    I was able to relax.

We enjoyed afternoon tea while watching the Rainbow Bridge at check-in, and in the Room, we could relax while watching the departure of ships heading to Oshima and Hachijojima. It was interesting to see the loading process, which we don't usually get to see. There are no particular Facilities in the Hotel, but we didn't get bored as we could enjoy the view from the lounge. The Room showed some signs of aging in places, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very dark with only indirect lighting, so I didn't feel like reading the instructions, and perhaps there was an electric switch, but the curtains were very heavy and difficult to open and close. Also, I felt it was inconvenient that the sofa faced the interior, as I wanted to enjoy the view from the window. During cocktail time in the lounge, we could choose between fish or meat for the hot meal, and I had the chicken massaman curry. The portion was sufficient and delicious. I was pleased to find desserts available during cocktail time, which is rare. Although the content overlapped with the breakfast lineup the next morning, the staff was pleasant, and I had a relaxing time. It might have been good that it wasn't crowded. As a wish, it would be helpful if there were at least rental shoes in the gym. Even if I can bring my own wear, bringing shoes would add to the luggage. The Hotel itself is not flashy, but the staff was pleasant, and since I visited to relax nearby, it was a very satisfying stay overall. Thank you for taking care of us.

It was a truly satisfying Hotel.

I stayed because the end time of the Roppongi live was late, and I wanted to spend time leisurely while still feeling the afterglow. From the moment I entered the hotel, I received a pleasant greeting from the staff and checked in at the NAGOMI Lounge while enjoying a Japanese afternoon tea. Dinner was also at the same lounge, where I enjoyed the carefully prepared first and second courses. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was very satisfying. The plum wine from Yamanashi was also very delicious. I had just informed them of my disliked ingredients, and it seems they changed part of the menu, which took some time. When I mentioned that I didn't have much time before going out, they said, "We'll bring it quickly!" without showing any displeasure and served it pleasantly. I felt very sorry as it was due to my circumstances. I hadn't been informed about the room, so I didn't notice for a while, but thank you for upgrading me to a junior suite. It was very clean, with a river view, bay view, and even a bay view from the bath! From the sunlight to the night view, it was a luxurious stay. Next time, I will stay leisurely when I have no plans. Thank you very much.

For the first time in a while,

I had the pleasure of using the Nagomi Lounge again after a long time. I visited directly from check-in. It was around 3 PM, so the tables were full, and the staff seemed busy. It was also afternoon tea time, and despite the challenges, thank you for your attentive service. Since my last visit, the variety of sweets has increased, and I was able to have several refills of tea. My satisfaction has increased. Additionally, I tried sake from Tokyo for the first time during dinner. I haven't had much sake recently, but I was able to enjoy it after a long time and had a wonderful time. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Disappointing Club Floor

I have used club floors of various hotels, but this time I was disappointed. It was crowded, and even when it was my turn, there was no replenishment of food, which was unsatisfactory. Even during breakfast, despite standing in line at the reception, the staff just glanced without greeting? It was very different from the InterContinental in Yokohama. Only the view from the room was satisfactory.

Stays on the club floor at the beginning of the year

The location, facilities, and luxury feel were impeccable, and the food and drinks offered at the club lounge were very delicious and satisfying. It was a bit disappointing that there seemed to be a shortage of staff, leading to a lack of drink cups, a less relaxed service compared to other InterContinental properties, and dust accumulating in hard-to-reach areas of the guest room. Because it is such a wonderful hotel, even small lapses stand out, so I have high expectations for the future. I believe there will be opportunities to use your services again for meals and stays, so thank you in advance.

    The location is excellent.

The room had a view of the sea with the Rainbow Bridge spreading out before us. The beautiful scenery was very impressive. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The front desk staff spoke English very well and were remarkably adept at assisting many foreign guests. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. The view from the restaurant's window was wonderful. When draining the bathtub, the bathroom floor became completely flooded. There might be a partial blockage in the drainpipe. By stuffing a towel into the bathtub drain and draining it slowly, the water did not overflow. When getting off at Yurikamome's Takeshiba Station, going to the right side of the South Tower is closer to the main entrance. The sign indicating that direction was small and hard to see in the evening, and I realized later that I had missed it. I went to the left side and eventually reached the main entrance by going around. *On January 3rd, due to the New Year holiday, all entrances except the main entrance were closed. Normally, it seems you can enter from several locations.

