Do you know the plant called Japanese honeysuckle (Suikazura)? Written as “enduring winter,” it has long been used as a medicinal herb. Here in Inuyama, it was transformed into sake, supporting the health of local people for 400 years. Our Accommodation is set in the brewery and main house where this honeysuckle sake has been crafted, offering a place to experience the “healthy living” and “gentle time” this plant teaches us. All of it, within the quiet streetscape of Inuyama, just a little away from the bustle.
