Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. We stayed here for our first fan trip, and both the exterior and the interior were wonderful. We were very happy that our Room was upgraded for four guests. The staff were professional and courteous, which made our stay very comfortable. I was personally pleased to find bath salts among the amenities. For breakfast, we could make a Reservation via QR code at our preferred time, so we weren’t tied to a schedule and could head to the buffet at a relaxed pace. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all well-seasoned and delicious. With early-bird discounts and campaigns, the price was great value, making this an extremely satisfying fan trip. My friends were also very happy, and we’re already talking about staying here again. We look forward to seeing you next time as well. Thank you very much!!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

They upgraded my room and gave me a small congratulatory gift. One staff member kindly accompanied us to the room and guided us during check-in. We didn’t use the other facilities, but we rested well in the spacious, comfortable room, and the large bathroom—with a bathtub and even a separate shower booth—was really nice. It’s a hotel where you can relax quietly without noisy tourists. The amenities are good too.

I stayed here for a fan event in Ariake. It was a shame I missed the late-night soba and couldn’t try it, but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The large public bath was crowded at night so I skipped it, but it was pleasant in the morning. It was spacious with a great view. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.

I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that the in-room slippers were so thin they tore easily (though I was given a new pair). Also, I was on the 8th floor, and it was inconvenient to go down to the 4th floor first and then take a different elevator up to the 18th floor to use the bath. The view was great and overall it was good. Thank you.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.
