While visiting Toyohashi for two days on business, I originally planned to sleep in my car, but decided I couldn’t handle the heat and made a same-day Reservation instead. I knew it was an older Hotel, but it was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely kind. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a bidet toilet in the Room—but combined with how close it was to where I needed to go, I was able to relax comfortably. I didn’t go out much, but the station is nearby and there are convenience stores and other shops close by as well, so the location is hard to beat. If I have the same opportunity again, I’ll stay here again.

The room is opened with a traditional key and is somewhat dark. If the lighting in the unit bath were a bit brighter, it would have been perfect for me personally. For just watching a live show and sleeping, the location near the station is convenient with plenty of dining options like Hidakaya and others, as well as convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, so there’s nothing to worry about.

The Hotel itself is quite old, and the Room also felt dated—but even for me as a Gen G, it somehow made me smile. It had a nostalgic feel and was a very relaxing place. Even the bath in the Room felt homey and calming. It was a bit chilly so I couldn’t swim in the sea, but since there’s a beach, I think it would be really enjoyable during summer vacation season. Also, breakfast portions were very large—possibly too much for women or children. I regret not asking for a smaller portion before it was served to avoid wasting food. Everyone was very kind, and unlike many modern Hotels that are all-inclusive and can feel busy or noisy with “this and that,” it was wonderfully peaceful. I’d love to come back during swimming season. From what I researched, there aren’t any shops nearby within easy walking distance, but the shop inside the Hotel was open until 10:00 PM, which was very helpful.

Only children aged 20 and under stayed with you. We expected to check in after 11:00 PM, so we chose this Hotel partly because it is close to the station and you can walk there along a main road the whole way. At check-in, the Hotel properly called a parent/guardian to confirm, and they also took safety into consideration for our Room, which made us feel at ease. The next day the kids were going to Disney; Urayasu is just two stops away by train, and even taking a taxi from there is quick. Highly recommended.

We stayed here with four coworkers. There were restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The Room was also clean.

The location is excellent, with great access just steps from the station. The Room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay.

It was nice to see that Japanese-style dishes were included in the breakfast, which used to be only Western-style. Also, there was a large sign indicating non-alcoholic wine, but it turned out to be real wine with alcohol. I drank it by mistake as they were placed in the same area, so I will be more careful.

This was my first time staying at the accommodation. With Christmas approaching, a luxurious tree was displayed at the entrance, which lifted my spirits. I brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, and the front desk kindly kept it for me during check-in. Later in the evening, they delivered it to our room at our preferred timing. Plates, cutlery, a lighter for candles, and even a full bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel were perfectly chilled in an ice bucket—everything was impeccably prepared! I was deeply moved by this level of perfection. When I asked if I could keep using the plates and cutlery for breakfast the next morning, they provided new ones instead—such thoughtful service left me even more impressed. Even late at night, staff members delivered everything with warm smiles; I am truly grateful to them. Although an upgrade wasn’t possible due to weekend crowds, they kindly changed our room to one with a view of Tokyo Tower. The courteous service from all front desk staff gave me peace of mind—truly what you’d expect from The Westin Hotel! It’s definitely an accommodation that makes you want to return again. My friend celebrating their birthday was also delighted—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Thank you very much!

The service was courteous, the Facility was new, and it offered great value for the price. The vending machine selection is a matter of preference, but it would be even better if you could stock at least one type of sports drink (for hangover prevention).

The Room was very clean and spacious, so I was able to relax. It felt like there wasn’t quite enough lighting, and the back of the Room was a bit dark, but I still had a very comfortable stay. I arrived a little late for check-in, but they called me and handled everything kindly. Thank you!

A very retro Showa-era Hotel! It’s well cleaned. The male staff are calm and pleasant, but the female front desk staff came across as a bit harsh and condescending, so 4 stars. For meals, you can get refills of three mini rolls! It’s a little awkward to ask for more (lol). It was worth the price, and I’m glad I could stay at a low cost.

The room was spacious enough to fit one double bed and two sets of double futons, and the kitchen was clean, so we were able to relax comfortably. The only issue was a very strong odor coming from the drain near the washbasin or washing machine, which bothered us.

A very simple and comfortable Hotel. Free services such as laundry and breakfast. We stayed as a group of three, and there were properly three beds available. Stayed for two nights without any issues. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. This is my second stay, and I am very satisfied with the front desk service, just like last time. I appreciated being informed that amenities not available in the room are located next to the front desk. I also used the parking lot during both stays, and the guidance to the parking spaces was smooth. I will use this accommodation again next time.

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!

I stayed again about a month after my previous visit. This time, the Room was in better condition than the previous one, but the Wi-Fi reception was not very good. Having gotten used to it from my last stay, I managed to make myself comfortable. The breakfast menu remained the same as before, but it was delicious. Most of my tasks during this visit to Nishinasuno were completed, but there are still some unfinished matters. I am considering staying again soon. Thank you in advance for your hospitality.

The Room was a good size and felt clean, which was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included skincare items such as facial lotion. The price offered great value for money, and I’d like to stay again.
