The Room was clean and well maintained. Security felt strong and reassuring, as access to the floor is restricted without a Room key for that floor. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station and plenty of nearby convenience stores. At the end of my stay, the toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush when I was leaving; when I informed them at checkout, they both thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience, which reflected very polite service.

The check-in time was during the dark hours, but the area was well-lit and had pedestrians, making it safe to walk. There is a convenience store next door, so you can shop even after placing your luggage in your Room. I would like to use this place again next time.

It was a great Hotel. Because it’s new, it was very clean, and best of all, the bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate, and the bed was spacious. The front desk staff were also kind. The only disappointment was that although the breakfast buffet is available until 9:30, popular items were almost gone before 9:00 and didn’t seem to be replenished much. There were no sweets left at all.

This was my first stay here. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked to leave my luggage, but since housekeeping had already finished, they kindly accommodated me and let me into my Room early. The Room was spotless and very comfortable. I was impressed that the in-room safe was designed to blend in with the interior so it wouldn’t disrupt the Room’s atmosphere. Also, while there were no drinks provided in the Room, there was a complimentary drink service in the lounge. From 17:00 to 20:00, happy hour included sparkling wine and other alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks, which felt like a great value. Whenever I went out or returned to the Hotel, staff always greeted me with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

This time I used the municipal subway, and the Hotel was very convenient as it is located just outside the exit. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding anything I needed. Considering the price, it was understandable, but I was disappointed that there were no women’s amenities such as makeup remover, and I felt that the bathroom and toilet were small.

I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. I stayed here for the first time for my once-a-year baseball game at Hotto Motto Field Kobe. Usually, I check in, head to the stadium, and come back to the Hotel late at night. This time, unfortunately, the game was canceled due to rain and I was very disappointed—but choosing to stay here turned out to be absolutely the right decision. There was so much to enjoy from the 7th to the 18th floors. The staff were also excellent, and I was satisfied with everything.

I stay here regularly, and the Hotel gets the basics right—the Room is thoroughly cleaned and truly comfortable. I’ll be back again.

I stayed here when attending a concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. It’s conveniently located between Sannomiya Station and the arena, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the second floor, and I couldn’t find the entrance at first, so I entered from the parking area. The parking staff and someone I passed in the corridor kindly guided me, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk was also very helpful. It unexpectedly started raining, and they called a taxi for me as well, handling everything pleasantly. They can store your luggage too. I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Kobe. Thanks to the excellent location and kind staff, we had a comfortable stay. The Facility was well equipped, and the curry was very delicious. Although the Room felt a bit small, our overall satisfaction was so high that it didn’t bother us at all, and it became a wonderful memory.

Every year, I stay near Sannomiya, where the Port Liner station is, for a live show at the Portopia Hotel. The area around Sannomiya Station felt like a maze due to redevelopment, but this Hotel was in an easy-to-find location, which really helped. Since I have the Hotel app, I was able to use the self check-in machine as well, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast had a great reputation and met my expectations—there was a wide variety of dishes and it leaned more toward Japanese-style options. For me, it was perfect because I prefer not to have anything too heavy in the morning. The Akashiyaki was also delicious. There was just one disappointing thing. It wasn’t about the Hotel itself, but after midnight (past 12:00 a.m.), someone was running around in the hallway and repeatedly slamming doors. It was extremely inconsiderate, but there wasn’t much I could do since I couldn’t exactly confront them. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. I hope to stay again next time. To the staff who work late into the night—thank you for your hard work. Thank you very much.

We booked this place because our trip was decided at the last minute and only one Room was available. It was incredibly affordable!! After making the Reservation, we read some Reviews and felt a bit uneasy… but once we actually stayed, it was great. When we arrived near the Hotel and were wondering if this was the parking lot, a staff member ran out from inside the Hotel to guide us—what a surprise!! Their response was so quick it made us wonder how they even noticed us. We were truly impressed. The triple Room was spacious, with a large TV and even a sofa—perfect. The breakfast buffet had just the right amount and we were satisfied. If there’s too much variety, you end up overthinking and overeating, so that balance was ideal. For anyone considering staying here, we highly recommend it.

I often stay here when visiting Kobe because it’s in a quiet area of Kitano, and the spacious layout makes it very relaxing. It takes about 12–13 minutes to get into the city, but it’s an easy walk downhill (though the uphill walk back is tough). There are also restaurants on site, and during my two-night stay I was able to enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine.

It was close to the station and Nankinmachi, and because it faces a wide street, I felt safe even at night. The Room was compact and clean. The guest-only lounge was so well equipped that I wondered if it was really free. We stayed as a group this time, so having a space where we could gather and chat was very helpful. If I had to mention one thing, I would like a shower cap to be provided in the Room. I only noticed after getting ready for a bath, and I hesitated to go all the way to the front desk to pick one up. Advice for future guests: If your vehicle is tall, please be aware that there is no nearby parking available for high-clearance vehicles.

The amenities selection was extensive, which I appreciated, and the Room was clean and felt fresh—the moment I entered, it smelled wonderful and was very comfortable. At breakfast, the Hotel staff recommended dishes to try, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Also, being able to check out smoothly without stopping by the front desk was convenient and much appreciated.

This was the best Hotel in every way. The cute interior and Room were full of photo-worthy spots. After a bath, I could sit on a chair on the balcony and cool off, and it was such a relaxing, soothing space that I almost forgot I was in a Hotel. The welcome sweets were delicious, and I also received some sweets as souvenirs and a ¥1,000 discount voucher for my next stay—I'll definitely stay here again.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays. True to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. In addition, the authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are well equipped, helping you feel refreshed both physically and mentally. I also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions. The restaurant is also highly recommended for its prime location with stunning views of Kobe at night.

The website says it is a 5-minute walk from the “West Exit” of JR Sannomiya Station, but Sannomiya is a complex station with many lines, and it can be hard for first-time visitors to navigate. I was traveling via JR, and for JR users, it may be easier to exit from the Central Gate, go out to Ikuta Shinmichi, and head toward Motomachi (this is the route I used between the station and the Hotel afterward). The West Exit of JR Sannomiya Station is hard to find unless you go down from the platform, and getting to the Hotel through the maze under the tracks was difficult even with a map app. The Hotel staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable. The coffee service was much appreciated.
