As we were an elderly couple traveling together, we chose this hotel so we could enjoy a relaxed course-style meal, and it met our expectations and left us very satisfied. From the room we were shown, we had a panoramic view of Miho Bay. The room was spacious with high ceilings, and that alone helped ease the fatigue of travel. The sofa and table were carefully crafted from solid wood; they weren’t flashy, but they reflected attention to detail and good taste. We used the large public bath, and even though it was around 5:30 p.m., it felt like we had it to ourselves, so I was able to relax and enjoy it at my own pace. Dinner featured a wide variety of small portions using local ingredients and seasonal produce. The amount was just right, and the timing of service was excellent. Thanks to all of this, we had a wonderful time; however, there was one thing that felt inconsistent—the send-off. After dinner on our way back to the room, someone who seemed to be in charge saw us off at the elevator until the doors closed, which almost made us feel apologetic for the attention. Yet after checkout, when we left through the entrance, there was no farewell or greeting at all. Given how high the overall standard of the hotel is, this was a little disappointing.

I visited here as a child, and this time I came back to my hometown and stayed with my son and my parents. The Hotel has been beautifully renovated, so it felt quite different, but I enjoyed the nostalgic kawara soba and visited the lounge for the first time. We were able to relax together as a family, and even with just one night we were completely satisfied. The bath in the Room was great, and the private open-air bath was also amazing. The meals were delicious as well, and I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed to celebrate our grandchild’s 10th birthday and to treat our daughter-in-law, who works hard at both her job and raising children. It was a quick trip, but the weather was great, and with an amazing location and outstanding hospitality, we had a truly satisfying time. We really appreciated the room upgrade and the club lounge where children were welcome even for nightcaps, and we hope to visit again someday. It was a stay we are sincerely grateful for. The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

The meals and the hospitality were extremely satisfying, but I felt embarrassed because the bath was clearly visible from outside. It was a very dog-friendly Hotel. They had almost everything we needed except food, so we could stay with peace of mind. We stayed here to visit Toy Kingdom. We chose this Hotel because it was close—about a 6-minute drive from Toy Kingdom. The exterior looks a bit aged, but the inside was well cleaned and comfortable. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room on the ocean side. However, since it was on the second floor, trees blocked the view and we couldn’t really enjoy the scenery. The amenities were fine overall, but it was disappointing that there were no skincare items like lotion provided in the Room. Also, perhaps because it was summer, the bath water temperature was extremely hot. Our 7-year-old daughter kept going back and forth between the cold bath and the hot bath (lol), and our 5-year-old son didn’t seem able to get in. At the buffet, they grilled meat at a live kitchen station, and it was tender and very delicious. There was also a great variety of ice cream. It felt like most guests were families, so we thought this Hotel would be very comfortable for those traveling with children.
