I was finally able to visit “Ura-Kusatsu Tou,” a place I’d been curious about for a long time. Located in the Ura-Kusatsu area, just a short distance from the bustle of Yubatake, the moment you step inside you’ll find a beautifully curated space where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. Every corner of the Accommodation is picture-perfect. From interiors accented with traditional crafts to warm, inviting lighting, you can feel the attention to detail throughout. It was an Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—perfect for an adults-only getaway. Relax from the core with “Jizo Gensen” The greatest highlight here is, of course, the Onsen fed by “Jizo Gensen.” Among Kusatsu’s many hot spring sources, “Jizo-no-Yu” is said to be rare due to its low output. Its gentle feel on the skin and subtle milky hue were wonderfully soothing, and I could truly relax from deep within. Not only in the large public bath but throughout the building, there are thoughtful touches that create a sense of gentle “sway,” making it feel as if everyday fatigue simply melts away. Dinner and breakfast were served in a serene dining space. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious enough to make you happy with each bite. Breakfast also felt luxurious: colorful small plates lined up alongside freshly cooked rice. An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy both the Onsen and the cuisine—I left completely satisfied in both heart and stomach. The Room was spotless and comfortable—functional yet designed with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness; thanks to their courteous service, my stay was pleasant from start to finish. It had been some time since my last visit to Kusatsu Onsen, but this trip helped me rediscover its charm all over again. This wonderful Accommodation lets you experience both the excellence of Jizo Gensen and modern comfort at once—somewhere I would love to return again.

Due to an urgent matter, I couldn’t make it in time for check-in, and when you called, you handled it very politely. The Room was simple but very clean, with warm tones that made it feel welcoming. Since I booked a Plan without meals, I’d like to make a Reservation with a meal-included Plan the next time I visit Osaka.

We stayed for a one-night, two-day getaway as a couple. Travel memories are shaped by many things—weather, delicious food, scenery—but also by the connections you make along the way. On the day we arrived, we walked over 20,000 steps in humid weather before reaching the Hotel. The front desk staff’s warm smile was wonderful. We were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable evening. Of course, breakfast was great too. Thank you! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

I stayed at Laforet Hakone Gora Yunosumika Aya Wing. Both the Room and the Onsen were wonderful, and I enjoyed bathing many times. The meals were also very delicious. However, since you need to move from the annex to the main building for dining, I think it would be better to have a covered walkway so guests don’t get wet in the rain. Overall, I received satisfying service. The system of purchasing amenities may be good for the environment, but considering the price, I think they should be provided in the Room.

I stayed for one night during summer vacation to meet friends in Nagoya. The Hotel is located just outside the Shinkansen ticket gates, so there was no trouble finding restaurants or souvenir shops. The building was quiet, and the Facilities were well maintained, making my stay very comfortable. What I especially appreciated was that there were stairs in front of the elevators, which I could use during busy times. If I have another chance to stay overnight in Nagoya, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Stayed for 2 nights. Despite a significant delay in check-in due to transportation issues, the staff provided courteous assistance. It rained during the stay, but umbrellas were available for borrowing. The breakfast and lounge area was excellent. The design was appealing, there were books available, and the daily-changing breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, making it highly satisfactory.

I stay here once a year when MEET THE BEAT! is held. Free parking and within walking distance of the station, yet reasonably priced. The Room had also been renovated and was very clean. I will stay here again next year. Thank you.

An open location along a park facing the sea. The twin rooms offer an ocean view, while the single rooms have a land-side view overlooking a warehouse district, which is not bad. Considering the price, meals and room amenities are reasonable, and having a large public bath is wonderful. It's within walking distance to EAS (iias), so shopping and dining are convenient, making it very comfortable for a cozy stay.

This was our first trip with three cousins. Since each of us had different things we wanted to do and we planned to eat dinner out, we chose this Hotel. The exterior and front desk feel a bit dated, but once we entered the Room, it had been renovated and was very comfortable. We were on a high floor, and while looking out at the ocean from the balcony, we spotted a sea turtle—so lucky! We had breakfast at the buffet in the neighboring Hotel, and it was excellent. Amazing value for money.

The Room had just been renovated and the interior was lovely. Although the bathroom and toilet space was small, there was a mini sofa in the Room, which was convenient. Above all, the woman at the front desk was kind and left a very positive impression. The area is full of construction, and even the nearest station entrance has been closed, so Akasaka has changed a lot. However, getting around Tokyo was very convenient with access to the Chiyoda Line and Ginza Line. Roppongi is also within walking distance. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

My spouse and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a No Meals Included plan. The building itself felt a bit dated in places, but the interior and our Room were well cleaned, so it felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. We chose a “discounted” Room that was priced lower than usual. We were told this was because it is on the first floor facing a toll road, but in reality we barely noticed any traffic noise and were able to relax in peace. In that sense, it exceeded our expectations in a good way. Another major highlight was having a Japanese-style tatami room. Being able to stretch out on the tatami, relax, or lie down was very comfortable, and it was impressive how we could unwind like at home even though it’s a Hotel. There was also a convenience store nearby, which made quick shopping easy. The beach is within walking distance as well, so the location is great for enjoying an easy seaside stroll. Overall, it was an excellent value-for-money stay and we were very satisfied.

