It was a very satisfying trip to Shirahama. This Accommodation is in an excellent location, close to Shirarahama Beach. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we were very satisfied. We love Onsen, so we were happy with the large public bath here. The food was delicious as well. All the staff were attentive and helpful—thank you very much. It was an Accommodation that exceeded its price. We were also blessed with good weather and could relax at our leisure. It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to come again.

It was such a comfortable Room where I could relax without worrying about anyone else. The rooftop area with 360-degree views was also great—I brought up beer from my Room—and the contrast between traffic jams and dusk was striking. Everyone at the Hotel was kind and warm. Next

I stayed here with my mother. To reduce the burden on my elderly mother as much as possible, I asked about the routes from our Room, and they provided a thorough explanation in advance. They also contacted us to confirm our stay, so we arrived feeling at ease. The Kaga-style dinner was very delicious, and the fireworks visible right in front of our Room were truly impressive—but above all, the Onsen. The spacious large public bath felt as if it continued into Lake Shibayama, and I ended up soaking for a long time. The morning bath while basking in the sunrise was also wonderful. The Hotel staff were all very kind. Our pet tends to bark when approached by people, so we were concerned at first; however, they maintained an appropriate distance which made our stay very comfortable. Although it rained on our first day, the weather improved on the second day.

We had a wonderful time during our 3-day, 2-night stay. It was our first time trying the barrel sauna, a Weber BBQ, and a campfire, but thanks to your thoughtful support, we were able to enjoy everything safely and comfortably even with a small child. The views from the garden and the Room were beautiful, and the interior was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. The pesticide-free vegetables were also delicious. We stayed for one night after reading the Reviews. The Room with a renovated open-air bath and indoor bath was very clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from the open-air bath, and the water temperature was just right, so we were able to relax at our leisure. Plenty of towels were provided, and they smelled wonderful, which really lifted our mood. The kettle was a BALMUDA, the hair dryer was a Dyson, and other furnishings were also high quality. The meals were lightly seasoned with rich dashi flavor; everything was delicious and we left completely satisfied. The service from the front desk and dining staff was excellent, making this one of the Accommodations we would love to visit again.

We stayed here as a couple for our wedding anniversary. It seemed we had the place to ourselves by chance, so we were able to truly relax. Every dish was carefully prepared, and everything was a flavor we had never tried before—absolutely delicious. The owners were also very kind, and we had a wonderful time. We were kindly offered an upgrade to a special Room. In addition to the wonderful Room, the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed a relaxing vacation. In particular, a front desk staff member (I regret I don’t remember their name) recommended great places for delicious grated soba and apple pie, which my wife and I both enjoyed. It was an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

Now in my 40s and with my parents in their 70s, I stayed here for a special parent-and-child trip. Unfortunately, it rained, but in the end we had an extremely satisfying stay. The sense of history, the tasteful architecture and furnishings, the staff’s hospitality, the wonderful meals (we dined at Le Trianon for both dinner and breakfast), and the cleanliness of the large public bath—plus the stunning view from the open-air bath—were all outstanding. My parents were truly delighted as well. In particular, Le Trianon’s breakfast course was the best we have ever had on any trip! Each dish—from the egg dishes to the smoothies—was carefully explained to us, making it a memorable experience (I was especially impressed that they used eggs from my hometown). Recently I stayed at newer luxury hotels in Karuizawa and Atami in a similar price range to this Hotel, but this historic Hotel clearly stands apart in terms of service and atmosphere. I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. I was able to relax on the sofa while enjoying the view of Oshima from the Room. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was great for easing my swollen legs after being stuck in traffic. Oshima could also be seen from the open-air bath in the Room, and since it was a private open-air bath attached to the Room, I was able to soak in the Onsen at my leisure. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially well-seasoned and very enjoyable. I will stay again, and I look forward to visiting you.

My daughter stayed here in June for her wedding. Hakodate is one of my favorite cities, and I have stayed at many Hotels there. This time, since we had the wedding, we were looking for a Hotel where she could relax as much as possible, so we chose this Hotel, which I had been interested in for some time because of its great Reviews. According to my daughter: The service was extremely courteous, the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of amenities and thoughtful items to enhance the stay (such as a coffee grinder and hair iron), making it very comfortable.
