The facilities were clean, and the meals were delicious. They had a great selection of thoughtful pet amenities, which we really appreciated. Karaoke was also affordable at 500 yen per person per hour. We’d love to visit again in winter.

I’ve stayed here several times already. I usually book the Club Floor to relax with drinks in the lounge, and also to work out in the pool next door at Ren and soak in the Onsen. On day one, after check-in I headed straight to the lounge. The familiar staff welcomed me warmly, saying things like, “Today we have Taketsuru,” and “Your usual Blanton’s is right here”—which made me very happy. When it’s hot, beer is a must to start. Three draft beers plus a can of tomato juice makes the perfect Red Eye at just the right moment. I went out for an early meal (after 4 p.m., everywhere is quiet), then came back for whisky time in the lounge again. I enjoyed Taketsuru and Blanton’s on the rocks, with beer as a chaser. Iichiko from a flask mixed with orange juice was also delicious. For my next visit, I requested a good amazake—I’ve recently gotten hooked on drinking amazake mixed with sake. The next morning, I felt refreshed after an early soak in the Onsen—so relaxing. When the lounge opened at 10:00, I had one last beer and headed home satisfied. I stayed for one night with my parents and we were able to relax in a quiet, peaceful setting. Because my parents are elderly, we chose the small-portion meal Plan, and it was delicious and very satisfying.

We have been staying here once or twice a year for about the past 13 years. It has become a cherished family tradition. This time as well, during the May holiday period, the three of us stayed (Japanese-Western style room with dinner and breakfast included), and we returned home extremely satisfied with the consistently reliable service. Even amid recent challenging changes such as rising prices, we can see that you have made tremendous management efforts to maintain both your service quality and pricing. The Onsen was absolutely amazing, with the perfect temperature. The lunch was also fantastic and truly exceptional. If I have the chance, I’d love to capture the snowy scenery and would definitely stay here again. On a side note, I admire the staff who work hard in a location where commuting by car is almost essential.

This Accommodation was located right in front of Lake Suigetsu. The staff, who were very knowledgeable about the local area, were a pleasure to talk to and provided great service, and the blackthroat seaperch and other local ingredients were truly delicious.

I stayed during Golden Week. I expected it to be crowded, but I was glad I could spend a quiet time. The meals were so filling that I felt they could have been a bit smaller, as I’m in my 60s. The sunset was beautiful while looking out over the Mikuma River, and it felt very pleasant. All the staff were kind and welcoming. I would like to stay again.

A man in his 60s traveling solo. I’ve stayed in West Izu about nine times, but this is my first time using this Accommodation. This time I came by car, though I usually ride a motorcycle. I come for the coastal drive from Numazu down to Minami-Izu, and for the sashimi. The Accommodation has some areas that show its age, but it feels very clean. I stayed in a standard Room; if two people share it, some may find it a bit small, but it has a great atmosphere. The bath is not an Onsen, but unless you’re particular about that, I don’t think it’s an issue. The meals are excellent. Dinner was a sashimi platter plus a full Western-style course meal. There was plenty of sashimi, and the Western dishes tasted great and were beautifully presented. Breakfast had an impressive number of items. At other Accommodations, extra dishes are often added just to increase the count and end up being unnecessary, but there was nothing wasteful here. Since I stayed alone there was an additional charge as expected, but my overall satisfaction is the best I’ve ever had. With prices rising everywhere, being able to stay at this price feels—maybe it’s an exaggeration—like a miracle. For reference, the Accommodation in Toi where I stayed last February had increased its price by 10,000 yen.

I enjoyed a luxurious stay surrounded by art. Both the space and the service were excellent, and all of the staff were kind. With Shuttle Service buses to the port and museums, getting around the island was very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Naoshima.

The tea bags in the Room were also excellent, with a special flavor I couldn’t find anywhere else. Everything was spotless down to the smallest details. Thank you so much to the housekeeping team—I was able to make wonderful memories thanks to you. One day during a meal, when I was coughing, a staff member kindly asked, “Would you like me to make some ginger tea?” Their thoughtful care truly warmed my heart.

Thank you for hosting me on my solo trip. Last time I stayed in the center of Matsuyama and felt a bit unsettled, but this time I was very satisfied to be surrounded by nature.

The sun viewed from the ocean-view Room is endlessly captivating. The building is older, but it offers a spacious layout and is kept very clean. The meals when I stayed before were also delicious, made with local ingredients.

Everything else was delicious, and we’ll definitely come again—for nourishment and for a refreshing reset. I also enjoyed Pilates, and took a gentle lantern walk at night with my grandchild. It was March and still cold at home, but we were able to swim here—such wonderful memori

Thank you for picking us up at the station—it was very helpful. The seafood dinner and kamameshi were incredibly delicious, and we ate a lot! The bath was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful.

My flight arrived at Memanbetsu Airport at 18:30. I wanted to order dinner as well, but it seemed I would need to finish eating by 20:00, so I decided not to. Since nearby restaurants close early, I ended up having a convenience store bento for dinner. The Haseko Mart bento was really delicious. Highly recommended.

The beach is right in front of the hotel and easy to access, and the food was unbelievably delicious—absolutely amazing! Many buffet restaurants start running low as closing time approaches, but here it felt like everything was replenished right up until the end. There was sushi, meat dishes, noodles, desserts, and curry—and every single one of them was incredibly good! The open-air bath also had a great view—everything about this stay was wonderful.

We stayed for two nights on our trip to Okinawa. The Room was spacious and clean, which left a great impression. Since we got drenched in sweat during the trip, being able to use the coin laundry was a big help. Breakfast was satisfying—we could even have taco rice and (a small amount of) Soki soba. A few minor points that could be improved: - The elevator signage inside the Hotel was a bit hard to understand; I didn’t realize until the second day that there are vending machines besides the ones on the 1st floor. - There were no loungewear in the Room, and it took me a while to notice that you can freely pick them up from the elevator hall. - I only realized at the washing machines that detergent must be purchased at the front desk, so I had to make an extra round trip. None of these were really the Hotel’s fault—just things I would have figured out if I’d thought about it—but having them clearly noted would have been convenient.

This was my second stay. Breakfast was a buffet of bread and salad, plus a choice of one main dish from three options, and it was delicious. Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.
