This is my absolute favorite Hotel. I love traveling and have stayed in many places, but One Suite is the only Hotel that makes me want to come back again and again. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful Hotel in Okinawa, which I love so much. The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding—truly an amazing Hotel. I would be so happy if more and more people could discover it. Congratulations on your 5th anniversary! I’m looking forward to seeing all of the staff again!

We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog. The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. What impressed us most was that all the staff remembered our dog’s name and greeted us using it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Hotels and Ryokans across the whole country, and this place was truly excellent—service, Facilities, and the Room were all outstanding! They handled a last-minute surprise request flexibly, which I really appreciated. As for the meals, everything served was delicious. That said, I would have liked to see a few more luxurious options. 5 stars!

Every summer vacation, we stay at this seaside Hotel. The Rooms in the East Wing and the amenities are truly wonderful, and we always look forward to them. One small disappointment was that last year there was a bottle of water by the sink in the bathroom, but this time it wasn’t provided. Also, the staff’s service was excellent. In the morning, when my child and I were swimming in the sea, I’m not sure if it was a staff member or a volunteer, but someone was carefully picking up litter on the beach. It was wonderful. Thanks to that, there wasn’t any trash at all on the beach in front of the Hotel, and we could swim comfortably. We’ll be back again next year. We hope it will be even more upgraded—haha.

We were extremely satisfied and had a wonderful summer vacation. The Room was spacious with a great view—perfect. We also used the lounge, and both the drinks and food were excellent, making it a very comfortable space. We would definitely like to stay again.

We always enjoy staying here. This time, since it was raining, the view from the Room was a bit disappointing, but instead we were able to fully relax and enjoy a quiet, luxurious time in the lounge thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff and the comfortable atmosphere. E

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts to bring for local people, which was extremely helpful. Both the Room and the spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka very pleasant.

It was my first stay in a while—and my first time visiting in summer—but this was a wonderful Accommodation, especially the Onsen, the meals, and visiting all four Suwa Taisha shrines. The Room differed slightly from the photos shown, which was disappointing; however, it is an Accommodation I would like to book again next time by making an early Reservation so I can secure a Room with a front-facing view of Lake Suwa.

A charming Accommodation, delicious cuisine, and heartfelt hospitality—everything was exceptional, and I was truly moved. I don’t have many opportunities to visit Akita, but this was a special Accommodation that made me think, “I will definitely come back.” I also purchased and read the book that tells the story leading up to the opening. I deeply resonated with the passion and convictions behind it and found it truly inspiring. I hope to learn from that passion and continue working in a way that brings joy to the people right in front of me.

We arrived a little early (before check-in), but we were able to wait in the lounge using our Diamond benefit credit. I was happy to find my favorite Blue Seal ice cream there. The Room was spacious and very relaxing. Having two sinks and a washing machine was really convenient. Breakfast was great—the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The breakfast staff greeted us with warm smiles, so we could enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. On the second day of our stay, the rainy season in Okinawa ended right on time, and the ocean view from the window was beautiful. In the evening, we took a short walk around the Hotel. The sea was very close, and the sunset was stunning. After dark, we also got to see a huge full moon—it made for an unforgettable trip to Ishigaki. The calm atmosphere of this Hotel suited us perfectly, and we were able to spend truly relaxing time here. We would love to stay again next year.

We could even see Mt. Fuji—just as my parents had always said—and we were very satisfied! We stay at various Ryokan, but the meals here were especially generous and delicious. The staff were kind to our child as well, and our child seemed to love it the whole time and stayed in a great mood. We’d love to stay again when we visit Shizuoka!

I chose this Accommodation because it seemed to have a great view from the Room, and with the good weather it was even more wonderful than I imagined. The meals were truly delicious! We stayed here as a couple for our wedding anniversary. It seemed we had the place to ourselves by chance, so we were able to truly relax. Every dish was carefully prepared, and everything was a flavor we had never tried before—absolutely delicious. The owners were also very kind, and we had a wonderful time. I stayed on the club floor at Hotel Hankyu International during my time in Osaka, and it was an exceptionally satisfying stay. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, answering my questions warmly and attentively with genuine smiles. I felt truly welcomed. While the hotel has the elegance you’d expect from a luxury Hotel, it never felt stiff—service was delivered with a comfortable sense of distance that left a great impression. My club-floor room was spacious, with upscale furniture and furnishings throughout. The view of Osaka from the window was especially breathtaking. Through the large windows, Umeda’s night skyline spread out before me in full. Simply taking in the view felt like pure luxury. The club lounge also exceeded my expectations. I could relax in a calm atmosphere, and the staff were consistently thoughtful and attentive. The view from the window seats was wonderful as well—I lost track of time while unwinding there. The drinks and light bites were high quality, making this an excellent choice for anyone who wants to truly enjoy their Hotel stay. Most memorable of all was breakfast. The Japanese set included soft-shelled turtle rice porridge (suppon zosui), which was surprisingly delicious and made for an indulgent start to the day. The refined, deeply flavorful broth soaked into me with every sip, bringing happiness with each bite. There was none of the gaminess often associated with suppon—just a gentle taste at a level that hardly seemed like breakfast food. Every side dish was carefully prepared too, leaving me completely satisfied. From the room and night views to the club lounge, breakfast, and staff service—everything met an impressively high standard. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “I will definitely stay here again.” For anyone seeking a special stay in Osaka’s Umeda area, I can confidently recommend it. When I visit Osaka next time, I would absolutely choose the club floor again—it was a wonderful Hotel stay that let me fully enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life.

I’ve stayed at other Dormy Inn Hotels several times on business trips, and everything—cleanliness, the Onsen, and the meals—has always been excellent. This time we visited for a family trip, and my wife and child were thrilled. It made our trip truly enjoyable, and we’d love to stay again!

The Hotel staff were all very kind. Our pet tends to bark when approached by people, so we were concerned at first; however, they maintained an appropriate distance which made our stay very comfortable. Although it rained on our first day, the weather improved on the second day.