    Wonderful

I was upgraded to a spacious room and had a very comfortable stay. Room & Amenities: The view of the bridge from both the large bedroom and the bathroom was the best location. Customer Service: I was very grateful for the flexible response to my requests with a smile. The only downside was the curt response from the man on the phone when I requested room service at night. Other than that, everyone was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Bath: The separate shower booth was very convenient and excellent. Facility & Equipment: The combination of functionality and comfort was outstanding, especially the texture of the bed and sheets, which was excellent, and I slept too well. Dining: I ordered room service twice. The fluffy bread was lightly toasted, with a subtle aroma, and was very delicious. The beef cheek curry had a rich aroma of spices and a deep flavor. The beef cheek, which seemed to have been carefully simmered by the hotel's chef, melted in the mouth the moment it was tasted. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Afternoon tea and co...

Afternoon tea and cocktail time at the club lounge were very satisfying. Especially the afternoon tea, with its large variety and quantity, was enjoyable. It was also nice that the main dishes were served individually during cocktail time. Perhaps because it was the New Year's holiday, the lounge during cocktail time was extremely crowded, and it was unfortunate that the replenishment of glasses and plates couldn't keep up, but the staff at the lounge were pleasant and made for a pleasant experience. I would like to stay again.

    Unfortunately

I used the lounge. Since it was New Year's, many people were using it, and after having afternoon tea, I became a bit anxious as time passed without being able to check in or go to the room. As expected, during cocktail time, it wasn't divided into two sessions, and people flooded in all at once. Many dishes were, of course, empty, and eventually, even plates and glasses ran out. Despite informing the hotel staff each time, they kept repeating that they would bring them out in order. What should we do if there are no plates or glasses? Tables with used plates and glasses left unattended were seen everywhere, and it seemed they couldn't keep up with cleaning. It must be due to a shortage of staff. They should have been able to keep track of the number of guests staying. It was a special New Year's visit. It's just disappointing. The room was nice!

    Preparation

I stayed last year and visited again with high expectations, but this Hotel has many areas that need improvement. The coordination and information sharing among the staff are terrible, resulting in receiving different items than requested. Perhaps due to the crowd, the staff seemed overwhelmed. I felt extremely stressed having to wait for afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast.

    Beyond expectations!

I imagined that the meals in the lounge would be light snacks, but both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying in terms of quality and quantity. There is nothing to say about the meals. If I had to say, it would be nice if there was one more round of lounge service, a nightcap... But the view from the Room was great, and I was able to relax.

    I wish I hadn't gone.

We stayed in the Club Room during New Year's to relax, even though we live relatively close by. The hotel was extremely crowded due to the holiday season, and while staff shortages were understandable, the Club Room was overly packed and everything took too long. We arrived at the hotel around 2:20 PM and headed to the club lounge for check-in, only to find a line starting from the entrance. After waiting in line to enter, we were finally let in but then left unattended. No towels were brought to us, and we waited about 30 minutes before receiving welcome champagne. Afternoon tea followed another 30 minutes later. Even after finishing our food, no one came for check-in procedures until we asked about it ourselves. We were told to wait until it was our turn, and eventually completed check-in an hour and 45 minutes after arrival. We entered our room two hours after arriving at the hotel. While the room itself was beautiful, by that point we were so exhausted and frustrated that there was no excitement or joy—just discomfort throughout our stay. The outside view had already turned dim by then as well. Although I love InterContinental hotels and have stayed at various properties with club lounges before, I found this one’s dining options disappointing—the lowest standard among all my experiences so far—with very little food available overall compared to other hotels. Having recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Pier 8 despite it being fully booked on a holiday weekend made this experience all the more disappointing as expectations had been high going into it. Instead of relaxing as planned during New Year’s holidays here again next year—I’ll simply stay home stress-free instead! On a positive note: dinner reservations at their Italian restaurant exceeded expectations; both food quality & service impressed us greatly—thank you! My rating reflects four stars solely because of this restaurant (while giving just one star for its club lounge). Though unlikely returning accommodations-wise—I’d gladly revisit their restaurant if given another chance someday! Lastly—a minor inconvenience worth mentioning involved notices placed inside bathrooms/guestrooms warning guests window-cleaning would occur soon without specifying exact timing which disrupted peaceful bath-time moments unnecessarily amidst already stressful circumstances… quite unfortunate timing especially over festive periods requiring gondola setups outdoors too! Despite dissatisfaction overall—the scenic views remained lovely alongside comfortable bedding arrangements appreciated nonetheless—thankful still!

