  I always use this accommodation with no meals included when staying in Oita City. The location is great as it is in the middle of the downtown area. I use an affordable parking lot about a 5-minute walk away.

  The bathtub and sink in the room are covered in mold.

  The bathtub and sink were covered with an unprecedented amount of mold. How could the housekeeper not notice this?

We deeply apologize for the discomfort caused during your stay. The room in question was immediately cleaned, and we discussed the matter with the cleaning staff involved. Additionally, we spoke with all cleaning staff to review the current situation and address any issues. A checklist has been implemented to ensure double-checking during inspections.   Cannot relax.

  Good Points: When I mentioned at check-in that I had a reservation at a restaurant in town and was in a hurry, they responded very quickly by saying, "We can hold your luggage, and you can complete the procedures after you return." (A well-built man.) Minus: The room's refrigerator is incredibly noisy. There was a long hair in a very noticeable place on the edge of the bathtub. Although not related to the service, at the next day's property, I received a notice about the Kyushu Stays Point Campaign, and since it was exactly a 2-night stay with a 2000-point rebate, I inquired by phone the next day, but the response was curt. (A woman) Although it is clearly stated that "there may be times when we cannot inform you" and "retroactive application is not possible," I thought the way it was said was unfortunate. It is a good location for enjoying the city. I would like to stay again if there are improvements.
