I stayed here with my mother for a one-night, two-day trip. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but when we arrived, the staff were very kind, the Hotel was clean throughout, and the Room was stylish, spotless, and very pleasant. For me, the bed was soft and the pillow was just right—honestly the best I’ve had so far. The Hotel parking lot is small, but there were several paid parking lots within walking distance, which was convenient. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

I’d been keeping an eye on this place as a summer getaway I wanted to visit someday, and I finally made it this time. It happened to be a day when temperatures had dropped across the whole country, so I wondered if it might not feel much like a cool retreat—but it was cold enough to need a jacket. The air was incredibly fresh, and I took lots of deep breaths on the balcony. It truly felt amazing—I finally understood what people mean by “the air tastes delicious.” The Room was carefully prepared and very comfortable. And the meal served at the counter felt wonderfully luxurious; with the reassuring comfort of being able to go straight to bed afterward, even the drinks tasted better. The free drinks in the lobby were also great for relaxing while enjoying the view. The weather wasn’t perfect, but we could still gaze at the stars at night, and by morning we had a beautiful view of Mt. Ontake as well. It was a lovely place that I would definitely like to visit again.

It’s great that Hotel Mets is directly connected to Fukushima Station. The Room was more spacious than expected, offering excellent value for money.

All the staff were incredibly cheerful, which made for a very pleasant stay. The building feels a bit old, but it seems to be well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The baths are also clean. While I was using the large public bath, a staff member came by to check on things and even cleaned up what looked like fallen leaves. I stayed two nights with breakfast and dinner included, and there was such a wide variety of dishes that I never got bored—everything was delicious and very filling.

We stayed one night before climbing Mt. Tsukuba. It’s a little far from the cable car and ropeway stations, but that made it quiet and very comfortable. Although we arrived later than planned, they kindly adjusted the dinner time for us, and we enjoyed a delicious meal—my wife, who usually eats small portions, almost finished everything. We also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality and had a wonderful stay.

My stay brought back memories of when I lived in Miyako and took my son to the beach. At check-in, the staff kindly came with us to the stairs and showed us how to get to the large public bath and the dining area. During dinner, they checked in on us from time to time—asking, for example, whether we wanted them to remove the crispy rice from our kama-meshi—which we truly appreciated. Breakfast suited my husband and me perfectly, and everything was delicious. They recommended the squid shiokara, saying it was tasty—and it was outstanding. In addition, I felt there were many thoughtful ways to enjoy a stay here, with facilities such as the lounge, footbath, and rooftop terrace. It became a trip that reminded me of raising my sons while looking out at the sea and listening to the sound of the waves. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family, and it far exceeded our expectations—one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had in Japan. During our stay, when our child suddenly developed a fever, the staff responded quickly with flexible, warm, and attentive care. Thanks to their heartfelt support, we were able to relax and stay comfortable with peace of mind. We are truly grateful. The cuisine was outstanding—light and gentle on the body while fully bringing out the natural flavors of each ingredient. We have visited well-regarded food-focused inns such as renowned auberges on Yakushima, and this delivered an equally satisfying experience. In fact, it was so impressive that it even outshone the prestigious resort we visited the day before—the one known for its lion crest. We booked an entry-level room, but it was more than spacious enough and very comfortable thanks to its refined layout with no wasted space. The ocean-view jacuzzi on the terrace in particular felt wonderfully open and relaxing. (Please note: the sea directly in front of the hotel is not a location where you can simply walk in and swim/play right away, so those planning a trip centered around beach activities may want to keep this in mind.) We regularly visit many different styles of resorts both in Japan and abroad, but one night here felt far too short. It’s a place that makes us want to return every year—and ideally stay for several nights at a leisurely pace. When we visit Okinawa again, we will definitely return. The meals, hot springs, and open-air bath were all outstanding—this was a truly memorable ryokan experience. One suggestion for consideration is offering complimentary drinks during the stay, such as coffee. It would be appreciated to have free coffee available when there is some time before dinner after arrival, or after breakfast.