    Just one point...

The first thing I did upon entering the Room on the club floor was to change the orientation of the sofa. Despite being in a Room on the Rainbow Bridge side, the two sofas were arranged facing the TV instead of the sea. Unfortunately, when I changed the orientation and slightly moved the sofa, I found trash at its foot (not directly underneath). It was a piece of trash that immediately caught my eye, seemingly an empty tissue bag (plastic). The fact that such a large piece of trash was lying there suggested that cleaning and inspection around the sofa area were neglected, and it made me feel gloomy, wondering if they never move the sofa to clean. This was the first incident of my stay, and while I tried to "forget" about it myself, I didn't mention it to my family, who arrived later, until we checked out. I didn't want the entire stay to be overshadowed by it... There are still several experienced Japanese male staff members (not young) on the club floor who provide excellent service. I was pleased to find male staff this time who offered service worthy of being called "as expected of InterContinental!" like Mr. Uchida, who moved to a restaurant on another floor. It was just unfortunate about the trash.

    It was wonderful hospitality.

We stayed at the property to celebrate my husband's birthday and our silver wedding anniversary. When we informed them in advance about the anniversary, they kindly upgraded us to a room with a great view. Additionally, they provided an anniversary chocolate plate with our afternoon tea and decorated it with ribbons, which was a thoughtful gesture that truly delighted us. The staff provided warm and friendly service with smiles, truly befitting a first-class hotel. The hotel's interior was very beautiful, and the view from the room was amazing (both the daytime and night views were wonderful). The bathroom also had a separate shower booth, allowing for a relaxing bath experience, which was very nice. The sweets and dishes at the club lounge were exquisite. Each item was carefully prepared, and we were very satisfied with the taste, appearance, and portion size. We were able to spend a wonderful anniversary. We would love to use the property again.

    View bath - Excellent

I stayed for one night at a hotel with a city view bath. From the room, I could see the Skytree and Rainbow Bridge. The bath had a view towards Odaiba, and I could relax at night while my husband enjoyed it in the morning. I wanted to stay another night to enjoy the bath, but unfortunately, I couldn't due to work commitments. The meal at the hotel's teppanyaki was decent, and the dessert was served in a different location, which changed the atmosphere and was nice. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety, and I was satisfied with it.

    Early Xmas

Perhaps because it was a stay during the weekdays, I was able to spend a relaxing time even though it was the Xmas season. The Xmas decorations throughout the Hotel are lovely, but the afternoon tea time and cocktail time on the club floor were so fulfilling that I spent my time in the Room and club floor, gazing at the Rainbow Bridge, enjoying high-quality snacks and champagne, and before I knew it, the time passed without moving a step from the 20th floor. I thought it would be nice to spend next year's Xmas here as well.

There were many weddings, and it was a bit crowded, but with a room upgrade, we were given a suite on the top floor with a great view and a massage chair, allowing us to relax. The only downside was that the TV stand in the bedroom was dusty, and only the spot where the remote was picked up was clean, indicating it hadn't been cleaned at all, but everything else was good.

    At Nagomi Lounge

The staff members are as wonderful as ever! I've stayed at various places, but the hospitality of each staff member here is truly impressive! The only disappointment was the afternoon tea and dinner at the Nagomi Lounge. The afternoon tea was not quite up to par this time either, so I would appreciate it if they could offer at least one delicious item. As for dinner, having all fish dishes was a bit too much for me, and I got tired of it. However, I made an effort to eat it all since it would have been a waste. I'm not particularly fond of fish to begin with, so perhaps if I had communicated this in advance, it could have been improved. I think I would have been more impressed if there was a balanced offering of fish, meat, and vegetables. However, it might be great for those who love fish. Choosing the drinks was fun, and breakfast was delicious! Thank you very much!

