I also feel that our trip to Kashiwazaki is made possible by all of this thanks to how supportive and wonderful the Hotel staff are. For breakfast this time we got lucky and enjoyed sea bream rice—an amazing meal paired with an amazing view. We were completely satisfied. While

We planned a last-minute trip as a couple, and never expected to find such a wonderful Accommodation available during the Obon holidays at such an affordable price. Dinner was impressive, featuring dishes that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, served on Hagi-yaki–style ceramic tableware. The buffet breakfast was also full of delicious options. While the annex is not very large, it felt newly finished and was comfortable. Above all, the location alone—an expansive view of the majestic Sea of Japan right below the window—seems worth tens of thousands of yen. The staff were warm and welcoming as well, making it an unforgettable stay.

I couldn’t find anything wrong! Thank you very much. I’ll be using your service again from now on.

A trip to Itoshima with three high school friends! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite!! Ocean views from the window, the bath, and even the bed. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Next time, I’d like to stay here with my family.

From the moment we checked in and spoke with the gentleman at reception, we couldn’t help but smile. Dinner featured local ingredients—shrimp, sashimi, Amakusa beef, and a delicious pork miso soup. Towels are provided in the large public bath. The horse-oil shampoo left my hair smooth and easy to run my fingers through, so I bought some in the first-floor lobby. Breakfast came with plenty of rice accompaniments. The whole family went back for seconds and left completely full. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind. Their knowledge of the ingredients, friendly check-ins, attentiveness, and smiles made our stay truly comfortable.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. Everything was very clean, and the front desk staff were outstanding. After climbing Mt. Rishiri, I was able to relax in the natural hot spring and soothe my fatigue. I could also watch the sunset from the open-air bath. The only thing I would ask is that, although the indoor bath is in a great location with an ocean view, it was hard to see outside clearly. I understand it must be difficult because sea spray quickly leaves marks, but it would be perfect if you could use something like a high-pressure washer so guests could enjoy the sunset even from inside.

One night with two meals (breakfast and dinner) included. The food is delicious and features local specialty ingredients, letting you fully enjoy the charm of traveling in the area. The room is spacious and clean, and it’s very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view.

This trip to Hokkaido was a sisters’ getaway for my older sister’s 70th birthday celebration. I requested a birthday message plate, and on the day you kindly prepared a private Room for us. The dessert message plate was wonderful as well! Dinner, including the grilled scallops, was absolutely delicious. I’ve been recommending to my friends that if they go to Otaru, they should definitely stay here. Thank you very much. The staff were so kind, and we really enjoyed talking with you. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that the in-room slippers were so thin they tore easily (though I was given a new pair). Also, I was on the 8th floor, and it was inconvenient to go down to the 4th floor first and then take a different elevator up to the 18th floor to use the bath. The view was great and overall it was good. Thank you.

The sea at sunset and at dawn was truly beautiful, and I never tired of looking at it. The Room was perfectly prepared, and I could feel the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was flawless. This Hotel was

We stayed as three generations—parents and adult children. The sunset from the Room was truly beautiful, and we enjoyed the contrast between the sea and the setting sun. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous—we were completely full. Breakfast also featured many

The ocean view from the second-floor Room—seen right past the bed—was breathtaking. I could also see the sea from the bath, which was incredibly relaxing. I was amazed at how beautifully I could see both the sunset and the stars. It’s a perfect resort where you can enjoy both oce

It felt like a true escape from everyday life. The views and the interior were both wonderful, and we had a lovely time! The cat was adorable too.

The open-air bath was truly wonderful, and the water temperature was very comfortable, so I could soak for a long time. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. It’s an Accommodation where I could really unwind, and I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

At the lounge, enjoying drinks and snacks while admiring Lake Biwa and the sunset was truly blissful. The meal venue provided carts for carrying trays, which was very convenient. All the meals were delicious. The amazake at the post-bath lounge is highly recommended as it tas

Blessed with great weather, we were first moved by the breathtaking views. For dinner, we chose Greek cuisine, and the course meal was not only delicious but also so plentiful that we were completely satisfied. Breakfast offered five options to choose from, making us feel truly

There were plenty of vegetables, everything felt nutritious, and I was very satisfied. The portions weren’t too large either, so I was able to finish everything. Dinner happened to be around sunset time, and when someone kindly said, “It’s just about sunset,” it helped me enjoy a

We stayed for our wedding anniversary with a Plan where we went fishing and the head chef prepared the fish we caught. We had such a wonderful time, and it was an Accommodation that made us truly glad we chose it for our anniversary. First, the atmosphere of the Room was fantastic, and it was lovely that you can see the ocean from every Room. It felt great to relax while gazing out at the sea from our Room. While fishing, we caught a fairly large fish that we both said might be a conger eel. We never expected it to be pike conger, so we were surprised when we found out later (laugh). If you bring the fish you catch back to the Accommodation by the designated time, the head chef will turn it into one dish for dinner. This time, our pike conger was served as a dish layering zucchini tempura and pike conger tempura, with ume plum paste and salt on the side. The flesh was incredibly fluffy and delicious. I think what makes this Plan special is being able to have “the fish we caught ourselves turned into such a wonderful dish.” It also became an unexpected travel memory. For dinner, I had mentioned in advance that I’m not good with raw fish, so they cooked mine through. They prepared it in ways that suited each type of fish—grilled or lightly seared—so I could enjoy everything deliciously. What left an especially strong impression was how attentive the staff were. They cleared away an egg-and-soy dipping sauce that came with sashimi once, but later my husband and I mentioned that since there would be udon at the end after Matsusaka beef shabu-shabu, “We should have kept that egg-and-soy sauce.” Then they brought us a fresh serving of egg-and-soy sauce, which made us very happy. It felt like they even noticed our small conversation; not only was the food excellent, but their thoughtfulness really stood out. During our stay there was also a group visiting from overseas, but because dining areas were separated, it never felt noisy and we could enjoy our meal at ease. The baths were also very spacious and well equipped—sauna; open-air bath; cold bath; jacuzzi; standing bath; and more. It was so nice that we wanted to go in again and again during our stay. The Room, cuisine, baths—and above all the considerate care from everyone on staff—were all completely satisfying. It became a wonderful stay worthy of our wedding anniversary. This is an Accommodation where we’d love to stay again for another special occasion.

I fell ill and had to ask my brother’s family to go in my place. My nephew loves rice, and I have never seen him eat bread. However, dinner was bread-based, so they assumed he wouldn’t eat much. Instead, they said everything—the dishes and the bread—was delicious, and the three of them finished a meal meant for four. They also told me breakfast was truly wonderful. My brother and his wife, who are constantly worried about their son, said they had a very comfortable Hotel stay thanks to the excellent care from all the staff. Thank you very much for your kindness. Thank you as well for the get-well gift for me. June is both my birthday month and your Hotel’s celebration month, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t visit myself. I hope to visit again soon.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!
