We had a wonderful time.
I stayed with lounge access. I’ve used lounges at various hotels before, but this one was the most comfortable and relaxing. The staff were attentive, and I was very satisfied. The large public bath was average. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Club Wing Junior Suite
The view from the balcony felt like an escape from everyday life. Everything was kept impeccably clean, and even though I expected only amenity and towel replenishment during our multi-night stay, they thoroughly vacuumed the room as well. Breakfast could be reserved in advance, so we were able to relax in the Club Lounge’s dedicated seating area. Every member of staff was kind and helpful. The large public bath was great, and the in-room bath was also very relaxing. The Club Lounge–exclusive infinity pool was wonderful too, but in mid-October it did feel a bit cold. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable three days.

A clean and comfortable hotel
We stayed for two nights on a family trip. The best part of this itinerary was being able to switch breakfast to lunch. On the last day, we enjoyed a relaxing family lunch, and my father and I had as much Orion beer as we wanted—we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and clean, and neither breakfast nor the front desk at check-out was crowded. The staff were all kind and helpful, and we’re very grateful. We’re already saying, “Let’s come back again!”

It was a very comfor...
It was a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and pleasant. The view of Ie Island and the blue ocean from the window while sitting on the sofa was amazing. The in-room bath was also very large, and it felt truly luxurious. In addition, the buffet dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with both the selection and the taste. We would love to come again.

Excellent.
This was our third stay, and every time we’re impressed by the comfortable atmosphere, the attentive hospitality of the staff, and the outstanding location. From the moment you arrive, the scenery, scent, and brightness feel unmistakably “Okinawa,” and just taking it in lifts your spirits. Check-in communication with the staff was smooth and simple, and we were promptly shown to our room. There are three elevators as well, so we hardly ever had to wait. The room was very spacious—our child happily ran around—and there didn’t seem to be any noise carrying to the next room (our parents were staying next door), so the building feels solidly constructed. The food selection is extensive—far more than you can try in one sitting—and everything is delicious and served at a good temperature. There are also plenty of kid-friendly options (curry, fried chicken, fruit, baby food, etc.). Our child especially loved the Calpis drink tap—turn it on and Calpis comes out. We also use Izakaya Curry every time; their Okinawan dishes are excellent, and they have private rooms so families can relax comfortably with children. (They only have table seating, so if your baby is very young you’ll likely need a stroller or to hold them.) The in-room bath is very large and easy to use with kids. There are also craft-making activities available from late afternoon onward, which is great when your children are too small to go out much or when the weather isn’t good. It’s close to Churaumi Aquarium and Bise Fukugi Tree Road as well, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. On our previous visit the shop was small and mostly carried Orion items only, which was a bit inconvenient—but it has expanded significantly since then. Now it offers not only Orion goods but also souvenirs, baby food and other children’s items, yachimun pottery products (and even a boutique), which made browsing really enjoyable. It’s a bit far from the airport, but truly an impeccable hotel overall. We would love to come again.

Park sightseeing tram

We were extremely satisfied!
Our 5-night, 6-day stay was very comfortable, and we were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner at a relaxed pace. The distance to Churaumi Aquarium was perfect for a nice walk. The stage events were wonderful, and since the performances are so good, we’d be even happier if they were held a bit more often. We’d love to visit again!

We stayed here for a girls’ trip with three people.
We stayed in the Club Wing Junior Suite in July. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Every space and every service was exceptional, with truly thoughtful hospitality throughout. When three of us stay together, we usually end up arguing over who uses the extra bed (laugh), but the extra bed here was a proper, comfortable bed, so we all got along and enjoyed our stay. As other reviews mention, since the breakfast venue is currently under renovation, breakfast was served in a busy buffet area. Even so, we were seated at a lovely table without any wait, and the food we ordered was excellent. Since returning home, we’ve been bragging about it and recommending it to everyone. This time we stayed for one night, but next time we’d like to stay for two nights or more.

It was a very comfortable stay.
We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a Reservation for a Junior Suite, but since there was availability on the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a higher-grade Room! The Room was very spacious, with large windows and a full ocean view—we were extremely satisfied. Breakfast was served in an exclusive area where we could dine at a relaxed pace, making for a calm and peaceful morning. The staff were also very courteous, and we truly felt the high quality of service. If we stay in this area again, we would definitely like to choose this Accommodation once more!

