Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.

I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that the in-room slippers were so thin they tore easily (though I was given a new pair). Also, I was on the 8th floor, and it was inconvenient to go down to the 4th floor first and then take a different elevator up to the 18th floor to use the bath. The view was great and overall it was good. Thank you.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.
