My family and I stayed here to attend a performance at a nearby hall. It’s a little far from Niigata Station, but since we were driving it wasn’t an issue, and the affiliated parking lot was right next door, which was very convenient. The staff frequently checked in with us, and they were kind and helpful with our questions, which made us feel at ease. I especially recommend the breakfast, which offers a great selection of local specialties made with regional ingredients. We could try small portions of many different dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. On the day of our stay, we received an upgrade to a more spacious Room, which made it even more relaxing. Thank you very much. This time we stayed for one night for a specific purpose, but there are still many places we’d like to visit and plenty of great food to try, so we hope to return for a longer stay next time.

I stayed here again this time. The Room is always exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I accidentally forgot my facial cleanser, but it was available from the lobby amenities, which was very helpful. I was also happy to find a summer limited-time bath additive. I booked an early check-out Plan, and it was very convenient since it’s just a short walk to the Shinkansen ticket gates. I expect I’ll be traveling to Niigata for a while, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

This was my second stay. Recently I had been staying mostly at Hotels directly connected to Niigata Station or close to the station, but I made a Reservation this time because I wanted to enjoy this breakfast buffet again after a long time. I was a little disappointed that there were fewer varieties of branded rice than before, but everything paired perfectly with rice and was very delicious. With three kinds of yogurt and four kinds of fruit, it was a very satisfying breakfast. The Room was also very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for a trip. It was in a very convenient location close to Niigata Station. I was worried because there is no affiliated parking, but there were plenty of parking lots around the Hotel, so it was not a problem at all. The Hotel is old, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just as the Reviews said: there were many options, and every dish was very delicious. There were two kinds of miso soup, and the clam miso soup was excellent. If I have the chance, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I checked in on Saturday night and went to the large public bath. It was crowded, but it moved along smoothly, and the bath was spacious so I could relax and soak comfortably. The twin room was compact yet functional, and I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed for one night. The single room was a bit small, but it had been renovated—including the bathroom—and was very clean. Hotels with free breakfast are nice, but the local-style breakfast and spacious buffet area here made for a relaxed and highly satisfying experience. I chose the Western-style set this time, but the Japanese option also looked delicious. There are other hotels with great breakfasts, but this one also has a large public bath, so I’d like to stay again.

I ended up staying in Niigata at short notice, and I really appreciated your help. Even though it was late at night, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and for this type of Hotel, the bathtub in the bathroom was pleasantly spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—especially the nikujaga and Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice, which were delicious. I’d love to stay again when I visit Niigata.

It’s a good hotel. The breakfast seemed excellent, but I didn’t get to try it this time and would definitely like to next time. The staff and housekeeping were very pleasant, and the hotel was comfortable. However, the air conditioning throughout the building was quite cold, and even with an extra blanket my feet still felt cold, which was disappointing.

We stayed here the night before heading to Sado. Since we booked on the day, we received a discount and it was great value for money. The Room isn’t large, but it was comfortable enough. The shared area had manga and massage chairs, and the kids enjoyed them too. The buffet breakfast on the 10th floor was very reasonably priced—so cheap I felt it might even be less than buying food at a convenience store. There was a good selection, and the rice (from Niigata) was delicious. At the Hotel entrance there was also a shaved-ice service (mainly for kids?), and although it was only available for a short time, we had a pleasant stay overall. One thing that confused me: we parked in the affiliated multi-story parking garage right in front of the Hotel. When asked about our parking ticket, I handed it over thinking it would be free, but at checkout it only went from 1,200 yen to 1,100 yen. The website also says 1,100 yen, but I couldn’t tell whether that is the regular rate or the discounted rate. Since the front desk took my ticket, ran it through their machine, and returned it without any explanation, I think some guests may mistakenly assume parking becomes free.

Since I needed to catch the 7:10 bus from the station, I was hoping the breakfast venue would open early. When I went a bit ahead of time, it opened about four minutes early, which was very helpful.

I made a Reservation without knowing the area, as it was my first time going to Niigata Racecourse, but the Hotel was in a lively district near Niigata Station and close to a bus stop, so getting around was easy. The front desk staff were very kind, and although the Room was compact, it was comfortable. I visited during heavy rain, but I also tried the stone sauna for the first time and enjoyed it. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

Free parking, and the view from the Room was quite nice. We stayed in a double Room, and it was clean and spacious, which was great. However, the bathroom and toilet are small. Also, there is a smoking area right outside the Hotel entrance/exit, and it smells. For non-smokers, I’d prefer it to be placed at a back entrance or somewhere with less foot traffic. It was unpleasant every time we passed by.

I arrived at Niigata Station close to 11:00 PM and headed to the Hotel after getting off the Shinkansen; it was very convenient with easy access from the station. Both the lobby and the Room were clean, and I have no complaints. I left early the next morning, but checkout was as simple as putting the key in a box, with no procedures required. It’s a Hotel I would like to use again.

I stay here every time I visit Niigata City. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Hotaru is on the first floor, so it’s perfect—you can get back in seconds even after a few drinks!

As bottled milk becomes harder to find, you can enjoy delicious Tsukada Milk here. I always look forward to it. Please promote it more to support local dairy farming.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet in particular had a wide variety of options and was excellent. One thing I noticed was that the water in the large public bath felt quite hot, and it stung a little when I first put my feet in. However, it warmed me up well, so overall it was good. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

From storing our luggage before check-in to the courteous service, everything left a great impression. The room was spotless and we were able to relax comfortably. The affiliated parking lot was nearby, and there were restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away, which was very convenient. We had a comfortable stay in the spacious twin Room. There was a ceiling-mounted projector, and we enjoyed the wall-sized images. I want to buy one for home (lol). The breakfast was also very delicious, and when we come to Niigata again, we would love to stay here. Thank you very much.

As always, I was able to check in quickly and smoothly thanks to the prompt and courteous service. All amenities were provided in the Room; the three-blade razor was easy to use, and I also liked that the toothbrush felt sturdy and there was plenty of toothpaste.
