I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. It was our first time using a universal Room, but we would be happy to stay again if we can book this Room. Thank you very much for your thoughtful support.

I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

I can’t visit very often, but thank you as always. The Onsen was especially amazing—I felt truly refreshed and all my fatigue melted away. I spent two relaxing hours alternating between the Onsen and the cold bath, and the time flew by. The meal, with its small side dishes, was more than enough for me. I especially loved the curry with zucchini—it’s my absolute favorite. I’ll be back again, and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you in advance.

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. I stayed here for the first time because I had a concert. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. There were no particular inconveniences. The front desk staff were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they assisted me politely with a wonderful smile. It’s a Hotel that made me want to make another Reservation.

I had plans in Yokohama over the weekend, and since there was a chance the Shinkansen might be suspended due to the typhoon, I made an Accommodation Reservation here for the night before, just in case. However, just minutes before Shin-Yokohama, an earthquake occurred along the line and the Shinkansen service was suspended. An announcement said there was no estimate for resumption, and it truly didn’t seem like we would be moving anytime soon. Thinking I might not arrive at the Hotel until late at night or even early morning, I contacted you to explain the situation. You kindly told me to take care and that arriving at any time would be fine, which really put my mind at ease. When I finally arrived and checked in, your warm words—“You must be tired; please rest well”—were truly comforting. Unfortunately, because of the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room on the 31st floor that you had prepared for me, but I’ll look forward to it next time I visit Yokohama. The Facility is a bit old, but there were no issues. Breakfast was very delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying here. I was a little surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners, but they assisted me politely and there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff were also foreigners, and they greeted me with a smile, which made for a pleasant departure. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning is hard to adjust. I tend to get hot easily, but even on the lowest setting it was cold, so I ended up turning it off. (Maybe it was set stronger because there had been Reviews saying the Room was hot?) Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I come to Shin-Yokohama.

I stayed here when I attended a concert at Yokohama Arena, and it was very convenient because it’s close to the arena. I didn’t extend my checkout, but I thought the option to extend until noon for an additional 1,200 yen was a good deal. The Room was clean and even had that new-building smell (in a good way). The Room was spacious and had a large vanity, which made it very convenient to spread out our belongings. The bed and pillows were excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being on the first floor, so there was no waiting for the elevator. Thank you very much.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in Machida. It was convenient to visit places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Machida Grandberry. Even after going to izakayas or restaurants at night, it was easy to return quickly, and there’s a convenience store downstairs. The room was equipped with a microwave and a humidifier, which was very convenient. Above all, the handmade rice ball bento and tea provided every morning were delicious and very helpful. Highly recommended accommodation!

It took more than 10 minutes to walk from Yokohama Station, partly because I had luggage. Also, it was my first time staying somewhere that did not offer luggage storage after check-out, so I should have confirmed this before making a Reservation. The unit bath in the Room was clean, but it felt quite small and not very easy to use.
