The hospitality is excellent.
Opted for the second-highest room in this small luxury accommodation. The amenities, hinoki bath, hospitality from the front desk and dining staff were excellent. However, being located in the city center meant there were no windows, which felt a bit claustrophobic and made it hard to stay for long. If meals are not included at the accommodation, the price feels a bit high. The highest-ranked rooms seem to have open-air baths and might offer more satisfaction. I highly recommend enjoying their meat kaiseki cuisine for an overall fulfilling experience. The inclusion of a hinoki bath is truly wonderful!
