Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. I stayed here for a fan event in Ariake. It was a shame I missed the late-night soba and couldn’t try it, but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The large public bath was crowded at night so I skipped it, but it was pleasant in the morning. It was spacious with a great view. I’d like to stay here again.
