Enjoy the scenery with the Shuttle Service to the station. From the Room, an ocean view stretches out over a beach where you can swim, and in the distance you can see the silhouette of Mt. Fuji. The large public bath is a comfortable size, clean and well maintained, and the open-air bath also has a waterfall shower and a sauna room. Dinner lifted our spirits with a treasure-boat sashimi platter, and there were so many thoughtfully prepared, easy-to-eat dishes that we couldn’t finish them all. The simmered arame seaweed at breakfast was especially popular; we enjoyed coffee in the lobby lounge where carp swim to start the day. Seeing how hard everyone at this Hotel is working to train young international staff gave us a pleasant sense of an open-hearted future. It became a Hotel we want to stay at again.

I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included, and when I asked about sightseeing in Nagasaki, they recommended getting around by streetcar and kindly explained everything in detail using a handmade map. The Room overlooked the stadium, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent, so I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. After returning home, I realized I had left something behind, and they handled it politely over the phone. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my mother. To reduce the burden on my elderly mother as much as possible, I asked about the routes from our Room, and they provided a thorough explanation in advance. They also contacted us to confirm our stay, so we arrived feeling at ease. The Kaga-style dinner was very delicious, and the fireworks visible right in front of our Room were truly impressive—but above all, the Onsen. The spacious large public bath felt as if it continued into Lake Shibayama, and I ended up soaking for a long time. The morning bath while basking in the sunrise was also wonderful. The water was excellent. We were able to relax without any worries and spend a peaceful time. Thank you very much.

This villa resort was a place I had always wanted to stay at, and this summer my wish finally came true.\nAs soon as we parked, the staff greeted us by name before we even introduced ourselves.\nWe completed check-in while enjoying a welcome drink and fruit, then headed to our Room.\nSeeing the view in person—one I had only seen in photos—was truly moving.\nBoth the BBQ dinner and breakfast were excellent.\nSince this trip also celebrated my partner’s new job, I emailed to request a surprise dessert plate, and I’m very grateful for their thoughtful assistance.\nI’m so glad we stayed here—it became a once-in-a-lifetime memory.\nI hope to return again someday if I have the chance.

We were happy to see the energetic Hokkaido dogs again—Miyon, Dan, and Dolly! This Accommodation was satisfying in every way, from the Onsen to the meals, and they even moved our “repeat guest” plaque to our 8th car. Thank you to all the staff for your consistently warm and attentive hospitality.

We enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace while watching the sunset, and the private pool was equipped with life jackets, swim rings, and more, so the kids were happily entertained for hours. Since it was our nephew’s birthday, we celebrated with a surprise cake and made wonderful memories

This time, I stayed with my son and his wife. The small, guest-only bath is truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. At the shop, they made me a discount card, so I could shop at a great price. The meals are delicious, and above all, I love the staff’s hospitality and smiles. I stay here whenever I return to my hometown, and every time the attentive service is consistently excellent—it feels like a miracle to be able to stay at this price. I made a Reservation to unwind before the Obon holidays. I enjoyed a luxurious, unhurried stay—soaking in the in-room Onsen and doing nothing while gazing out at the forest. I’d love to visit again in another season.

I have stayed here several times, and I am always satisfied with the Hotel staff, the Room, and the breakfast. The cakes and bread at the lobby lounge & boutique “Fountain” are reasonably priced yet very delicious, and taking them back to my Room to enjoy is something I look forward to every time.

I stay here when I have business trips to the Suwa area. It had been a while since my last stay, as I hadn’t had the chance to stay recently. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially like the large public bath, and even on a one-night stay, I used it twice—at night and again the next morning. I’d like to stay here again on my next business trip.

Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. It was a truly memorable Hotel. The food in particular was outstanding; it may have been the best of any place we’ve stayed so far. Not only was it delicious, but the portions were generous—we’re big eaters, and even we left completely full. The Room was also wonderful, with a lovely view of Lake Biwa. Simply the best. To prove it, as soon as we got home we made another Reservation for the crab course—it's six months away, but we’re already excited to enjoy your料理 again. From the moment we were picked up, the hospitality had already begun. We were completely satisfied with everything—from the guidance along the way to the warm welcome after arrival. Of course, we also enjoyed delicious meals. In the morning, we woke up to a ship’s whistle. The ever-changing view of the tides was truly soothing. We would love to visit again in another season.

Last time, we arrived late and had No Meals Included. It was such a great Accommodation that we were disappointed, so this time we added a BBQ dinner and checked in early for a do-over. Even though it was midsummer, it was cooler from the evening and we could enjoy the BBQ, and the local ingredients provided were unbelievably delicious. There was plenty of food, and we even had a BBQ breakfast with what was left over! We were told rice wasn’t included, so we bought some at Roadside Station Onan no Sato and brought it with us. Maybe because of the BBQ smoke, even though it’s in the mountains, there seemed to be fewer bugs for some reason. As always, the inside was clean, easy to spend time in, and our whole family enjoyed a comfortable stay! Considering the price as well, this is the best Accommodation. Thank you to the owner.
