This was our second stay, following last year. Spacious and comfortable—our 7- and 5-year-old kids were thrilled and kept saying, “This place is the best!” Last year breakfast was Japanese-style, but this time it was Western-style, which seemed easier for the kids to enjoy.

The location was excellent, and everything we needed (and more) was provided. The in-room Facilities were great, very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. At check-in, the staff kindly guided us to the private beach and even told us the names of the goats on the property and their family relationships, which was a lovely touch. The outdoor pool was spacious and deep enough, and we were able to relax by the poolside while looking out at the ocean. It became a truly memorable trip to Ishigaki Island.

This was my third stay in a row (three consecutive years), and once again I had a very satisfying stay. I feel this Hotel is thoughtful in every way. They have a large public bath, a pool, and dedicated areas for washing and drying diving gear. The in-house voucher service for choosing light cleaning, hangers in the bathroom, and charging cables for smartphones are also services I truly appreciate. Honestly, there are probably many more luxurious Hotels in terms of facilities, but at a reasonable price you can fully enjoy a resort atmosphere here—and when you consider cleanliness and an overall satisfying Hotel stay, I don’t think there’s anything better on Ishigaki Island. I’m usually the type who wants to try different Hotels each time, so I rarely stay at the same place repeatedly, but I’ve stayed here three years in a row and would like to return again next year as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be great if you could add more reclining chairs by the pool (even if it makes the regular seating area a bit tighter).

The Hotel we chose for our first trip to Ishigaki Island Everyone was surprised by how spacious the Room was—it’s a space that makes you think, “Is this what an ideal villa stay feels like?” Since our goal for this trip was simply to relax, choosing UBUFURU was absolutely the right decision. Because they don’t accommodate many guests, we were able to spend quiet, fulfilling time there. Breakfast didn’t have a huge number of items, but that actually let us savor each one carefully. Having a washing machine in the Room made it easy to do laundry at our own pace, and we realized it quietly adds a lot of comfort to the trip. If I had to mention an area for improvement: I would have liked the sauna temperature to be a bit higher. The cold plunge temperature and the outdoor relaxation setup were excellent, so improving this point would make guests even happier! Thank you as well for preparing a BBQ dinner on short notice on our second day. Being able to eat at our own pace with family while looking out at the ocean became a wonderful memory. As mentioned in other Reviews, be careful if you do it in the Room—smells will linger no matter what—so I recommend doing it on the balcony instead. All of the staff maintained just the right distance without being intrusive, while still responding properly whenever we needed something. Thank you very much!

We stayed for two nights from 8/13 in a special Room with a private pool. We have stayed at nearly 10 Hotels across Okinawa (the main island, Miyako, and Ishigaki), and this was the best by far. Our children also said it was their No. 1. The Room itself was wonderful, and the cleanliness and quality of the meals were excellent as well. There was a small spot of dirt in the pool (something most people wouldn’t even notice), but our eldest daughter, who is very particular about cleanliness, became concerned. When we decided to contact the front desk, the General Manager personally came to take care of the cleaning, which made us feel sorry for troubling you. Thank you very much again for your kindness. We expect our next visit will be sometime next year or later, but we look forward to staying with you again.

A new Hotel, and everything is clean. It is a little away from downtown, but still within walking distance. Only breakfast is available; dinner is not provided. The breakfast buffet has just the right variety, and personally it helps me avoid overeating. Be aware that it gets crowded on days with group guests. You can see the sea from the window, so the view is nice enough. Parking is free to use. There is a public bath and a coin laundry (washer and dryer are separate) on the 2nd floor, which is convenient even for long stays. There is a 24-hour supermarket just a short walk away, making shopping easy as well. Since it was a corner Room, it was spacious. With a table, chairs, and a sofa, you can relax comfortably.

I visit Ishigaki Island almost every year, and this was my second stay here. This time it was just the two of us, so we had made a Reservation for a one-bedroom Room, but since there was availability, they kindly let us use a two-bedroom Room. The living/dining area and kitchen were spacious, and we were able to enjoy takeout seafood rice bowls and cut up the fruit we bought, which made for a very satisfying stay. Although the property feels a bit dated, it was well cleaned; if I had to mention one thing, the only minor concern was some black mold in the bathroom. My husband and I are already talking about staying here again next year. Thank you very much.

We had a truly wonderful time thanks to the clean Room and excellent Facility. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the cutlery and dishes were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. There was a power outage on Ishigaki Island on the day of checkout, but you handled it smoothly. We will definitely come again!!

