I stayed here with my wife on a trip to Kagoshima. Because it was raining and our flight was delayed, we couldn’t really enjoy the view, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen with excellent water quality. The water is strongly alkaline and leaves your skin silky-smooth—personally, I loved it. The staff were all pleasant, and the meals were delicious without being overly large. Overall, we were satisfied with the Room that has a bath, except that the bathroom is fully visible from the bed. A curtain or similar covering on the bathroom door would help even middle-aged couples feel more comfortable. A great Onsen in a convenient location near Sakurajima and Ogawa Falls. We were thrilled! From the large windows offering views of Kada Port to stylish chairs where you can relax while enjoying a big-screen TV—and most importantly—the private natural onsen bath spacious enough for two people made it an exceptional space promising ultimate relaxation.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. In addition, all staff provided warm and attentive hospitality from start to finish, allowing us to spend a comfortable and luxurious time. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the Room was very clean, but the amenities felt too limited. The onigiri provided for lunch at breakfast was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that the fried items at the morning buffet were cold.

It was a wonderful Hotel where we could truly enjoy an extraordinary escape in every way. The staff were well trained and full of hospitality. The Room was fantastic, of course, and it was also great fun to make our own siphon coffee, with bath salts and aromatherapy provided as well—full of thoughtful touches. The three bars were always quiet, and the pool was never crowded or filled with children running around; it really felt like a Hotel for adults. The only concern was that the parking spaces often filled up. Still, we enjoyed colorful, delicious meals that let us feel Okinawa and left us completely satisfied both morning and noon—and then we could head out to explore in the afternoon. Everything was perfect, and we definitely plan to come back next year. For an all-inclusive stay, the price even felt surprisingly reasonable. Thank you very much.

The room was new and well cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a bit disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath, but considering the price, it’s more than sufficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, so even for long stays you won’t get bored, and it’s delicious—I looked forward to it every day. For those who go diving or snorkeling, there is a fully equipped drying room and showers, which were very convenient to use. I would like to stay here again.

It would have been nice to have condiments on the table. The room and bath were well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. This is one of the accommodations I would like to revisit.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

This time, since I wanted an Onsen close to Yonago Airport, I chose Kaike Onsen. I was satisfied with the Room, the Onsen, and the meals. However, upon arrival: There was only one person at the front desk, and no one came to greet me at the entrance. (For some reason, when I left they saw me off the whole time?) I stopped in front of the entrance to unload my luggage, then parked my car on my own in a distant parking lot.
