We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. In addition, all staff provided warm and attentive hospitality from start to finish, allowing us to spend a comfortable and luxurious time. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

I stayed here twice a few years ago, and I was truly happy to be able to return after a long time. All of the staff were genuinely pleasant, and I had a very relaxing stay. In particular, thank you to Mr./Ms. H (I’m using an initial as I’m not sure if it’s okay to share the name) who assisted with my check-in. One thing only: I used FORNI for both dinner and breakfast. At dinner, my meat was upgraded, but I wasn’t asked about my preferred doneness. At breakfast, we were told it would be a choice of main dish plus a semi-buffet, but later we were informed that choosing the Japanese set would not include the semi-buffet, which was a bit disappointing. Even so, this is truly a wonderful Hotel. I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed as a couple. We made our Reservation one week before our stay, and the only Room available came with a semi-open-air bath. The Room was very clean and spacious, facing the ocean—absolutely wonderful. The beach is right in front of the Hotel, and it felt like a private beach; we could take a walk at sunset and really enjoy the resort atmosphere. Not only was the in-room semi-open-air bath great, but the large public bath with an open-air bath was also very spacious, so we could relax and enjoy it at our leisure. For dinner, since we don’t eat much, we chose the standard course and it was more than enough. It seemed you could also order extras such as golden eye snapper, abalone, and spiny lobster. Breakfast was entirely self-service, and even if you wanted to grill dried fish (aji), you had to go get items like a pot and solid fuel yourself, which felt a bit inconvenient. Alcohol was free during dinner, which was excellent; however, there were no vending machines inside the Hotel for other times, so having to go out to a convenience store to buy drinks was disappointing. Considering the Facility and overall offering, it felt like good value for money; overall satisfaction was high, and we would like to stay again.

Both the facilities and the staff were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. Every staff member’s dedication and politeness came through in their service, making our stay truly comfortable. In terms of receiving hospitality that exceeds the room rate, I think it offers the best value for money in Tokyo. In particular, the gentleman in the Executive Lounge (the person on the right in the photo) was exceptional—his conversation, service, and cocktail-making skills were all truly first-rate, adding even more value to our stay. He kept an ideal distance while attentively looking after every guest. I give five stars to him for making us feel glad we stayed here and eager to return.

I stay here around the same time every year. This year again, I was able to truly relax and feel refreshed. The staff were attentive, and everyone was wonderful. There are more foreign attendants now, but their Japanese is excellent, and I imagine they are well received by international guests as well. I use a wheelchair, and the considerate support provided was just right, making my stay even more comfortable. Having an Onsen in the Room that I can enjoy anytime is also fantastic. I finally visited this long-awaited Hotel for the first time. I called on the day of arrival and requested Shuttle Service to Chokoku-no-Mori Station. Because the number of Rooms is limited, neither the dining areas nor the Onsen ever felt crowded, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, making it a truly meaningful stay. The cocktail pairing at dinner was a wonderful experience, with cocktails I would not normally order myself. Brunch also offered a wide variety of options, and it was a delight to enjoy champagne and wine from the morning. I felt this Accommodation is easy to use even for solo travelers. The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.

I stayed here to propose this time. The staff were fully supportive and kindly helped with everything—thank you! It made for the perfect proposal. I’ll be back.

The staff were very kind and helpful, which was great. The Facility feels a bit old, but it is kept very clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! I made a Reservation to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday. Since the Room was not a suite, it felt moderately spacious and not especially luxurious, but the view was great, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. It was pleasant to take walks at this Hotel by the sea, and many of the staff were kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the food was excellent. The seafood from the Genkai Sea and the sushi were all delicious.　However, the bath in our Room was fully visible from the beach and the road, which made it difficult to use. I feel blinds would have been more practical than curtains for both the window and the partition between the Room and the bath.

This was an excellent Onsen where you can truly appreciate what “free-flowing from the source” means, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The somen noodles in sea bream broth were delicious. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath, and it was soothing to see crabs in the garden and by the open-air bath. Time passed slowly, making this a relaxing Accommodation where we could unwind.

We reserved two cottages for three generations. With so many requirements, it was difficult to find an Accommodation, and we decided at the last minute again this time. Thank you very much for kindly accommodating our requests. When we arrived, our first reaction was, “Wow, what a great place!” We checked in at the café building and received the keys, and when we went inside everyone exclaimed, “Wow—it’s so spacious!” We were all thrilled. We chose the plan with two meals and had BBQ for dinner. Everything was set in the refrigerator—just grill it or heat it up—and the portions were very generous. The in-room Onsen bath had silky-smooth water that left our skin feeling soft. It was also wonderful that all four adults could sleep in beds; we were able to rest comfortably. For breakfast, we ate at the café right in front of us—the freshly baked bread was incredibly delicious. Our family also visited the Onsen Facility across from us and said they loved it as well—the water there was silky too and felt amazing. Not everyone drank it, but I personally loved the coffee bags in the Room—they were innovative and tasted great. We really liked everything. It became a favorite for our whole family, and it’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

I chose this Accommodation because I was planning to stay near Cape Irago for a motorcycle event. As others have written, the food is unquestionably delicious and plentiful. I was especially satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the sashimi. They served many other dishes as well, but I still felt full from the Iekei ramen I had for lunch, so I couldn’t finish the simmered fish or the hot pot—and that was truly disappointing because everything tasted so good. Next time I stay, I think I should skip lunch. Since we were leaving early the next day, I couldn’t eat breakfast, which was a shame, but the rice balls they prepared for us were very tasty—so it made me think breakfast must have been great too... The bath was out of order, so we used a day-use bath at a Hotel about a 10-minute walk away. I was tired and would have preferred using the Accommodation’s bath, but the Hotel’s large public bath felt great as well, so overall it balanced out and I gave 4 stars. I heard our Room would be on the third floor and thought climbing stairs might be tough, but there was an elevator, which was reassuring. The Room being a Japanese-style room felt comfortable for me. The toilet and sink area seemed to have been renovated; they were bright and clean—and of course there was a washlet toilet seat. Since we’re coming from Kyushu, it’s not easy to visit without a motorcycle event, but if there’s another opportunity, I’d like to stay again.
