The Onsen water has a silky, soothing quality and feels wonderful, but above all, the kids’ room was fantastic. Our 3-year-old grandchild loves it and had fun the entire time again on this visit. Seeing that happy smile is the best gift for us grandparents. This is our third stay this year, and we also have a Reservation for December 31 at year-end.

I stayed here again this year following last year. The lack of an auto-lock was not an issue for me. It was sufficient and satisfactory. There was plenty of parking space, and I could also park my motorcycle.

For our Kyushu girls’ trip, we chose Mojiko—introduced to us through “Convenience Store Brothers”—as our final-day destination and stayed in the Premium Suite at Premium Hotel. From the moment we stepped into the Room, we were thrilled by the panoramic view of Mojiko right in front of us and the spacious, comfortable Room! After enjoying carefully selected drinks, cheese, and finger foods at the exclusive lounge Tempo, we finally fulfilled our wish to walk across the Kanmon Straits, then took a ferry back to right in front of the Hotel. It’s worth staying here for this Hotel alone! Next time, we’d love to enjoy a meal at one of the Hotel’s restaurants as well.

This was my second stay, and the amenities are well stocked—above all, the view is amazing. The sea is nearby, and morning walks with my dog were the best. The Room was spacious and clean. The dog run was also well maintained, so I felt comfortable letting my dog play there. Next time, I’d like to stay for about two nights and relax at a slower pace. Thank you very much.

The Room was clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The night view is wonderful, and on a clear morning, the cityscape and sea of Kitakyushu seen through the large windows feel truly refreshing. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. A trip to Itoshima with three high school friends! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite!! Ocean views from the window, the bath, and even the bed. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Next time, I’d like to stay here with my family.

We ended up staying here at short notice as well while sightseeing with our son’s family. The front desk staff member was from overseas, but spoke fluent Japanese and kindly acknowledged our long journey, making check-in pleasant. The other staff were also very attentive—it really felt like a long-established Hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and we ate far too much. The Room shows its age and the door was a bit hard to close, but overall it was fine. There aren’t many amenities, but we knew that in advance, so it wasn’t inconvenient. There are also commercial facilities nearby, which was very convenient. If possible, we would be completely satisfied if the shuttle bus could run on weekdays as well. Stayed for two nights in late November. We were three women and found this accommodation to be absolutely satisfying in every aspect. The view is stunning, with the ocean right in front of you. The building itself is luxurious and meticulously designed without any compromises. Remarkably, it is equipped with the latest high-end appliances. The tableware includes Iittala, and the dining area features Carl Hansen furniture, showcasing attention to detail throughout the space. The room's fireplace was cozy, and we could even enjoy BBQ on the terrace. This time, we fully self-catered using Itoshima vegetables, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Of course, what truly matters is what's inside—the staff were warm and supportive from afar with friendly smiles. It was a wonderful accommodation that I would love to visit again!

The facilities were sophisticated, and I was very satisfied! The weather was amazing, and I felt healed by the blue sky, sea, breeze, and sound of the waves. The location was also fantastic. If I may suggest for future consideration, we brought our pet along, but there were small gaps at the entrance and in the corner of the dog run where our pet escaped twice. Thankfully, a neighbor noticed and quickly secured them, but it made us quite anxious. Another suggestion would be to have a TV in the first-floor bedroom as well.
