I was overwhelmed by the number of books at first. There is also a spacious garden, and the surrounding environment is wonderful—an ideal place to relax on a trip. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it felt very comfortable. Next time, I would love to book a Multiple Night Stay and unwind even more.

Thank you for taking care of us for two nights and three days. I have stayed in many places around Japan, but this is the first time I’ve written a Review. It was a wonderful stay, and although I didn’t have time to properly express my thanks in person, I’d like to do so here. Work has been very busy lately, and this time I came hoping to “just relax,” and this Accommodation was exactly what I was looking for. From our Room we could look out over the sea at Matsushima, and without having to leave the Accommodation much at all, we were able to spend slow, luxurious time simply gazing at the ocean. The cheerful and courteous service from the staff in charge of our Room left a strong impression on me, and thanks to them we felt comfortable throughout our stay. At the dining venue as well, they casually checked in with us—“Are you cold?”—and even someone like me who gets cold easily was able to relax comfortably. The tea sweets provided were delicious, and the bath was extremely soothing. After bathing, it’s also a fond memory that I could unwind by reading while enjoying cold tea at “Salon Kura.” Every meal was truly delicious. In particular, the anago (conger eel) takikomi rice really stayed with me. We were told that any leftovers could be made into rice balls, but it was so easy to eat that we kept reaching for more with our chopsticks and finished it all. My partner seems especially impressed by the Sendai Kuroge Wagyu steak. Being able to grill sasa-kamaboko at breakfast also made me happy—it felt uniquely Miyagi. Even when we were leaving, you prepared sightseeing maps and gourmet information for us as well, and we felt your warm thoughtfulness right until the end. It was a truly lovely Accommodation where you can take your time enjoying both Matsushima’s scenery and how comfortable everything feels on-site. It ended up being a stay that refreshed both body and mind. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much for everything during our stay.

After we arrived, we were about to head to the airport due to a flight change, but you ran over to let us know the airport was closed. Thanks to that, we didn’t waste valuable time and were able to enjoy a relaxed dinner. We also appreciated your advice that if we chose all the dinner courses, we could share them and enjoy everything together—we were very satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast made excellent use of fresh ingredients and were delicious, and our friends were very happy as well. The location was wonderful, and we took lots of great photos. We made a Reservation to celebrate his birthday. I had requested a message plate in advance for our meal, and I was also delighted to find lovely towel art prepared in our room. The spacious, spotless room, the relaxing pool, and the delicious food—everything was perfect. After the trip, both of us agreed that “this time, the Hotel stay was the best,” making it a truly wonderful stay. Thank you for smoothly accommodating changes to the Shuttle Service schedule and arranging taxis for us. It has become a place we would definitely love to visit again.

This was my first stay. With only three groups per day, it’s a private pet-friendly Accommodation with a gentle, welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine was excellent, as you’d expect from a Ryokan—especially the sesame tofu and soba. Meals were served in a private dining room. Our dog happily ate the dog pizza. We stayed in the “Kuu-chan” tatami Room on the first floor, which felt a bit too spacious, but it was comfortable with no odors. The bath was a private reservable bath assigned to each Room. Since we visited in August, it was too hot outside to do much. We heard bears may appear around places like Enakyo Gorge. One downside was that a belly band (manner belt) is required inside the Room.

I’d been wanting to visit for a long time, and I treated myself to a Multiple Night Stay solo to truly relax. I’m so glad I chose this place! I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans in Japan and abroad, and this has become one of my top three favorites. Everything used throughout the Hotel is carefully selected and meticulously maintained. The staff were warm and kind in such a natural way—it was genuinely soothing. And the food—absolutely unforgettable! I had all three meals here, and if only I had another stomach, I would have loved to try even more from the menu. There were plenty of fresh local vegetables; everything was truly delicious, beautifully presented with great taste, and above all, you could feel the chef’s love in every dish. It makes perfect sense that so many guests return again and again. It was hot in midsummer, but I rented an e-bike, rode to the beach, and went for a swim. Just as rumored, the water was crystal clear—the beach was stunning—and it left me feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely come back in another season. We stayed during the Marine Day three-day weekend.\nIt was a hot, sunny day, but upon arrival we were greeted warmly and impressed by the smooth valet parking—truly the quality you’d expect from a luxury Accommodation.\nThe front desk procedures and guidance were clear and courteous. We were shown to our Room with care, and both the in-room amenities and the private open-air bath were spacious. The natural Onsen water was crystal clear, allowing us to relax and unwind at length. Dinner was a kaiseki course that felt far beyond “standard”—everything was delicious. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, and we especially enjoyed comparing different types of Yaizu’s famous shaved bonito flakes. We reluctantly prepared to leave and checked out.\nThis is an Accommodation we definitely want to plan a Reservation for again next time.

The floors throughout the Ryokan were comfortable to walk on barefoot, making it feel like home. I completely understood why rolling suitcases are not allowed. I could really appreciate the owner’s attention to detail, and I thought it was wonderful. The location was excellent, and the meals were delicious.

Modern, clean Rooms overlooking the beach. Delicious meals you could enjoy for days without getting tired of them. Cozy, home-like hospitality. Best of all, a beautiful beach where sea turtles and many kinds of fish swim—reserved exclusively for this Hotel’s guests.

From check-in to check-out, this Hotel was filled with exceptional hospitality. Below you is the sea, and the constant sound of the waves is truly soothing. Dinner comes with such a generous boat platter that you may wonder if you can finish it—naturally, the drinks go down easily. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, but it offers private open-air baths and an in-room Onsen bath, both with sweeping ocean views. Nearby there is a large roadside station with everything you could want—meals, souvenirs, and sightseeing cruises. (We went twice.) One concern: there were two or three large spiders on the ceiling of the room’s balcony. If those were taken care of, it would be perfect. Even so, it’s a Hotel I would like to visit again.

This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. This is my absolute favorite Hotel. I love traveling and have stayed in many places, but One Suite is the only Hotel that makes me want to come back again and again. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful Hotel in Okinawa, which I love so much. The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding—truly an amazing Hotel. Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. It was a truly memorable Hotel. The food in particular was outstanding; it may have been the best of any place we’ve stayed so far. Not only was it delicious, but the portions were generous—we’re big eaters, and even we left completely full. The Room was also wonderful, with a lovely view of Lake Biwa. Simply the best. To prove it, as soon as we got home we made another Reservation for the crab course—it's six months away, but we’re already excited to enjoy your料理 again. The Room was spacious, and dinner was delicious—we were very satisfied. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and guided for parking, which made it feel like we were staying at a Ryokan. At this time of year in Zao Onsen, there are few places where you can have dinner, so choosing a plan with dinner included was the right decision. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was excellent.
