Our Property, with a history dating back to the first year of the Bunkyu era (1861) when it began as a pottery business, established the foundation of a modern garden in the 15th year of the Taisho era (1926). "Iwamura Castle Ruins," one of Japan's Top 100 Castles and one of the Three Great Mountain Castles of Japan. At its base lies our establishment, [Iwamura Sanso]. The exterior boasts a stately appearance reminiscent of a castle, while the interior features a traditional farmhouse-style design with thick wooden beams and a high open ceiling. Our specialty, [Sengoku Cuisine], highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients, offering rustic yet bold charcoal-grilled dishes prepared over an irori hearth.