The meals are delicious!
Used for a 1-night, 2-day stay during Silver Week. Room: Stayed in the Ocean Kids Room. I was impressed by the size and cleanliness. Maybe because it’s a kids room, there were no power outlets where you’d want them, which was inconvenient. The interior felt like a typical business hotel, and I wondered whether the rooms above and below were also kids rooms… The sound of children jumping around on the floor echoed day and night. I was prepared for it from the Reviews, so it was as expected—just as people said. Amenities: Average. Comparable to a business hotel. Service: There’s distance in both a good and bad way. Also, at check-in they put our luggage on a cart, but after the procedures we were told to take it to the Room ourselves, which surprised me. When I tried to unload it, the doorman said, “Huh? We’ll take it,” and did bring it over—but what was that about? Onsen: Not used because there is an additional fee. Facility/Equipment: Very ordinary—no luxury beyond what you’d expect for the price. It feels like you’re paying for the location. Meals: They changed our breakfast to lunch for us. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was actually the best meal of this trip. Using just their dining is recommended. That said, I heard mornings are extremely crowded, so lunch or dinner might be better. Overall: We chose this Accommodation because we wanted to go to Churaumi Aquarium without using a car and because our kids wanted to stay in a kids room; however, as other Reviews mention, the Room felt like a slightly nicer business hotel. Don’t expect long-established hospitality like Alivila or Hilton. I don’t think we’ll stay again next time. If you base yourself at a nearby condominium-style place and use this property only for things like their lunch buffet, I highly recommend that!

Meals
The service at the restaurant "Curry" was poor, and the food itself was not good. I will never use it again. The breakfast buffet food was good, but it was too crowded and exhausting. The Hotel location was excellent because we could walk to Churaumi Aquarium. When we arrived at the Hotel by car, the staff response was extremely poor, and the directions from the parking lot to the Hotel lobby were hard to understand.

Family Trip
The Hotel pool is far away. You have to take two elevators to finally get there. Laundry is paid, 500 yen per load. Parking next to the Hotel is only for Club Suite guests; Economy guests can only use a distant parking area. Since it’s close to Churaumi Aquarium, I think it’s recommended for first-time travelers to Okinawa. For our family, Onna Village seems like a better fit.

The view was amazing.
We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days during a typhoon. Although we arrived later than planned, the staff handled everything courteously. The top-floor Room was very spacious and clean, and the ocean view from the window was beautiful. There were two complimentary drinks per person in the Room. We also received one welcome drink each day. For breakfast, we could join the waitlist by scanning a QR code, which was very convenient. It was crowded, but there was a wide variety of dishes, everything was delicious, and the seating felt spacious and comfortable. The Onsen had towels and amenities provided, so we could go without bringing anything. It was also helpful that we could check washing machine availability on the TV. Even while staying in due to the typhoon, they held DIY activities that children could enjoy, which was great. Overall it was an excellent stay, but one thing we noticed only after returning home: the original Orion goods that should have been included as an IKYU benefit were not provided... Since late check-out was arranged for us, I assume it may have simply been overlooked. I wish I had confirmed it on-site—this was the only disappointment.

We’re happy to offer a complimentary welcome drink service.
During my previous visit, it was right in the middle of COVID, so I enjoyed a quiet stay, and this time I had a wonderful time as well. The shower head in the bathroom featured micro fine bubbles, and there was a full lineup of new Nanoe Care appliances like the hair dryer. I was also happy that the drinks in the Room—beer and gin soda—were free. I can’t drink much alcohol, but I really appreciated that service. At breakfast, when I asked for terrace seating, they guided me there right away, which made me happy. I enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast because I could choose what I liked, and everything was delicious. Above all, this Hotel’s strengths are the spacious Rooms and the incredible view from the balcony. Since I usually work in the city, I rarely get to watch a sunset or take time to unwind—but here I could do that, and it was truly refreshing and detoxifying for me. The staff were also very kind—for example, they told me about a discounted bus to the airport on my way back. Thank you again; I look forward to staying with you next time as well.

