This accommodation is highly recommended for a multiple night stay. One night is simply not enough. There are plenty of experiences to enjoy, such as cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, gathering herbs on the property, watching movies with a projector, reading books available in the room, grinding and brewing your own coffee beans, and sitting by the campfire. During this visit, I stayed for one night and felt reluctant to leave. I promised my friends that we would definitely come back again. The open space with high ceilings and large windows was incredibly pleasant. Next time, I plan to stay longer to enjoy drawing, knitting, reading books, relaxing in the sauna, or taking walks. This is the perfect place to escape from the busyness of city life and take time to reconnect with yourself—highly recommended!

In conclusion, this Accommodation offered outstanding value for money! I had made separate one-night Reservations for different Rooms, but when availability opened up, I was able to stay in the same Room for two nights. I chose the Deluxe Japanese-style Room, and upgrading was definitely the right decision. The first thing I did after arriving was head straight to the Onsen. The water quality was incredible—silky and pleasantly smooth—and it genuinely felt like it left my skin refreshed. The washing area is spacious, and the indoor bath is more than large enough. The open-air bath is a bit smaller, but the water was so clean and soothing that it didn’t matter at all. I would happily come back just for this Onsen. The meals were also excellent. Although it’s a buffet, it wasn’t the typical “hotel buffet” with mass-produced dishes. Instead, each item felt carefully prepared. There aren’t countless options, but both the taste and quality were more than satisfying. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights, and the initial plated dish (separate from the buffet) featured different ingredients on each day—both were delicious. Some buffet items also changed on day two, so I never felt bored even with dinner twice in a row. The wood-fired pizza was especially good—I ended up eating too much on both days. Honestly, if you ate this dinner every day you’d definitely gain weight (in a good way). It was nothing like an ordinary hotel buffet that simply reheats frozen food. Breakfast was just as good. The view from the Room was amazing as well, which made me even happier that I chose the Deluxe Japanese-style Room. By luck I was on the top floor (5th floor), with a full view of Happo-One Ski Resort—including the ski jump—so it felt fantastic. I honestly think this Accommodation has one of the best vantage points in the area in terms of seeing over the entire resort and how close it feels to the mountains. Switching to two nights in this Deluxe Japanese-style Room was absolutely worth it. If you’re unsure which side to choose, I highly recommend a ski-resort-facing Room. The Accommodation itself may be somewhat older, but there wasn’t a single place where it felt old (or dirty). If anything, it feels very clean throughout. Even my window had been thoroughly cleaned, so I could enjoy their proud ski-resort view through spotless glass. All staff members were kind and welcoming with genuine smiles, which made my stay even better. I would absolutely like to stay here again.

I was able to enjoy the private room without being bothered at all by footsteps or voices, so I’d like to stay again and recommend it to my friends.

I had such a wonderful stay before, and since it sounded like more Rooms would be added soon, I made a last-minute Reservation before that happened. What was different this time is that an admission ticket to Hotelli Salo was included. It seems their baths may be members-only? I thought I might try it if it was included, but it turns out it’s not included with every Plan and is offered as an optional add-on. Since I can’t use the sauna, I’m completely satisfied with the Onsen at the Accommodation! Bath time can be reserved in one-hour slots until the next day; on the following day it’s separated by gender, and because there aren’t many Rooms on weekdays, you can relax and enjoy it quietly. The water is an artificial Onsen, but it has a lovely atmosphere—if you’re staying in Ueda, this is the place. I was happy to have the same Room as last time, and since it was just before summer, the terrace felt wonderful. You can see updates throughout the service, and you really feel how much they care about guests. They took care of me so pleasantly until the very end—this is an Accommodation I truly love and appreciate. After the expansion, it sounds like they will specialize in No Meals Included stays, but there are plenty of places to eat and shops nearby.

I believe this was my third or fourth stay. The property is clean, has a hot spring, and even the single rooms are spacious, so it’s much more comfortable than the major business hotel chains. It’s also convenient to have separate slippers for in-room use and for around the building. The room design is simple but thoughtfully done, and it feels like a waste to stay for only one night. Next time, I’d like to visit the bakery as well. Whenever I have business near Nagai City, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night as a solo guest. This Accommodation offers an Onsen-focused experience, with a spacious Room featuring a free-flowing Onsen bath, plus access to the Onsen at the nearby roadside station. Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes local dishes such as noppe-jiru. It’s popular and Reservations may be hard to secure, but I’d love to stay again.

We made a Reservation for a family trip. We chose this place because we have fond memories of staying at Nibukawa Onsen with our family about 40 years ago. The Onsen water was silky and very relaxing. The meals were delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. The Room was spacious and clean. Everyone at the Hotel was kind and attentive, making our stay truly pleasant. We would love to stay again when we have the chance.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with a total of six people: our family and our grandchild’s family (including our 2-year-old grandchild). Since we booked five months in advance, we were able to plan within a budget we were happy with. The room was spacious enough. It was on the mountain side, but we could still see the ocean, and being on the 6th floor meant the view was great. Our grandchild really enjoyed the game corner, kids’ space, and Halloween decorations, and although it was also my husband’s 70th birthday celebration, it turned into a wonderful trip for everyone. Above all, the meals were excellent. There was a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes—sea bream and octopus sashimi, steamed sea bream, beef shabu-shabu—and everything was truly delicious. Everyone was very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were very kind, and the dining staff in particular were so warm and helpful—we really appreciated it while traveling with a young child. Thank you very much! This was actually my second stay here, and I would love to visit again.

