I regularly visit hotel lounges, and my wife said it was the first time she wanted to come back again. The meals were delicious, and they even made cocktails for us—everything was taken care of. At the nightcap, I was surprised they served motsunabe hot pot. It’s rare to get something that substantial at a nightcap, and it was excellent. The hospitality was outstanding as well. The staff spoke to us with just the right sense of distance, which felt very comfortable. The fitness center is open 24 hours, so I used it many times. One thing to note: the B3 parking lot is a mechanical parking system, which I’m not used to. I almost opened the trunk and hit something by mistake, so I’ll be more careful next time.

    We had a wonderful holiday.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the club lounge for taking such great care of us. Everyone was attentive, kind, and cheerful, and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail time, and even after that we were treated to motsunabe hot pot. We also had some sake—it was delicious. Thank you as well for chatting with us even though we’re a couple in our 70s! It was just a short getaway within Tokyo, but we were completely satisfied. Thank you again. The Room and Facility were lovely, but the pillow felt a little too soft for me.

    Beautiful night views

I’m glad I chose the Plan that includes access to the club lounge. The night view from the 20th floor was stunning. I enjoyed both views—the bay view from the lounge and the river view from my Room. Afternoon tea in the lounge, drinks, buffet dishes, and breakfast were all delicious. The staff were wonderful, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again next time.\n\nOne note: the bath amenities are provided in refillable bottles, so it would be nice if there were individual take-home items as well. Also, there are no skincare items such as toner, lotion, or cleansing products, so it’s best to bring your own.

    We had a relaxing stay.

I was happy to find a massage chair in the Room. At the club lounge, I was glad to see staff who had previously taken care of me at the Nagomi Lounge, and they kindly spoke to me.

    Wonderful view

We had a great view of the Rainbow Bridge and could have watched it forever. Our Room was upgraded, which made the view even better, I think. Since we chose a Plan that included JPY 30,000 for in-room dining, we were able to enjoy tea and meals at a leisurely pace while taking in the scenery. Access to Shiki Theatre Company’s “Autumn” was also convenient—we arrived quickly on foot. I’d love to visit again someday.

    This was my first ti...

This was my first time using the club lounge since it was renovated. I have stayed many times, so I’m used to it and rarely have complaints, but regarding the Room: all the shampoo and other bath amenities in the bathroom are in identical bottles, so it’s hard to tell them apart without glasses; it’s also not very clear which mineral water and coffee items are complimentary; and if possible, I would have liked a laundry basket for changing clothes. The lounge was very quiet (apparently just by chance that day), and I was able to relax at ease. The three-tier afternoon tea service, the cocktail-time menu, and breakfast—where you can choose a main dish plus a half-buffet—felt appropriate for the price. I appreciated how the lounge staff kept a comfortable distance: not overly attentive, but never neglectful either. Thank you for taking care of me.

We’re sorry it didn’t work out, even though it was a last-minute Reservation.

To coincide with seeing a Shiki Theatre performance, we made a last-minute Reservation the day before for a Room with club lounge access, hoping to create memories as a couple before our baby arrives in a few months. However, from the moment we arrived, it felt different from what we expected. The underground parking mixes monthly and hourly spaces; B2 was full. We drove around B3 (a mechanical system—now used as flat parking?) in circles, and eventually parked on B2 when a space opened up. When we got out of the car, it was extremely hot and humid, as if there was no air conditioning. We took the elevator into the Hotel. When we got off, there were lounges on both sides. The layout inside also felt confusing—I couldn’t even tell where the front desk was. Despite having club lounge access, we had to check in at the regular counter. My pregnant wife had to stand throughout the process (the lobby is small and was taken over by non-guests; wedding attendees were being loud). The lounge explanation was minimal—more like “we’ll explain it”—and I was also confused that an IHG membership registration proceeded without any prior confirmation. At the lounge as well, there were moments where staff communication seemed insufficient (we had already checked in and provided both our Room number and name upon entry, yet we were asked if we were checking in). Overall, it felt inconsistent. Afternoon tea was satisfying, but cocktail time lacked substance in terms of food selection. Breakfast guidance also differed depending on which staff member assisted us, which left me uneasy. The buffet selection is limited and not very standard. Even considering it as snacks for those who drink alcohol, it may feel underwhelming. The lounge layout itself is not great (including the restrooms). If you are seating women where they can see the ocean view, you should place longer sofas on that side. Overall, all staff members were polite in their manner of service; however, I hope they improve because there is too much variation in responses and explanations. On the other hand—and this is something I personally recommend—the river view from our Room included Tokyo Skytree. For reference: the lounge has a bay view. As others have mentioned about sofa covers in Rooms—it’s true here as well. Meanwhile, unlike what appears in some Room photos online،the wallpaper and lights around bed area looked clean and updated،which I personally liked۔I was surprised that even with shoe size 26 cm،the slippers were far too small۔The minibar items are mostly paid۔ Despite this stay being special for us،there were too many disappointing points, and honestly,we would have been better off not staying here۔At minimum,it isn’t worth 100,000 yen per night for two people۔The staff member who assisted us at最後was polite, but by then it already felt too late—there didn’t seem to be any room to make up for it。

The Plan with 30,000 credits is the best.