It was the best summer vacation!
This was our first time using Club Wing! The Room had an ocean view, and although four adults stayed, it was spacious enough for us to relax and take it easy. The lounge was the most comfortable of any Hotel we have stayed at so far. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke with us in many ways. They even taught us how to make bonito clear soup and “Kachashi,” so we tried making them at home right away. On our way back, a rainbow appeared over the sea—it was truly beautiful and unforgettable! Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful summer vacation!

The food was unbelievably good. You really nailed it. The amenities were excellent. I like a firm toothbrush. It would be great if coffee could be served with a teacup.

I have stayed here m...
I have stayed here many times. The meals are delicious and I always have a wonderful stay, but this time I was very disappointed at breakfast: when I tried to speak to the staff for guidance, I was ignored and they assisted someone who came in after me. Breakfast still tasted great as always, but there were also some declines, such as no juice available and croissants being offered only once an hour for some reason.

Staying here again after a year.
I stay here every year because I love the location overlooking Ie Island and the sea, and the large public bath with a sauna, but both the large public bath and breakfast were different from last year. In the past, the men’s and women’s baths alternated every other day, but this year they are fixed. I was very disappointed that I could no longer use both the dry sauna and the mist sauna. When staying in a Junior Suite, breakfast could be requested via room service, but this is no longer available this year, which was also very disappointing. The location is great and the staff are very hospitable—it has been a Hotel I really liked—but going forward I may reconsider, as there are now other Accommodations with good saunas. Also, since COVID-19 there have been Facilities where the restaurant has remained closed—would it be difficult to reopen? There may be challenging issues such as staffing shortages and costs, but I wanted to share this as one opinion.

The luxury of doing nothing
The view is simply beautiful. Since it was midsummer, it was difficult to stay on the terrace for long, but when I stepped out onto the terrace and listened to the sound of the waves, birds and insects, and people laughing by the pool, it felt incredibly relaxing and I ended up dozing off. I fully enjoyed the luxury of not having to do anything. The Room is very comfortable. There were three of us this time, and we used the sofa bed. Because the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, I rated the guest room 4 stars. I didn’t use the Onsen, but the in-room bath was spacious, and with a ReFa shower head it felt wonderful. The meals were delicious, and the staff’s greetings and thoughtful attention were excellent—this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much!

It was a great Hotel! I’d love to stay again.
It felt like a long trip—about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Naha Airport—but the moment we got out of the car, the wonderful breeze and scenery made us even more excited! When we arrived at the Room and opened the curtains, we were greeted by yet another amazing view... The Room was spacious and clean, and we had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The Onsen was also a big hit with our kids!

We stayed at the Clu...
We stayed at the Club Wing again this year. With the limited time I can take summer vacation from work, Okinawa is really the only destination—and whenever we come to Okinawa, this is where we want to stay. I’ve been coming here since the days when the club lounge was in the same area as the lobby and they served a one-plate appetizer. As always, the staff’s service was excellent. This time, however, it seemed there was an issue with the in-room coffee machine: even when I tried to make coffee, only an espresso-sized amount came out. It probably would have been resolved quickly if I had called reception, but I was enjoying my Hotel stay so much that I forgot… What felt different from last year was that soups are now available during aperitif hour in the club lounge, and breakfast has become more luxurious. The lounge food keeps getting better and better, and for Club Wing guests there is a special plate in addition to Ocean Wing’s standard buffet. Expecting something simple based on last year’s Japanese breakfast options, I started with the buffet—then an incredibly gorgeous plate arrived and caught me off guard. It may not be clearly stated on the website or during Reservation, but there is a dedicated area for Club Wing guests; we were seated without waiting, and they even served sparkling wine at breakfast. I was also happy to see again a staff member who took photos for us here two years ago. The only thing that felt worse was how some guests used the infinity pool. Compared with times when it felt more adults-only, there seem to be more people focused on making family memories—and at times they blocked the pool entrance so others couldn’t get in. I hope people will be more mindful that other guests are there too. Even with those negatives mentioned, it’s still a Hotel we definitely want to return to.

