I truly enjoyed the rare culinary experience—game meat, river fish, a variety of homemade dishes, herbal liqueurs, and more—things you simply can’t taste at home. The unpretentious, rustic atmosphere was also wonderful. I even bought some of the incredibly delicious rice as a souvenir, and I’m still savoring the memories after returning home.

Arriving drenched in sweat, I was able to take a breather right away in the lounge with the complimentary shaved ice service. It felt like the best kind of hospitality. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but everything was pleasantly well kept and I had a comfortable stay. Joining the morning walk was also worthwhile—I learned things for the first time thanks to the guide’s explanations, making it a meaningful experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. With Kofuku-ji Temple, Nara Park, and the station all nearby, it’s an ideal location for sightseeing, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

We were blessed with great weather on this trip—clear skies every day and stunning views of Mt. Daisen and the Sea of Japan from the mountain. Because this Facility comes so highly recommended, we arrived early to make the most of it. With the all-inclusive plan, we enjoyed a beer right away while soaking in the open-air bath on our Room’s balcony. The Room had a Western antique style, and everything—from the bed and furnishings to the tableware—was superb. The Italian dinner was outstanding and truly worthy of an auberge, and the house wine was exceptionally delicious. The hospitality was excellent as well; the owner personally greeted us, and we had a wonderful conversation. From around sunset, a sea of clouds began to spread out—so spectacular that even the owner said it was something rarely seen. We were able to fully enjoy both an incredible meal and breathtaking scenery.

I visited with three friends. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was also delicious, making it a wonderful memory. It was my first time visiting Wakasa, and I would love to come again.

There are two private bedrooms, each with two beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds on the second-floor loft area of the living room, so even a large group can stay very comfortably. The bathroom is also spacious, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the Onsen. The amenities were well stocked, and we had no inconveniences during our stay. The kitchen faces the living room and is very easy to use, with plenty of tableware and cooking utensils provided. A hot plate was also available, so we all made sukiyaki together and enjoyed a fun meal—another great memory. Above all, we would like to express our gratitude regarding the wine opener. When we called because the one provided was broken, you brought a new one right away. We truly appreciate your quick response despite our sudden request. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful time. The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

This was our third stay. We visited as a three-generation family trip (8 people), including our grandparents and two children aged 5 and 3. What makes this Hotel special is that everyone—from kids to seniors—can enjoy it in their own way. There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as Onsen Facilities (with well-stocked amenities), so you can relax without worrying about the weather, which is a huge help when traveling with children. Our kids used the pools and Onsen again and again, played in the kids’ room and game area, and looked happy throughout our stay. The guest rooms are spacious, and the entire building feels open, so even with three generations we never felt cramped. Our grandparents also enjoyed the Onsen and the shop, spending time relaxing inside or taking walks nearby at their own pace. The staff were consistently courteous, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Access from central Tokyo is convenient; our train-loving child enjoyed traveling by Shinkansen, and it’s also easy to reach by car—another big plus for multi-generation trips because it reduces travel fatigue. Our child likes this Hotel so much they said they want to live here. As parents, we feel confident staying here, which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend it for families with preschoolers as well as senior travelers. We’d love to visit again as a family.

This was our first stay in about two years, and it was an even better trip than before. It was my first trip with my mother, so I was worried whether she would like it, but she was truly impressed—she said the bath and the meals were unlike anything she had ever experienced. I stayed here with my wife on a trip to Kagoshima. Because it was raining and our flight was delayed, we couldn’t really enjoy the view, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen with excellent water quality. The water is strongly alkaline and leaves your skin silky-smooth—personally, I loved it. The staff were all pleasant, and the meals were delicious without being overly large. Overall, we were satisfied with the Room that has a bath, except that the bathroom is fully visible from the bed. A curtain or similar covering on the bathroom door would help even middle-aged couples feel more comfortable. A great Onsen in a convenient location near Sakurajima and Ogawa Falls. Please continue operating for many years to come. Thank you very much.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.
