This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The hotel and the room were both very clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling, which made me feel cheerful. The shuttle service to Kanazawa Station and the hotel’s dedicated lockers near the station were very convenient.

The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us for one night and two days. The room was clean, the bath was available anytime, and the staff were always smiling—making our stay extremely comfortable. The room size was more than enough for two people. The meals, generously made with local ingredients, were served properly—hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold—and everything was pleasantly seasoned, easy to eat, and delicious while still letting the natural flavors shine through. It was such a wonderful stay that I keep replaying the memories over and over! My only regret is that I meant to buy the delicious matcha pound cake as a souvenir but forgot. This trip to Izumo also celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary, and we would be happy if we have the chance to return again someday.

We chose this property because we wanted a room with a private bath and were also attracted by the lounge, and it exceeded our expectations. While waiting for the Shuttle Service to the station after check-out, they kindly offered cold drinks and showed thoughtful care in many ways, providing truly attentive hospitality. The meals were delicious, and the tableware was stylish—both the taste and presentation were very satisfying.

My spouse and I stayed for one night. It would have been even better if our Room had a sofa, but the bath was indoors and an Onsen, already filled for us. The staff member who guided us also provided a thorough and helpful explanation. The meals were wonderful both dinner and breakfast, and we truly felt pampered. Since we dined in a private room, we couldn’t eat while looking out at the sea, which was the only disappointment. We have stayed at many Hotels, but this had the best food of all. We happened to visit Shimonoseki this time and found this Hotel by chance, but next time we will travel specifically to stay here.

I visited Shiobara Onsen with my 84-year-old mother from Taiwan on a family trip. The inn is quiet and cozy, with only 11 rooms. Thanks to the staff’s warm hospitality, my mother felt at ease throughout our stay. Dinner was a kaiseki meal made with seasonal ingredients, and this time we chose the rare soft-shelled turtle course. I was surprised when they even served soft-shelled turtle blood, but it became a memorable food experience unique to traveling. The hot springs are 100% free-flowing from the source. We stayed in the “Izumo” room, a spacious guest room overlooking the Hoki River, with both an open-air bath and an indoor bath. The two private reservable baths were also large and beautiful, and what impressed me most was that my mother could enjoy the hot springs without worrying about others. The scenery, cuisine, hot springs, and hospitality were all wonderful—an unforgettable set of memories with my mother.

This was my second stay this year, and I’ve already made a Reservation for my next visit. Everything about this Accommodation is satisfying. I have a regular place in Fukushima where I’ve stayed more than 15 times in total, but this one surpassed it. I don’t usually read Reviews, but above all, the meals are outstanding—the head chef’s skill really shows, and I look forward to the delicious food every time. Most of all, the staff’s service is excellent. With only a small number of Rooms, it feels private and truly special. This time, when I mentioned that I wanted to eat peaches since we were in Fukushima, they kindly stopped by a peach shop even though they were busy. Thanks to that, I enjoyed a wonderful dessert and was very satisfied. This is the kind of Accommodation that makes you want to come back again.

All the staff were kind and helpful; the meals were outstanding, the Onsen was wonderful, and every aspect of the service showed thoughtful attention to detail—truly a lovely Accommodation.\nI also loved the tasteful selection of plants in the garden; the autumn berries added beautiful color, and I wanted to use it as inspiration for my own garden, so I took photos and used Google to find out the names of some of the trees.\nIn the morning, a varied tit even came by to visit, and I found myself soothed by this beautiful garden that never got boring no matter how long I looked at it.\nEverything was perfect from start to finish, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time.\nI’d love to visit again in a different season. The beautifully designed room was spotless and very relaxing. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the garden was a slow, soul-warming experience. The dishes were beautifully presented, with carefully prepared dashi that brought out the best of each ingredient. For breakfast, we enjoyed freshly cooked white rice made in a clay pot. Above all, the staff’s warm smiles and thoughtful hospitality left a lasting impression. We were welcomed and seen off with genuine care. It was an even more wonderful stay than we had imagined. The room rate is certainly not cheap, but it felt well worth the price and more. We would love to visit again.

Our group of 10 family members across three households stayed here. The Facility and amenities were well equipped, and the children especially spent all their time playing in the pool and jacuzzi. We had a very comfortable stay. The property was spotless, the room was well maintained, and the spacious bathroom with a sauna was very relaxing. The rice cooker, toaster, and coffee maker were all Balmuda appliances, which made everything easy to use. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The staff, the Room, and the meals were all excellent, and I was very satisfied. You can’t see an Okinawa-style coastline from the Hotel, but that was fine since I enjoyed it during the day. Considering the price, it’s a perfect 100/100! I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again when I visit Okinawa.

With its history as an Edo-period honjin and its dignified atmosphere, it felt like stepping into a beautiful, extraordinary world where time had stood still. What impressed me most was the French course meal made generously with local seasonal ingredients. Every dish was exquisite, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and because each course was carefully explained—along with the chef’s attention to detail and the story behind it—I was able to appreciate it even more deeply. The historic architectural beauty, refined cuisine, and warm hospitality came together in perfect harmony, making for an incomparable luxurious stay that truly satisfied both body and mind. I would love to return again in a different season.

The interior of the property and the room features a calm Japanese-modern design in greige tones, with impeccable taste in decor. It was exactly my kind of style, so I found myself simply gazing around and feeling soothed. The rooftop lounge offered an abundant selection of juices, alcoholic drinks, coffee, Atami’s famous sweets, and light snacks. I couldn’t believe I could choose so freely—can I really have any of these?—and I got genuinely excited. Sipping drinks, enjoying sweets, soaking in the foot bath… it was such a luxurious time taking in the views of Atami. The staff also maintained the perfect level of attentiveness—providing towels to dry our feet and preparing drinks—so considerate in every way. I’m truly grateful. What especially impressed me was the full-course dinner. Each dish was beautifully presented—not only a feast for the eyes—but also had deep flavors with sauces crafted down to the finest detail. I was genuinely moved. Even now, looking back at my photos brings back that lingering feeling: how beautiful it was and how delicious everything tasted. Everything—the room, the meals, and the hospitality—was perfect. It was a place where I could truly refresh from the heart. I feel fully recharged; I’ll do my best day by day and hope to return again someday. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. I stayed here for a live concert in Yokohama. This was the best Accommodation I stayed at this year. Everything was comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the staff for your kind and helpful service. I would love to stay here again.

The dining menu has switched to the autumn selection, and I went to try it right away. The chef’s signature black curry—my absolute favorite—was, as always, outstanding. Every dish on Oyama’s autumn menu was also superb, featuring carefully selected ingredients and masterful seasoning by the head chef. Next time, I’ll be back to enjoy the Italian autumn menu—I’m really looking forward to it.

I’d been wanting to visit the Zushi–Hayama area for a long time, and this was a hotel I’d had my eye on. We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and you kindly arranged champagne in our ocean-view room along with a beautiful flower arrangement and other thoughtful touches—he was absolutely delighted. You also informed us about the spa in advance, so we quickly prepared swimsuits and were able to use it. The water temperature was very comfortable, and drinks were provided as well, which made it a wonderful escape from everyday life. We requested dinner from 5:00 p.m., and while watching the sunset we were able to relax and truly enjoy the meal, feeling the chef’s passion in every dish. The service staff were also gentle and courteous, creating such a pleasant atmosphere. We slept soundly at night, woke up refreshed in the morning, and even a walk along the shore felt great. We ordered breakfast via room service and had a leisurely morning. My husband praised everything as beyond what he had imagined, and he already wants to stay again. Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality. If I had to mention one small point, I felt the TV might be positioned a bit low.