This Hotel is wheelchair-friendly and accessible for guests with limited mobility.
• There are two accessible rooms available. • Accessible rooms are offered at the same rate as standard rooms. • The accessible rooms are also on upper floors and offer great views. • The staff were courteous and pleasant, making the stay comfortable throughout. • The in-house Facility and in-room amenities are well equipped, and overall comfort feels high. • Even during a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast was satisfying in both variety and taste. • Free parking is a major highlight. • In addition to complimentary drinks in the in-room refrigerator, welcome drinks (including Orion beer) are provided for each night of your stay. • On the other hand, it is a bit disappointing that the Onsen requires an additional fee even for guests; if it were free to use, overall satisfaction would be even higher.

Accommodation
Every summer, I book a Multiple Night Stay in the Club Suite. It’s always comfortable and reassuring. The breakfast venue and the snack service system change from year to year, which can be a little confusing, but that’s part of the fun. I was happy to see the thalasso pool return this year, but previously Club Wing guests received a free 30-minute trial; it has now changed to a 90-minute private session for 15,000 yen. I don’t mind that it’s paid, but while I like the thalasso pool, there is a chlorine smell and the water pressure is strong, so offering 30-minute time slots would make it easier to use.

This Hotel has no drawbacks.
We stayed for three nights as a typhoon was approaching. With landfall expected, the terrace furniture had been temporarily moved into the Room, so things were a bit different than usual. However, the wind and rain at landfall were not as bad as we feared, and we were able to enjoy mostly good weather. This is a Hotel with truly attentive service—everything from the in-Room drinks to the food and beverages in the club lounge, the large public bath, and the club-only pool was excellent. I was especially happy with the high-quality shampoo and conditioner both in the public bath and in our Room. The staff were very kind and even suggested making restaurant Reservations and reserving a pool gazebo for us. Their thoughtful support really made our stay easier. We didn’t use them this time, but it’s also close to an aquarium and Junglia, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

The location is great.
This is my review after staying at the Hotel around June 2026. Pros - The food was delicious (breakfast and the dinner buffet are on the pricey side). - Close to Churaumi Aquarium (within walking distance). - Open, spacious atmosphere with great views. - About two washer-dryers on each floor. - Welcome drinks such as beer. - Both indoor and outdoor pools. - The sea is nearby; it’s shallow but easy to get in quickly. Cons - Under the name of “eco cleaning,” the Room was not cleaned. - Expensive for what you get. - Amenities were not replenished unless requested. - The sheets were not changed. - Thin walls; noise from other guests was loud. - Footsteps from upstairs echoed heavily. - Hair and other debris were left in the bathtub; it didn’t seem cleaned. - The TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. - Tiles outside the Hotel and in other areas were slippery and felt dangerous. - Insufficient explanation about how to use breakfast service. - There was a lot of explanation at reception, but key information needed during the stay—especially about breakfast procedures/system—was missing. While there were positives such as the food and location, overall it felt overpriced with poor service, so there were more negatives than positives for me. It’s not a Hotel I would choose to stay at again next time.

Resort
This was my fourth stay. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve stayed on a higher floor—2nd, then 3rd, and this time a Room on the 4th floor. It’s about a 90-minute drive from Naha Airport by rental car, and only about a 7-minute walk to the Churaumi Aquarium I love. The highlight is the spectacular view from the Room terrace: straight ahead, across the blue sea, you can see Ie Island’s Tacchu. A blissful moment is enjoying a beer while taking in the scenery at leisure. This time, thanks to the rainy-season front, I couldn’t see the blue ocean for four days—but instead I was able to relax in the Room and at the club lounge, which made for a restful stay. As always, housekeeping was thorough and everything was very comfortable. Having the same hair dryer and showerhead as at home—and plenty of amenities—also meant I could keep my luggage to an absolute minimum. The island banana pound cake in the club lounge was outstanding—so good that I’d love to see it sold as a souvenir. One small disappointment: when I stayed in March during restaurant renovations, breakfast was served in the club lounge and it was wonderfully quiet and pleasant; this time it had returned to the first-floor restaurant. If possible, I’d be happy if breakfast could be offered in the club lounge again. In any case, this is a Hotel with truly beautiful views where you can unwind completely.
