Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

Perhaps because it was the rainy season, the glamping area was reserved exclusively for our group. It was our first time glamping, but it was comfortable with beds and air conditioning, and our child was thrilled. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet due to the small number of guests, but we were served an excellent individual breakfast. The kaiseki dinner was delicious, and we were also able to use a barbecue grill and enjoyed a light barbecue as well. Above all, everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

On my first trip to Kushiro, I stayed two nights and spent the second night at Lake Akan. From the entrance to the front desk area looked just like the photos, with lots of wood throughout, and I relaxed on the lobby sofa before heading to my Room. I took a coffee out the back entrance and sat on a bench overlooking Lake Akan—such a great start. The Room was a double Japanese-style Room, more than enough for one person. It may have been renovated; it was a modern, clean tatami Room with a bed, which was great. The bath was a large indoor bath, but I also took the shuttle bus to an affiliated property and enjoyed their rooftop open-air bath—very satisfying! You’ll regret it if you don’t go (lol). Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. You tend to think “Hokkaido = seafood,” but all the other dishes were also carefully prepared and tasted amazing. I planned to have a drink at the bar next to reception afterward, but I was too full and gave up (lol). The next morning, while taking a walk around Lake Akan, I ran into wild deer! After that, I took an early sightseeing cruise over to Marimo Hall. The cloudy sky wasn’t ideal, but the breeze felt great and it was very relaxing. It was just one night/two days, but I fully enjoyed nature and felt refreshed. I’d love to stay again if I get the chance.

It was my first stay in six years, and I felt that the calm, natural atmosphere is always maintained by the staff and throughout the entire Facility. The comfortable Room and the private pool in the quiet villa allowed me to relax without worrying about anyone else. The staff’s sense of distance was also pleasant, and with a touch of Okinawan language, it feels different from the slightly formal atmosphere of a large Hotel—making me want to visit again.

I visit Ajiro for fishing and always choose this accommodation as my regular stay. It's so comfortable that I often end up extending my stay. The view is great, and the private bath is absolutely amazing. I will continue to support you!

We stayed here with four adults—my parents and us as a couple. This was our second visit, and we were able to relax thanks to the seasonal cuisine and wide selection of drinks. From the window, we could relax and enjoy views of the sea and ships, and since it was perfectly clear, we could even see Harukas in the distance. On the day of departure, we really appreciated being taken by the bus leaving the Hotel around 5:00 a.m.! We were able to catch our flight easily and fully enjoy Ishigaki Island! This is my second stay. Last time I visited with my husband, and I thought then that next time I wanted to come alone—to relax and unwind in the Onsen with some time just for myself. The large public bath was almost like having it to myself, and I could use the private bath as much as I wanted by reserving it with the magnet system. This Accommodation is perfect for enjoying peaceful solo time. The Room was well cleaned, and the service was excellent in my opinion. I will stay again.

To escape the Tokyo heat, I visited Oku-Nikko again this year. With concerns about bears, I chose this Hotel because both the open-air bath and the guest rooms felt safe and reassuring. It was my first stay in several years, and perhaps due to the renovation, the room, baths, and lounge were all very clean, making for a comfortable Hotel stay. The meals were delicious; if I had to mention one thing, I would have appreciated a Japanese-style option on the second night of my two-night stay. I would definitely like to stay again.