The Hotel isn’t new, so I didn’t have very high expectations, but I made a Reservation this time because there was a Plan that included 30,000 credits. Only in-room use was allowed, but what impressed me most was that souvenirs were also prepared for in-room use. I wasn’t sure how to spend the 25,000 yen, and then I found souvenirs like aroma items and cookies, which was perfect. I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged. The view and the food were excellent, and I was truly moved by the charm of this long-established Hotel. I would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed from the day before to see a Shiki Theatre Company musical. The location is convenient, close to the station. As we were a family of four, we requested adjacent Rooms, and we were pleased to be shown to Rooms with a wonderful seaside view. At the clubhouse, there were attentive services from morning until night. The food selection was excellent, and drinks were self-service, but the staff also kindly prepared and served wine, whisky, beer, gin, and more. Their courteous hospitality left a great impression. We also visited the bar on the first floor; the drinks were delicious, and side dishes such as sausages were excellent as well. We would love to visit again.

    We’re sorry to hear that.

An anniversary Plan for one night for two people that costs as much as ¥150,000. Honestly, it didn’t feel worth it.. First, the Room Service food was disappointing. The main steak arrived cold, with too much fat, and they didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked, so it came out rare. But because it was so fatty, I started to feel sick while eating, and my partner gave up after about a quarter.. I’m not good with rare steak either, but considering what we paid, I forced myself to eat it. If they had cooked it a bit more thoroughly, the fat would have rendered and I think we could have enjoyed it more. Above all, since this is Room Service that brings everything at once, of course it gets cold. At least the main dish should have been brought later while still hot.. Also, at check-in we were recommended an optional lobster add-on. We were told “just an extra ¥2,500 per person,” so we agreed, but a small half portion was placed next to the steak and I thought, “So this is ¥2,500...” That part is what it is, but at checkout there was an additional charge of ¥6,385 listed under extra Room Service charges... Huh?? So I asked the staff member handling checkout to confirm, and they said it was for the lobster... Even though we were told “¥2,500 (per person),” why was it over ¥6,000?? They said “a Service Fee and consumption tax will be added.” Fine—but then tell us up front that it’s closer to about ¥3,000 per person.. I was already disappointed seeing that shrunken half portion of meat, and then this just made me think “What is that?”.. The room was also on the lowest level of the club floor (20th floor). It was a weekday and higher floors were available, but maybe because they thought we were first-timers—this room felt like “Really?”.. You can’t see Rainbow Bridge straight on from the bath. If you change your angle and lean over to look out, you can sort of see it. It was supposed to be an anniversary Plan for a birthday celebration... But if we’re spending as much as ¥160,000 including food options and parking fees, we should have thought more carefully.

    The staff were exceptional.

We stayed in a Room with club lounge access for a Shiki Theatre performance. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we truly appreciated that you kindly prepared our Room for us. After relaxing in the lounge, it was wonderful to unwind in the lovely Room until our reserved show time.\nThe staff were courteous and made our stay very comfortable.\nWe would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    The interior was quite different.

The Room I was assigned looked completely different from the photos on the Reservation site. (1 King Junior Suite, River View, High Floor (Double)) Of course, the site did mention that “there may be some differences,” so I understood that. The calm gold wallpaper with Japanese-style patterns was nice, and the modern pendant lights were lovely. The bathroom was also clean. However, the curtains on two sides used both white and beige, and at first it even looked like yellowing from age… In addition, one section of the window-side sofa cushion had a very noticeable stain, and the cover itself was loose—when you sit down it keeps twisting and sliding. When I lifted it to check, the lower part was clean. When I asked the front desk about this, they said: “The white and beige curtains are an intentional design choice.” “The stain on the cushion cover is due to age-related wear, and how it was fitted poorly was a mistake by housekeeping.” Since this was my first time experiencing anything like this, I found their explanation strange. When I asked again to confirm, they gave me the same answer. If I had known these two issues from the start, I would have needed to reconsider whether I wanted to stay.

    Prime Location

It was my first stay in a while, and thanks to IKYU, we were upgraded. I’ve stayed in bay-view Rooms many times, but this time we had an amazing location with a perfect, centered view of the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you very much. The club lounge was as good as ever, but I ate and drank too much at lunch and ended up not making the most of it. Also, the highball was made with Perrier sparkling water; for me, it would have been perfect if there had been a stronger carbonated option.

It was the best Valentine’s Day ever!!

It was the best 3-day, 2-night stay. As the Club Lounge was under renovation, we were able to use the Japanese-style lounge instead. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we also enjoyed afternoon tea. On the night of the 14th, a cake and a flower arrangement were delivered to us. We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day with Rainbow Bridge in the background. We will definitely stay again! Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. It happened to be a day of heavy snowfall, but the location was convenient and made getting around easy. The view from the ocean-side Room was excellent. I was a bit concerned that it felt quite dry since there was no humidifier. The next day, I rode the Yurikamome for the first time in a while.

