  Highly recommended.

  Located near the arcade shopping street, it was a day of heavy rain, but we were able to get to our dining venue with hardly getting wet. We would love to stay again.

  Spacious and clean i...

  Spacious and clean interior facilities, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't use the Onsen. Overall, it was a satisfactory 2-night stay with no major complaints about the Hotel.

  Good.

  Overall, it felt clean and well-maintained. The Room was spacious and convenient for a double room. The card key-operated elevator added a sense of security. Breakfast included options like ramen, which made it enjoyable. The proximity to the bus terminal and large arcade street was very convenient.

  Friendly Hotel

  The staff at the Hotel were all kind and attentive. The Room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable stay. Above all, every employee interacted with thoughtful care from the guest's perspective, which brought a sense of relief. This alone eased the fatigue of travel and offered a relaxing experience. A Hotel with such gentle hospitality is truly reassuring.

  The noise level is very high.

  This has been my favorite hotel, where I have stayed more than 10 times over the past few years. However, recently, the noise has become unbearable, and I find it increasingly difficult to sleep. Loud noises like a bang against the wall or something akin to a flying kick wake me up abruptly, and there are continuous loud voices in the hallway—it’s quite noisy. (The noise was also terrible during my stay six months ago.) While it’s great that more guests are staying here, I strongly suggest implementing measures such as distributing multilingual notices about noise etiquette at check-in. I sincerely hope for effective noise control measures.
