This was my third stay. I always feel comfortable here, thanks to the spacious, clean Room with a great view, the rooftop pool, and the lounge. The breakfast you can take back to your Room seems to have changed slightly from before, but I was very satisfied. Although there was an issue this time with a typhoon approaching, I truly appreciate how pleasantly and flexibly you handled everything. I really love Storyline’s atmosphere and service, so I would definitely like to stay again.

Blessed with fine weather and feeling well, my spouse and I were thoroughly satisfied with the beautifully crafted French dishes, each like a work of art. The location was excellent, and we fully enjoyed watching Mt. Fuji change color moment by moment through the window. The Ikeda 20th Century Museum of Art is also nearby, making it a wonderful day.

I made this Reservation on behalf of my father and mother. They really liked the Onsen, and they said the breakfast style—taking small side dishes—made it easy even for my father, who has limited use of his hands. Last time they took more food than they could finish, so this time we chose the lowest-priced Plan, but they were still satisfied with the meals. They love the hot spring water. We look forward to staying again.

We were happy to see the energetic Hokkaido dogs again—Miyon, Dan, and Dolly! This Accommodation was satisfying in every way, from the Onsen to the meals, and they even moved our “repeat guest” plaque to our 8th car. Thank you to all the staff for your consistently warm and attentive hospitality.

Both the facilities and the staff were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. Every staff member’s dedication and politeness came through in their service, making our stay truly comfortable. In terms of receiving hospitality that exceeds the room rate, I think it offers the best value for money in Tokyo. In particular, the gentleman in the Executive Lounge (the person on the right in the photo) was exceptional—his conversation, service, and cocktail-making skills were all truly first-rate, adding even more value to our stay. He kept an ideal distance while attentively looking after every guest. I give five stars to him for making us feel glad we stayed here and eager to return.

The meals, the Room, the service—and of course the Onsen—everything is perfect! This is an Accommodation that makes you think, “I want to come back,” every time you visit. This is a small Hotel right in front of Lake Chuzenji, and we had a wonderful trip thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. When my husband and I stayed here before, we felt it would be easy for seniors to visit as well, so this time I brought my mother. The Room with an open-air bath was spacious, and the view from the deck was wonderful. It was actually a semi-open-air bath rather than fully open-air, but apples were provided so we could enjoy an apple bath in the Room, which made my mother very happy. We also appreciated the free drinks. This time, a staff member told us there was apple pizza available, and we were grateful to be able to try it. It was delicious. As we already knew, the large public bath and the open-air bath are separated, so it’s a bit of a hassle to change clothes and move between them. However, the hot spring water is excellent, so we were glad we came. This time there was even a large apple floating in the bath, which made us feel you can enjoy something different each season. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the dining area felt small. I was disappointed that there weren’t any carts like I saw elderly guests using last time, but the salad selection was plentiful and tasty. Just like last time, there was no information at all about craft activities such as making herbarium items—maybe because we’re not part of a younger generation? My mother really enjoyed herself, so I’m glad we came.

We stayed as a group of four—my older sister, my mother, my aunt, and me—to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. Thank you for the flowers and message card delivered to our Room. Having photos taken during dinner also became a wonderful keepsake. You even prepared a special outfit for the 60th birthday celebration, which truly warmed our hearts. Since it was a weekday, the baths were not crowded, which was perfect for my elderly mother and aunt. For dinner (we chose a Plan with fewer dishes because two of us are elderly), everything was elegantly seasoned, and there were still enough dishes to leave us completely satisfied. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had in my life. In two years, I would like to stay again to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The Room size and the open-air bath were both just right for relaxing. The staff were also lovely, with the perfect sense of distance, and it was very soothing. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.
