Thank you for your continued support. Thank you as always for your thoughtful consideration regarding our room. Although we arrived more than an hour later than the check-in time we had originally informed you of, the front desk staff’s warm greeting—“Good evening. Welcome.”—made us feel glad we chose to book with you. Even though our stay was short, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much. Our next visit will be our last one this year, and we plan to stay in late November. We look forward to seeing you again.

I stayed on the 14th floor. This is my regular Accommodation when I’m in Osaka. This time, I was reminded again how helpful it is to have a mirror in the Room that I can use for makeup. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels as well, but they didn’t have a mirror, so I could only do my makeup in the bathroom. It’s a small thing, but it matters to me. I’ll be back again.

The front desk staff came from various countries, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The property was clean, and the Room was spacious. I would like to stay here again.

Unlimited fun with free access to karaoke, a hot stone spa, arcade games, and massage chairs. All-you-can-drink alcohol from check-in was very satisfying. The “light” evening snacks were more than enough—an all-you-can-eat spread… I couldn’t eat much, but there was even a bartender who made cocktails for us! Breakfast was also excellent! Personally, the sweets were a bit too sweet for my taste… In any case, thank you very much to all the staff.

The staff at the first-floor reception and lobby lounge were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The Room had a separate washing area, which made bathing very comfortable as well. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent—I’d almost like to make this my regular Accommodation in Osaka. Just one thing: at the breakfast restaurant, a man who seemed to be the person in charge was giving quite strict instructions to an older female staff member, and his voice could be heard by guests. It didn’t leave a good impression. That female staff member was working very hard and sincerely.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

The hotel is comfortably pleasant and clean, so you can stay without any inconvenience. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. If you’re coming from another prefecture to visit Suminoe Boat Race Track, it’s an ideal choice. There are many great places to eat nearby, and it also has easy access to the subway, making it a very convenient hotel to use.

This is my second stay. The staff, the cleanliness throughout the property, the bath, and the Room were all very comfortable. I also love the atmosphere—it really feels like Nagata, or Osaka. The location near the station and the excellent access are perfect! I will definitely stay again!

I stayed one summer night at Hotel Awina Osaka. For dinner, I bought my favorite ingredients at a great price in the basement food floor of the Kintetsu Uehommachi Department Store right before closing, and ate them in my Room. I was very satisfied. The large public bath on the 5th floor was crowded with about three families with small children, but the pleasantly warm water was nice. The bed was comfortably firm. What I especially liked was breakfast. I made a Reservation in advance. The selection was plentiful and everything tasted great. Breakfast started at 7:00, and I selfishly wished it could start a little earlier—but I know preparing it must be a lot of work. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

This is my go-to Accommodation when staying in Sakai. I always have a comfortable stay here. It’s conveniently located near the downtown area and convenience stores. The Hotel’s service is excellent.

Everything was well provided, which was very helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and it was comfortable. There was also a coin laundry and an ice machine with disposable paper cups. A phone charger was available as well. It was very convenient. The amenities such as the bed and TV were also comfortable. Several Hotel staff members were kind and helpful, and I would like to stay again.

Even before our stay, you emailed to let us know that the Room we had reserved would not have the view we requested, which left a very positive impression on us. After reading these Reviews, I was a little worried about how long check-in might take and about the Room’s smell, but there were no issues at all. That said, I felt the check-in process could be made a bit quicker. We were completely satisfied with everything—the view from the Room, the atmosphere, and how easy it was to use the bathroom area. Above all, every staff member was full of hospitality and truly wonderful. It made us feel reassured and happy. We also liked the Club Lounge’s pleasantly casual atmosphere—it wasn’t stiff or formal at all. We enjoyed drinks such as vodka freely. When we visit Osaka again, I’d like to make a Reservation for a Room with a north-facing view and stay here again.

I stayed in a smoking room and was very satisfied! I’d love to stay again!

I stayed for one night to attend a rakugo performance at the National Bunraku Theatre. Rex in the lobby was adorable and very soothing. I accidentally left something behind, and they called me afterward, which was a huge help. Thank you very much. I would love to stay here again.

This was my seventh stay this year. It has been a great help. I truly appreciate it. Next time, I plan to stay during the Kyoto autumn foliage season in November. Thank you always.

When I was having trouble using the check-in machine, a staff member kindly approached me and helped me check in smoothly. Since I was planning to leave early the next morning, I asked how to store my luggage at checkout, and they reassured me that they would be there in the morning as well, so I was able to check out very smoothly. The Room is compact and clean. Slippers and a robe are provided, so you can stay comfortably. There is no bathtub, but it’s recommended for those who just need a quick shower!

The breakfast venue on the 15th floor is small, but the food is excellent—starting with salads, followed by vinegared fish dishes, and simmered beef tendon with konnyaku, among others. I could eat there forever!! Three elderly sisters stayed for two nights at a very reasonable price. We had a great time and were very satisfied!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping at malls and department stores, and convenient transportation from the airport as well as to other destinations. The breakfast was also very delicious. When we visit Osaka again, we would definitely like to stay at Hotel Trusty again.