Late on a Friday in mid-September, my wife and I decided to spend the weekend at a quiet, rustic Onsen, so we searched on IKYU. We couldn’t go too far, so at first we looked into Kofu and Isawa along the Chuo Expressway. Then we found an Accommodation with photos of a stunning entrance—turns out it’s in Otsuki, a place we usually just pass by (sorry!). I hesitated for a moment after reading in a Review that there’s a narrow forest road on the way to the Accommodation (laugh), but I felt drawn to it and made a Reservation. After actually visiting—absolutely the right choice! It was exactly as I had imagined, and we were very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals. In particular, given its riverside mountain setting, the salt-grilled char was outstanding. The choice of ingredients that matched the location truly impressed me. It felt like an adults-only hideaway, and the staff’s thoughtful sense of distance—attentive without being intrusive—was wonderful. My wife and I are already talking about coming back in another season. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here to attend an away match for my favorite J1 League soccer team. It’s a new, clean hotel with spacious rooms, and I had a very comfortable stay. Namba is within walking distance, so the location is excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting August 19. According to the Hotel website, some parts of the Facility were affected by Typhoon No. 13, but we were able to spend our time with almost no inconvenience. The private beach, the restaurants (Piki, Anelia, and Premium BBQ), and the snorkeling tour—all exceeded our expectations. The beachside villa with an outdoor jacuzzi was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable! Relaxing at the beach café with a cold drink while gazing at the Yoron Blue sea was simply the best!! Above all, we were truly moved by the staff’s warm smiles and thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality. Just one small point: the refrigerator was only about what you’d find in a Business Hotel... Since the first floor had a full dining area and kitchen, we wished there had been at least a small household refrigerator. This was our first trip to Yoron Island. Thanks to Pricia Resort, we enjoyed an exceptional paradise stay. We will definitely return. Thank you very much.

At the entrance of the inn, you can enjoy drinkable hot spring water. The warm water, which has been flowing since ancient Roman times, was revered as “sacred water with healing powers.” Its energy and mineral-rich nutrients, nurtured by nature, are truly one of a kind. It feels like it supports not only your well-being but also your good fortune.

When we arrived and started taking photos, a staff member quickly came outside and offered to take pictures for us. We enjoyed the baths many times, and the meals were delicious. And then there was the evening lobby concert. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. We made great memories—thank you very much.

I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. I truly love this time spent forgetting daily noise—the sound of flowing Onsen water and birdsong brought exceptional comfort. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. I was completely satisfied with everything. Next time, I hope to return again sooner. Thank you very much!

The staff were very courteous. The Room was very clean. Despite the reasonable price, you can use the large public bath, and parking is free. Gotemba Premium Outlets are nearby, and access is excellent! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was very good!

I use this Hotel for business trips. I’m happy that the Room is spacious. If there’s availability, I almost always choose this Hotel. As an IKYU Diamond member, I also appreciate the 12:00 checkout time. I can also receive drinks such as canned beer, which makes me want to keep my Diamond status. From Tokyo Station, I take a bus—it’s just a short walk from the “Kameshimabashi” stop.

This was my first trip to Kumamoto, and I stayed here. What surprised me most was the front desk staff’s customer service—very polite, calm, and attentive without being pushy. It was on par with high-level Hotels in Tokyo—if anything, it felt even warmer and more comfortable. Specifically: the way they greeted us upon arrival, their thoughtfulness, and service tailored to each guest’s situation. (When we arrived in Kumamoto, it was raining heavily and we gave up sightseeing, so we reached the Hotel a bit early. Even then, they immediately brought us towels and helped us with the check-in process.) They also greeted us with smiles when we went out in the evening and in the morning. Their attentiveness at checkout as well. I truly felt they were professionals. Both the Room and the bath were completely satisfying. I would love to stay here again when I visit Kumamoto. Considering the Facility, amenities, and service, I felt it was exceptionally wonderful for this price—hard to find anything comparable. I would recommend it to others.

Our child was thrilled with the bunk bed and had a great time. The waffles at breakfast were delicious. We would love to stay again.

It was a Hotel I booked for my wife. She said the large public bath was spacious and relaxing. She also said the breakfast had a good variety, so it never got boring.