    Check-in

I was made to wait standing for over 30 minutes to check in. I understand that it takes time for the front desk staff to assist as there are many foreign guests, but initially, there were four counters, and only two were open. When a third counter opened, it was prioritized for IHG members, so I was not assisted and ended up waiting standing for over 30 minutes. Standing and waiting with a tired body from traveling was hard on my spinal stenosis. Wouldn't it have been better to at least provide chairs or number tickets for seated waiting? (Angry)

Stayed for two nights on a floor with lounge access.

I stayed for a multiple night stay in a room with a night view from the bath, with a plan that included lounge access. I was satisfied with both the room and the front desk staff, but there were a few disappointments. While using the lounge, most of the girls on the floor were good, but there was just one who had no smile and handed over the menu as if throwing it, which made me very uncomfortable. The other girls, including the foreign girl, were very good, but the service of just one sulky girl ruined it. I don't know if something happened or if she dislikes her job, but it has nothing to do with us, the guests. If she dislikes it, it might be better for her to resign. On the second day during breakfast, from the backyard, I heard a loud male voice, possibly the chef, saying, "I wonder what time I can go home today." It made the meal taste bad. It's the same for both, but it's very disrespectful to those who are working hard, and if they truly dislike it, it has a negative impact on the company, so I recommend resignation. It's very disappointing because the other staff were wonderful. I don't usually like to make complaints, but since it's a good hotel, I commented with the hope for improvement.

We were able to use it again this year for our wedding anniversary!

As accommodation fees continue to rise year by year, I enjoyed a luxurious time with my wife again this year for our annual anniversary. Without using a coupon, a 2-day, 1-night stay for two people costs over 90,000 yen. We've been staying here annually for 16 years, and the first time, even with a club floor use, it was 20,000 yen, so it's about five times more now. I hope to stay again next year and enjoy a luxurious moment, so I plan to save diligently. The charm here includes a welcome drink of champagne, sweets during afternoon tea in the lounge, hors d'oeuvres and alcohol in a buffet style during cocktail time, and fluffy omelets made by the chef along with menu dishes and a buffet in the morning. All of this is included in the fee! The view and night scenery from the lounge are very beautiful, and the staff's sophisticated attentiveness is also wonderful. My allergy information was passed on, and they provided guidance on allergies in the dishes and accommodated with alternative menus, offering impeccable service that left me very satisfied. The room is also clean, and you can enjoy a space unlike everyday life with a fluffy bed. I liked the waffle bathrobe so much that I ended up purchasing it in the past.

It felt like a Resort Hotel and I was able to refresh.

It was a wonderful view facing Tokyo Bay with Odaiba right in front of us. The Rainbow Bridge was visible right in front, and the night view was beautiful. It made us forget the hustle and bustle of the city center and feel like we were at a resort, allowing us to refresh ourselves. One disappointing aspect was during check-in when a trainee assisted us and seemed to misunderstand the accommodation plan, explaining, "Dinner is included, and breakfast is room service." We were surprised because the plan we applied for did not include dinner, and breakfast was supposed to be at the restaurant. Upon pointing this out, they hurriedly rechecked and corrected it according to our indication. It was unfortunate as it is a basic point of the accommodation plan.

    Enjoy the Club Lounge

We enjoyed a relaxing and delicious time with afternoon tea, cocktail time, and breakfast at the club lounge. From the room, we could see the moon viewing and the supermoon. However, the temperature difference is quite significant this season, and the room temperature could only be adjusted between 20 to 25 degrees, which was a bit cold.

The access from Tokyo Station was better than I expected. The room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view. Despite being so close to the sea, there wasn't a single water stain on the glass windows, allowing us to enjoy the scenery, which I believe is due to regular maintenance. Just one thing... It would be helpful if you could add a few more chairs in the front lobby. I would like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you.
