Hotel Yunomoto

My spouse and I had some time off, so we made a spontaneous Reservation and stayed here.We arrived by car, and staff were waiting in front of the Hotel to guide us, so parking was smooth. They also carried our bags, and I was surprised by how courteous they were.The front desk staff were also polite and left a great impression. Because of that, we ended up booking a private Onsen.The staff on duty from evening through morning were very kind as well. They even showed us a rare video of a Japanese serow and shared lots of interesting stories about it, which made us very happy.The Onsen was extremely relaxing, and the breakfast staff were friendly too. We came to heal our bodies, but our hearts felt refreshed as well.We also had great weather at Gozaisho.Next time, I’d like to bring my mother too.Overall, it was such a pleasant Hotel and incredibly soothing. Thank you very much.

Even though I hadn’t requested the Shuttle Service, when I called the Accommodation they kindly said they would come pick me up right away, which I really appreciated. The driver was also very pleasant and friendly. The front desk staff were naturally welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that felt very comfortable. When I entered the Room and opened the sliding window, I was moved by the close-up view of fresh green maple leaves and the mountains. The views from both the private bath and the open-air bath were outstanding. It is also conveniently located close to the ropeway. I love traveling and stay at various Accommodations several times a year, but among them all, I think Hotel Yunomoto is truly exceptional. Thank you very much.
