The service, rooms, and breakfast were all great—but the breakfast selection was incredible! Eel, pickled plums, acacia honey, cheese, vegetable juice, and more. There were so many carefully chosen items that I wanted to try but couldn’t fit in everything, so I’ll save them for next time (lol). During the busy breakfast hours, a staff member helped me out. They seemed a little surprised but were happy about it. It’s also close to JR Namba Station and the West Exit of Osaka-Namba Station. You can get to the Hotel without getting wet, and there’s a Life supermarket open until midnight nearby—so we had no trouble at all.

We brought our own food to celebrate in the Room, and the staff kindly warmed it to the perfect temperature and delivered it to our Room. The night view from the Room was stunning, and we had an unforgettable evening. We look forward to staying again in the future. The cake

The check-in service was excellent, and the Room was comfortable, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I would like to stay here again next time. From JR Bentencho Station, it felt a bit far when carrying a suitcase, so next time I plan to use the subway.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts to bring for local people, which was extremely helpful. Both the Room and the spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka very pleasant.