It was about a 5-minute walk uphill from Shinagawa Station, and being so close to the station was very convenient. The lobby was incredibly spacious, open, stylish, and wonderful—and the front desk was located in the center, which I had never seen in a hotel before. Because the property is so large, it was quite a walk to reach our room, but I was happy that the staff accommodated my request for a higher-floor room. The room was well cleaned, and we enjoyed a pleasant stay with a great view from the balcony. Perhaps due to inbound tourism, most of the guests were international travelers. I’m glad we were able to stay at such a lovely hotel at a very reasonable price.\nBreakfast at Zakuro on B1 was delicious, but it was disappointing that we didn’t have time to relax and enjoy it.\nNext time, I’d love to stay again with my family on a special occasion and take our time.\nThank you very much.

Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful time. Ahead of my daughter’s overseas trip, we stayed here before her departure. This was our second stay, and once again we were able to spend a very comfortable time. As my birthday was coming up, when we entered the Room there was an adorable towel cake and a gift of sweets prepared for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected, heartwarming surprise. Taking photos with my daughter around the towel cake also became one of the lovely memories of this trip. Through your thoughtful, understated kindness, we could really feel your warm hospitality toward us as guests, and it made us very happy. Once again we had a pleasant stay, and it reaffirmed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision. I sincerely appreciate the attentive care shown by all the staff. We would love to stay again.

We were satisfied with everything—the views, the hot springs, and the meals. Even though we arrived late due to holiday traffic, the staff kindly accommodated us, which was very helpful. At night, outside noise can be easy to hear, so if you have trouble falling asleep, we recommend bringing earplugs. On the plus side, the sound of bell crickets was pleasantly soothing.

Ever since my first visit before summer, I’ve been completely hooked and have returned several times. This time, I invited my family. We took a bus from a different stop than usual, so we arrived a little later than planned, but we were still able to follow almost the same schedule as always and were very satisfied. The room is compact, but it was just right for two of us (my mother and me). We spent most of our time at the hot springs and hardly came back to the room except to sleep. Since there was a smoker in our group, we booked two rooms. It was convenient not having to go to the designated smoking area, and those of us who don’t smoke could stay comfortably without worrying about any smell—my family appreciated that. As others have mentioned, the property is large and has an older layout, so you do end up walking quite a bit. But as long as you’re able to walk, it’s not an issue—if anything, walking more just means you can enjoy even more food. I personally love this kind of layout because it feels like an adventure. As always, everything we ate was delicious. My family especially loved the purple sweet potato tart. The evening hula dance show was spectacular; I’m always captivated by the dancers’ wonderful smiles. Every time I visit I seem to make at least one mistake and cause trouble for the staff, but everyone is consistently kind and helpful, which makes me feel at ease staying here. This time as well, I accidentally selected the wrong gender option when booking and needed my loungewear exchanged; they handled it cheerfully. Thank you very much. My family enjoyed it too, and once again it turned into a wonderful trip. With travel subsidies starting up again, reservations filled quickly and I couldn’t book for autumn… which is very disappointing—but I’ll be back in winter, and I’m really looking forward to it.

We stayed during the summer vacation period. There were many families with children, and the pool was crowded, but we still enjoyed it. As other Reviews mention, the in-house Facilities are undeniably dated, but everything felt clean and it was a pleasant stay. There may not be many power outlets. The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, so the Room felt warm. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, but it exceeded them—the open-kitchen omelets were delicious, and I especially liked the chilled yuzu ramen. For those who enjoy a drink in the morning, there was also wine available, so I think you can relax. If you’re looking to have fun nearby with access to a pool included, this is a good option. We would like to stay again.

This was our second stay in a Club Room, and just like last time, both the Room and the lounge were very comfortable, making it an enjoyable trip. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Hokkaido. It was also great that we could check in smoothly using the QR code sent in advance.

I stayed here because the trains stopped due to a typhoon and I couldn’t get home. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also clean. In the lounge on the first floor, tea and coffee were available, and in the morning I was able to have three small breads. For this price, I think it offers excellent value for money. However, my one complaint is about the amenities: cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and lotion had to be poured from large bottles into disposable small dishes at a table next to the front desk and then taken back to the room. There were no cotton pads, and since you have to leave your room with a key card, it was impossible to carry four dishes at once. I wish they at least had lids so they could be stacked.

The Room was comfortable and easy to relax in. The shower had decent water pressure even on a high floor, which was great. There was a welcome drink, and the breakfast was higher quality than typical Hotel buffets—everything was delicious. There aren’t many places to eat nearby, such as restaurants or izakayas, but there is a Lawson convenience store close by.

We stayed with our dog as a family of four. The surrounding environment was wonderful, and with the hot springs available we were able to relax and unwind. Communication with the staff in advance regarding our dog’s size was pleasant and smooth, and both our dog and our family were very satisfied. The lobby and dining areas had a great resort atmosphere, and we really felt like we were at a well-established mountain resort in Japan. One small disappointment was the dining experience: the food provided overall was very delicious, and the dining hall atmosphere was excellent, but for some reason once we sat down it felt more like a food court, so I didn’t feel I could fully appreciate how good the food was. Perhaps it was the tables and chairs, or maybe the tray setup. That said, the meal itself was very tasty and we were satisfied. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The kids were thrilled with the pool, karaoke, table tennis, and the huge selection of manga! Adults were just as happy with the sauna, drinks, and the Onsen! All Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Mr. T. kindly accommodated our requests during karaoke on the second day and carefully explained the details of our Room, which made us truly happy. I’m sorry I couldn’t thank you properly when we left. This is an Itoen we definitely want to visit again!
