Not only through spring, summer, autumn, and winter, but also in their subtle transitions, we encounter countless surprises and discoveries—sometimes finding little treasures that shine—and we ourselves are often left in awe.For example:The moment you see yellow and orange spring foliage against the lingering snow on distant Mt. Tengu,The moment a warm sun shines while an occasional north wind rustles the trees,The moment the moon seen from Futami Suspension Bridge glows round and golden like an egg yolk,The moment chestnut burrs in the courtyard shift from green to brown and plump into shape,The moment you wake to a window filled with snow-covered mountains. To delicately capture these beautiful scenes found within the changing seasons—and to invite our guests to see, taste, listen, and feel them—we have introduced our own original 24 seasonal periods. We would be delighted if you could take home today’s one-of-twenty-four colors as a memory of your journey.*Our property is exclusively for guests aged 13 and over.*
