Earned points can be used immediately (Point Discount) at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen, applied to the total accommodation reservation amount (including tax, excluding Hot Spring Tax).
If you use the Earned Points as a Point Discount, Points will not be awarded after the stay.
If you cancel the reservation, the Point Discount used will become invalid. Additionally, if a Cancellation Fee is incurred, the Point Discount will not be applied to cover the fee.
Some facilities may not allow Point Discount, and in such cases, the Earn Points will be invalid.
If we cannot confirm the use of the Facility, we may request payment for the Point Discount.
