It was a bit disappointing.

Due to the heavy rain in Chiba, the gas supply stopped for some reason, and hot water stopped coming out halfway through my bath. I washed my hair with cold water. Since I was already in the bath, I managed somehow, but the rest of my family only had cold water and bathed the next morning. When I called, they only said they were “checking,” and there was not a single word about it even at checkout. We couldn’t bathe from that night onward,\nand we had reserved three Rooms and all of them had the same issue. It was a Plan that included tickets for Mori no Yu, but because it was Obon we didn’t receive them. However, given there was trouble with no hot water, I think they could have at least provided the tickets.\nThe building is new and the Room was clean.\nAlso, unlike Doggy’s Island this is not a dog-only Accommodation, but there are Rooms where dogs can stay (5,500 yen per dog). Our Room was on the second floor, and since it was raining it was hard to manage our luggage. For dog amenities,\nthe only consumables were toilet pads and poop bags—and even then, most of the pee pads were small ones for small dogs.\nOther Hotels provide wet wipes and water for dogs as well, so this was a bit disappointing. You can borrow playing cards or games, but the person who brought them to us was unfriendly.\nWe didn’t eat here, but Mizuoto at Doggy’s Island was very delicious.\nI have stayed at Doggy’s Island many times before, and I would like to use this place again as well.