    It was excellent!

I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a spacious, lovely room equipped with a massage chair. It was amazing. At the club lounge, I enjoyed three meals: afternoon tea, cocktail time, and breakfast. Each meal featured elaborate and delicious dishes. I stayed during the New Year holidays and appreciated the festive touches like datemaki (sweet rolled omelet), kuromame (sweet black beans), and kuri kinton (sweet chestnut paste). The hospitality was truly heartfelt. Both from the lounge and my room, I had a wonderful view of the bay area, making for a blissful stay. The staff provided attentive service with just the right amount of distance, allowing me to relax comfortably. During free time, I recommend taking a stroll around the nearby Takeshiba Passenger Ship Terminal to watch ships come and go—it’s quite enjoyable!

    In-Room Dining

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Takeshiba Station, making it ideal for those with errands or work in the area. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities and offer a wonderful view, ensuring a comfortable stay. In the evening, you can enjoy a relaxing time while admiring the lights of the ships. I stayed under a plan that included in-room dining credit, which I used for afternoon tea, souvenirs, and breakfast—all of which were exceptional. The breakfast was particularly impressive; warm dishes like egg dishes and pancakes were delivered in a warming box so they could be enjoyed at the perfect temperature whenever desired—a thoughtful touch. The staff members who assisted me were incredibly kind and attentive, allowing me to have a relaxing and pleasant stay throughout my time at the accommodation. I would love to visit again in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

The room amenities and club lounge were comparable to those of a Business Hotel. The price for the lounge access was not worth it.

    Always enjoy a comfortable stay.

I had another truly enjoyable and wonderful time. The staff's warm and thoughtful hospitality made my stay very comfortable. Compared to the past, I noticed that amenities and room facilities have slightly decreased over time, but if this reduction in waste is reflected in the room rates, it would be appreciated. I always feel a bit sad when checking out, but I look forward to my next stay.

The club lounge features a calm interior with scenic views.

Check-in started on a high note with afternoon tea at the club lounge on a high floor. The view of the sea from the window was wonderful. Watching docked ships and water buses provided a refreshing change of scenery and was very relaxing. Since we booked a Plan with hotel credit, we enjoyed room service for dinner and lunch the next day. The menu had plenty of options, making it fun to choose, and the portions were generous, allowing us to enjoy leisurely meals. As this is a historic Hotel, the fitness room was simple and not part of an exclusive membership system. It’s worth noting that it doesn’t offer spa facilities like some other luxury hotels. If there are plans for renovations in the future, it would be great if this could be reconsidered. I wanted to relax in the hotel lobby as well, but it seemed somewhat limited in space—or perhaps I just couldn’t find an ideal spot? I look forward to staying again if given another opportunity!

    It was a wonderful day.

I stayed in a Bay View room on the Club Floor. It was my first visit in 10 years, and I was truly comforted by the wonderful room and the warm hospitality of the staff. The afternoon tea provided during check-in and the variety and deliciousness of breakfast the next day exceeded my expectations. The breakfast seemed to have improved even further in both service and taste compared to 10 years ago. Above all, I was deeply moved by the subtle attentiveness of the staff who assisted me. I would love to stay again. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful day!

    For celebrating your partner's birthday

I used both the restaurant (Teppanyaki Takumi) and the accommodation. The flow from check-in to dinner at the restaurant was seamless, and overall, the hospitality was excellent, leaving both my partner and me very satisfied. The bay view from the room's window and bath delighted my partner, which made me happy as well, and I truly appreciate the hotel's thoughtful arrangements. The location allowed us to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the seaside after dinner, making it a perfect choice for a special occasion.

    Noise at Night

I stayed in a room on the 14th floor. Throughout the night, there were loud footsteps (unclear if they were from next door, diagonally above, or directly above), and it was the first time I had such an experience at a hotel. My elderly mother had to take sleeping pills to get through the night. The next day, I informed the front desk, but they completely dismissed my concerns and responded as if they were urging us to check out quickly. Should I have asked the hotel staff to confirm the noise with me during the night when it was happening? This is not a Ryokan or a guesthouse, so I am appalled that such measures would even be necessary at a hotel. Including the response from the front desk, this is a hotel I would never want to stay at again.

I have experienced the use of club lounges on upper floors several times, but this was my first time using the Japanese-style lounge. The warm hospitality of the staff, stylish afternoon tea (the Japanese-style sweets were very delicious), a perfectly portioned dinner, and beautifully presented Japanese breakfast... I am truly grateful for such a fulfilling experience. Regarding the Room, it had room service menus and stationery available, making it a classic city Hotel. It would be helpful if the distinction between paid and complimentary beverages was clearer. In the bathroom, having a laundry basket and hooks for bath towels would make it more convenient. For shampoo products, since the text is small and hard to read, changing container colors or writing large initials (S for Shampoo, C for Conditioner, B for Body Wash) would be helpful for elderly guests.
