to the beach, and within walking distance to Sora Hashi roadside station and a burger shop, making our stay enjoyable. Since it’s surrounded by nature, geckos and spiders are present; those uncomfortable with insects might find this house challenging. Having plastic wrap or small plastic bags would have been convenient. Thank you very much!

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend's family! We were 3 adults and 3 children. At check-in, it would have been nice to have insect repellent at the entrance. Some items we wished for: a quick floor wiper, toilet cleaning set, a net to remove bugs or debris from the pool, extra outdoor chairs for BBQs, various sizes of plastic bags, shelves in the bathroom and rooms to place small items. A cleaning robot was available but having something handy for quick hair or dust cleanup would be great. It would also be helpful to have cleaning supplies like detergent for quick toilet cleanups. The dryer stops working after several uses unless you clean the filter. It would be helpful if we could receive detailed information about kitchen supplies via email before our stay. We brought our own food for BBQs but additional chairs and tables would make it easier to place food and sit comfortably while eating. There were insect repellents and mosquito coils provided but having a fly swatter as well would be useful. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads available! The extra supply of toilet paper was also great! Since we stayed with friends, having separate bedrooms was ideal. Overall cleanliness and stylish design were impressive! The building itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere—just a few more thoughtful touches in service could make this place perfect! As someone who pays attention to details (being a homemaker), I feel enhancing comfort here could elevate this already wonderful space into an exceptional one—especially since it's such a special trip destination! However, bugs are quite noticeable here; addressing this issue might help improve overall satisfaction significantly!

The Room was excellent, and the drink service was satisfying. However, possibly due to the rain, the bathroom sink drained slowly, and check-in was difficult and took a considerable amount of time.

The building is an old traditional house, but the interior is new and offers a comfortable space. The surrounding environment is also excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Kyoto.

I stayed here two years ago as well. All the staff are very friendly, making this a comfortable Hotel. The breakfast is entirely homemade, generous, and delicious. There is also a Super Marunaka nearby with a great selection of Tokushima souvenirs. There are plenty of convenient options in the area, including a ramen shop, gas station, and drugstore. Wakimachi Interchange is also close by, which is very convenient. I’ll be back again! Thank you very much.

I had not made a reservation in advance, but it would have been better if there were more available units. Additionally, I would have appreciated guidance on the nearest parking lot. Other than that, I was satisfied.

A 4.5-minute walk from Toranomon Hills, and within walking distance of Toranomon Station, Uchisaiwaicho Station, and Shimbashi Station. As soon as you enter, there is a 160 cm-wide bed, which felt a bit tight at first. However, since I had requested a high floor, the view was great. Also, Reviews mentioned there was no chair, so I requested one as well—and they placed a chair in the Room as requested, which was very helpful. Thank you. There is space under the bed to store an open suitcase, so you can use the Room more efficiently. The ceiling is slightly high; it’s small, but once you get used to it, it doesn’t feel too cramped. All amenities were DHC—from cleansing oil and face wash to hair milk—and they felt great to use. The hair dryer was Panasonic. The toilet, sink area, and bathtub were separate—and the bathroom with a washing area was larger than expected! I was able to soak in the tub and relax. If I had to ask for more, having a wash basin and bath stool would make it perfect. I’d also be happier if the pajamas were two-piece rather than a one-piece dress style. There was a water pitcher in the in-room refrigerator; it seems you can fill it with water next to the front desk on the first floor and bring it back to your Room. The mugs are ceramic and the cups are glass—nice that they’re not paper cups. The front desk staff were pleasant—and everyone looked very polished… One disappointment: I noticed an unpleasant raw smell from the pillow. The next day I asked for a replacement due to how strong it was, but that one smelled too—so I suspect it may have been an odor from feather pillows. This was my first time being bothered by pillow odor at a Hotel—maybe it was just me? Also, the blackout curtains weren’t very effective; morning sunlight made the Room bright early on and woke me up sooner than expected. Be especially careful with Rooms that have windows above your head. Other than that, although compact, this is a new and very convenient Hotel—so I recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere close to Toranomon Hills or Shimbashi. By the way, nearby Toranomon Hills has restaurants and cafes serving breakfast from around 7:00 AM (approx.), which is also recommended for a relaxed morning.

This was my second stay here on a business trip to Niihama. On weekdays, dinner is free, and the beef short rib rice bowl this time was incredibly delicious! They served a generous portion of rice, so I wondered if I could finish it, but I did. You can choose your preferred shampoo, there are carbonated bath tablets available, you can rent a tabletop mirror, and there’s also a freezer—being able to freeze my ice packs this summer was a huge help. Great value for money—I'd love to stay again.

I stayed one night at “Niko,” tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Since there are few Hotels in Koganei City, I always choose “Niko” whenever I visit. There isn’t a bed, but you can sleep soundly on the fluffy futon. Highly recommended.

I made a Reservation because it’s a Business Hotel where three people can stay in one Room. The Room was larger and cleaner than I expected, and it was very quiet with hardly any noise, which was great. We pushed the twin beds together and three adults slept comfortably without feeling cramped. The Simmons mattress was very comfortable (the firmness was just right), so we slept soundly. Above all, having the toilet and bath separate was truly wonderful. The bath was surprisingly larger than my bathroom at home. I could fill it up and enjoy a relaxing soak. Thanks to this great Hotel, we had a fun three-day weekend. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a twin Room, and I wish it had been a bit more spacious. Other than that, I was able to spend my time comfortably, so it was good.

Stayed for 5 days. The front desk staff provided excellent service. While the building and facilities are admittedly old, and there was a noticeable odor upon entering the room, the outstanding hospitality of the staff more than made up for it.

Thank you for hosting us for one night. We had dinner at Shikitei, the soba izakaya on the first floor, and every dish was delicious. We were able to relax in the spacious tatami seating area. The Hotel is connected to the restaurant, so we could take it easy after our meal without going outside. Breakfast was generous as well, and we appreciated being able to choose from milk, fruit juice, or vegetable juice. We would love to stay again.