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many Accommodations throughout the whole country, and this was truly our number one—an Accommodation we sincerely want to return to. What impressed us most was the privacy that comes with renting an entire villa and the peaceful setting where we could relax without worrying about anyone around us. We spent a leisurely time by the pool, enjoying a luxurious moment where time seemed to slow down. In the evening, we invited friends who live on Ishigaki Island and enjoyed a barbecue. With perfect weather, watching the scenery shift from Ishigaki’s beautiful sunset to a sky full of stars is an unforgettable memory. It felt less like a Hotel stay and more like spending time in our own private luxury villa—an exceptional experience. The Room was spotless down to every detail, and the Facility, amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator were excellent. It was high-quality yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. At night, everything was wonderfully quiet, and we were able to fully relax both body and mind. We stayed here as three generations of our family. The Room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious time. The view is beautiful. The room is very spacious. At night, it gets completely dark, and if there are no clouds, the stars are stunning. The hotel's service is excellent. Although I didn’t use it, there is a pool available. The surroundings consist of fields, forests, and cows. It reminded me of an old but charming hotel in Ubud, Bali. For dining or shopping, you can reach the town by car in about 10 minutes. Both the airport and the town are nearby. The hotel offers a morning restaurant and drink vending machines; there might have been cup noodles available too (though I didn’t try them). The facility is somewhat old but functional. Hot showers work well, and the air conditioning was effective. While geckos may occasionally appear (as they do in Bali), I didn’t encounter any during my stay—they’re harmless anyway! There were a few small ants in the bathtub at one point but washing them away with water solved that issue. I made a last-minute reservation during peak season at what I thought was a reasonable price. If you’re concerned about some of these minor drawbacks mentioned above, this place might not be for you; however, if they don’t bother you much, your satisfaction will likely be high. I would love to stay here again!

I considered booking a Hotel in Ishigaki Island, but I was drawn to the idea of "one group per day" and made the Reservation. The result was absolutely satisfying! The fact that we could enjoy BBQ was amazing, and they even provided insect repellent and BBQ equipment. Such thoughtful hospitality! The Facility was very clean, with even a washing machine and dryer available! It rained during our stay, so having these amenities really helped as we were struggling with laundry. One minor downside about the Facility is the hairdryer—it had very weak airflow but got extremely hot. If there were details about the hairdryer provided beforehand, I could have brought my own or prepared accordingly. We caused some inconvenience during our stay, but they kindly contacted us each time and treated us with great kindness. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely want to stay here!

This was our first stay. It’s just a short walk from Yonehara Beach, making it very convenient for snorkeling. The exterior and interior are very stylish, and since it’s a private rental Accommodation, we were able to relax as a family. The living room is especially spacious, and the high ceilings create an open, airy feel. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Drawn in by the phrase “Japan’s most luxurious villa,” six fellow business owners and I stayed for one night while visiting Ishigaki Island. In the end, it was an outstanding stay that every one of us raved about. What surprised us even before arriving was the pre-trip meeting with a dedicated planner. Their flexibility and ability to turn any request into reality—along with thoughtful suggestions—had us excited from the start. The actual stay was truly the definition of being fully taken care of. From Shuttle Service to and from the airport, to marine activities like snorkeling on our own private boat, and even a buggy experience on an uninhabited island reached by crossing Kabira Bay in an amphibious vehicle—everything was a one-of-a-kind experience you can only have here. The view from the uninhabited island’s private beach was more beautiful than anything we had ever seen, and it became an unforgettable memory. The villa’s pool and full-scale water slide were also high quality—six adults could enjoy them to the fullest. On top of that, everything was all-inclusive, from an Ishigaki beef BBQ to alcoholic beverages. We were also amazed by Mr./Ms. S, our dedicated veteran coordinator. With decades of experience escorting well-known public figures, their knowledge of Ishigaki Island and hospitality were truly world-class. Thanks to S, our trip satisfaction multiplied many times over. And since we could keep enjoying activities right up until just before our evening flight home the next day, it honestly felt like two nights’ worth—so much so that it seemed like a bargain. We absolutely want to come back, and this is a special place I can confidently recommend to other business owners as well. Next time, I’d love to visit with my team from work.

The carefully prepared breakfast, both Japanese and Western styles, was absolutely delicious and impressive! The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to use the hammock this time, but next time I’d love to relax on the terrace or stargaze. I will definitely visit again! Thank you so much!