Thanks to an early-booking deal, we were able to stay in a newly renovated Room on the 10th floor, so we enjoyed a luxury Hotel feel at Business Hotel prices. The bed was spacious and there was also a dining table. There were two sinks—one separate vanity and another bowl sink in the unit—which was very convenient for the two of us (my sister and me). For breakfast we chose the Japanese set meal; everything, including the small side dishes, was delicious, and we could relax while looking out over the Shinano River. From how lively the restaurant and lobby were, it felt like a long-established Hotel loved by locals. The only downside is that there are limited spaces in the underground parking lot, and even including outdoor parking it is often used by non-guests as well, so depending on your arrival time you may have trouble finding an available spot.

First of all, thank you to the front desk staff for your courteous service from check-in onward. I carefully checked the weather forecast and decided there would be no snowfall, then hurriedly planned a trip to my beloved Hida Takayama and Okuhida. After leisurely enjoying the old town streets, I headed to the Accommodation and arrived around dusk—only to see white flakes falling from the sky. In the end, it worked out perfectly. The early-morning Onsen was a stunning open-air bath with snow viewing and a softly lit winter landscape. With no wind, I was able to enjoy a quiet moment all to myself and Clear away my daily fatigue and stress. The indoor bath also had a lovely interior and atmosphere, was beautifully cleaned, and I enjoyed a full hour—completely satisfied. The Yakult drink service in the post-bath lounge was another thoughtful touch; I ended up having three. Breakfast afterward was outstanding for someone who loves Japanese food—I had three large bowls of rice first thing in the morning. Hoba miso, “tsukemono steak,” kombu rolls, simmered ganmodoki, steamed vegetables, miso soup with fried tofu… And as if that weren’t enough, I even finished off some special curry rice. Now I’m slightly nervous about my next regular checkup with my hemoglobin A1c likely going up… On the way home I did some light exercise by strolling around Takayama again: Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the Takayama Festival Float Exhibition Hall, Hiroshige’s baumkuchen shop, a cat café, and more. This is an Accommodation I’d like to visit again anytime in any season—and one I truly hope to stay at again. Next time I’d love to try dinner as well. When I noticed the interior (tatami flooring?), it felt familiar—then I realized it’s part of the same group as Hida Hanazato no Yu Takayama Ouan. Once again, it struck me as a wonderful concept: clean and beautifully Japanese in style. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The free shuttle bus from Narita Airport was very convenient. We had planned to have dinner at Narita Airport, but choosing the Hotel buffet was the right decision. There was steak as well, and it was very tender and delicious—our grandchild loved it too. The dessert selection was also plentiful and enjoyable. The front desk staff were courteous and kindly provided helpful information. We could see airplanes from our Room, which everyone enjoyed. Having the bath and toilet in one space gave us pause, but the bathtub was relatively deep and spacious, so we could soak up to our shoulders comfortably. Given the location, there were many international guests, but most were Western visitors who observed good manners, so we were able to spend a quiet stay. Thank you very much.

A smoking Room was available, so I stayed here. The Accommodation was very clean. I was impressed that the ice machine had plenty of containers stocked. When I travel by Shinkansen, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a private cottage with an exclusive dog run! The cottage was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable.\nDinner was catered in the Room, but there were no drink services, so we went to a convenience store in the evening to buy some. We strongly felt it was necessary to bring our own items in advance.\nThe reception was far from the Room, and the guidance felt a bit rough, so we rated it 4 stars. However, we were very satisfied with the Room and found the hinoki bath soothing. We will stay again!

I have been staying here during my summer trips home since the year before last. The Room is spacious and the amenities are more than sufficient, and above all, the breakfast is excellent. There is a wide variety of dishes, all of them delicious, so my children were very satisfied as well. Having a coin laundry nearby was also very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram stop from Hiroshima Station, making check-in quick and easy. The next day, I took a bus to the zoo, and since the hotel is directly connected to the bus center, it was very convenient. Sogo department store is right next door, and there’s a convenience store nearby as well. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also just a short walk away. It’s an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

All staff were courteous and greeted us with warm smiles. In the spacious lobby, kimono obi sashes were laid over the sofas, creating an elegant Hokuriku atmosphere. The open-air bath was wonderful, with naturally flowing Onsen water, and I could soak while feeling grateful for nature’s gifts. However, horseflies (Orolro) may come at times, so I used the insect spray provided. Extra caution is needed during the hot season from late July onward. On the way to the open-air bath, I was surprised to see Onsen water bubbling up from the wall and flowing down. The large public bath’s hinoki cypress tub was pleasantly lukewarm—so comfortable that I could have stayed in it forever. Being able to enjoy an Onsen that has flowed continuously for 400 years while taking in unchanged natural scenery truly felt like a luxurious moment.
