Every summer vacation, we stay at this seaside Hotel. The Rooms in the East Wing and the amenities are truly wonderful, and we always look forward to them. One small disappointment was that last year there was a bottle of water by the sink in the bathroom, but this time it wasn’t provided. Also, the staff’s service was excellent. In the morning, when my child and I were swimming in the sea, I’m not sure if it was a staff member or a volunteer, but someone was carefully picking up litter on the beach. It was wonderful. Thanks to that, there wasn’t any trash at all on the beach in front of the Hotel, and we could swim comfortably. We’ll be back again next year. We hope it will be even more upgraded—haha.

I was satisfied with everything—the beds, shower booth, bath, amenities, and the breakfast buffet full of Shikoku specialties. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, so getting around was very smooth. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Takamatsu.

Above all, the hostess is truly soothing. Just seeing her face makes us feel at ease. The Room—especially the bath—is great, and the water temperature is perfect. The hospitality is pleasantly attentive as well. The food is delicious, but it was a bit too much for us. However, they kindly made rice balls for us, and we ended up eating them later that night. This is the best Ryokan for us, and we will come again in winter to enjoy crab.

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. I would definitely like to stop by again when I visit Tsukuba. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed with our dog. It was our first time here, and we were so satisfied that we made a Reservation for next year during our stay. There is no Onsen, but the Room was spacious and very clean. The sukiyaki dinner on the first night was outstanding, and it was a new way of eating it for us. We stayed two nights, and we were truly impressed that on the second night not only the main dish but everything from the appetizers onward was a completely different menu. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

This is a Hotel with a very high level of overall satisfaction. The staff’s hospitality is especially outstanding. It’s rare to find a Hotel where every staff member is this pleasant, so I had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel’s location is also flawless. The view from the Room is amazing. There are plenty of dining options around the Hotel, and it’s easy to get anywhere from here. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the long wait for the elevators during peak times when many guests are heading to the pool. That can’t really be helped due to the building layout, but since the elevator hall was extremely air-conditioned, even about a 5-minute wait felt long. When I come back to Okinawa, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I finally visited this long-awaited Hotel for the first time. I called on the day of arrival and requested Shuttle Service to Chokoku-no-Mori Station. Because the number of Rooms is limited, neither the dining areas nor the Onsen ever felt crowded, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, making it a truly meaningful stay. The cocktail pairing at dinner was a wonderful experience, with cocktails I would not normally order myself. Brunch also offered a wide variety of options, and it was a delight to enjoy champagne and wine from the morning. I felt this Accommodation is easy to use even for solo travelers. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

From the moment we boarded the elevator to the Ryokan from in front of Sounzan Station, it was an exciting experience. The Accommodation and all the staff welcomed us with a warm atmosphere, and everything—the Room, the carefully prepared meals, the Onsen, and the views—was wonderfully soothing. We were able to spend a slow, quiet, luxurious time. Thank you very much.

This is my third stay, and every time I’ve stayed in a Room with a washing machine, refrigerator, sink, and microwave—simply very convenient. Since Okinawa is hot, you can do laundry right away even after sweating, so you can bring fewer clothes. There is also a large public bath, making the stay truly comfortable. Of course, it doesn’t have a beach or pool like a luxury Resort Hotel, but it’s an ideal location for driving to various beaches. There’s also a convenience store within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby—truly a “convenience store Hotel.”

I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. I truly love this time spent forgetting daily noise—the sound of flowing Onsen water and birdsong brought exceptional comfort. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but it was kept clean and there were no issues. The meals were delicious. However, I’d like to see more menu options, even if the price is slightly higher.

We enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace while watching the sunset, and the private pool was equipped with life jackets, swim rings, and more, so the kids were happily entertained for hours. Since it was our nephew’s birthday, we celebrated with a surprise cake and made wonderful memories

Last year, my 101-year-old mother-in-law passed away, and I invited my elder sister and niece, who have been feeling a bit lonely since then, to stay here. We celebrated my sister's birthday during dinner with a toast, and the staff surprised us with a Happy Birthday song and cake. Seeing my sister's happy smile made me feel so glad I chose this Hotel. Although we couldn't see the sunset this time due to rain (unlike last time), we will definitely come back again!

This was my first stay here. The staff were very courteous, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes. Being served in the Room allowed us to relax and take our time. I did notice some dark staining on the shower hose and floor in the bathing area, but there were many types of facial cleansers and serums available, as well as horse oil shampoo, which left both my skin and hair feeling great. Early in the morning by the sea, I went fishing at a spot I was shown and caught plenty of good-sized whiting. Because of the heat, it was a short trip, but I was very satisfied with the catch.
