Yamanashi Prefecture, known for its abundant fruit cultivation such as peaches and grapes, has long been famous as a wine-producing region. Our Property is located in "Katsunuma," an area particularly renowned for its thriving fruit orchards. Approximately 90 minutes from Tokyo and just about a 5-minute drive from Katsunuma IC, the location is highly convenient.
