I stayed here to visit Kiyotsu Gorge. It was my first trip to Niigata. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there weren’t many guests, so I could relax and take my time. At the Premium Lounge, drinks such as beer were all-you-can-drink, and the Onsen’s open-air bath was wonderful. Dinner was a course meal, and breakfast was a buffet— both were very filling! It’s right in front of the ski slopes, so it’s a perfect location for skiing in winter. The station is within walking distance, but they kindly drove me back to the station on my way out. They took great care of everything, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

Staying in a room with a private open-air onsen for a multiple night stay and catching up on accumulated work has become my year-end tradition. I plan to clear my mind during breakfast and dinner, but sometimes I overindulge and can't work after dinner. Still, this is my favorite accommodation that always leaves me fully satisfied. I also love that dinner is served in a private room.

This was Hawaiians’ first glamping Facility, and it was fantastic—from the Hawaiians pools to the glamping tents that stayed ice-cold with strong air conditioning. The showers and toilets were well equipped, and we could also use the large public bath in the clubhouse. Since this glamping site is built within a golf course, both the facilities and service were flawless. However, depending on your family’s situation: there are lots of insects! That’s part of camping/glamping, but our family doesn’t do well with bugs—our older daughter cried hard, and we couldn’t even focus on the BBQ. There are so many that bug spray doesn’t really help. From palm-sized longhorn beetles to what might have been scarab beetles we’d never seen in Kanto—if you understand this before staying, it’s an amazing location.

I had a comfortable stay. It’s not luxurious, but it feels like a compact and smart Hotel. The Simmons bed made for a great night’s sleep.

Thank you very much for your flexible support. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. We were able to rent a yukata for our dog—something she rarely gets to wear—and took some adorable photos. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Because our stay was on a tight schedule, we couldn’t go fishing this time, but our dog happily ran around in the spacious dog run, and we were very satisfied with our stay at this Accommodation. When we visit Nanyo or Shirataka again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The Hotel’s interior and Rooms are luxurious and refined, yet the staff were friendly and approachable without feeling overly formal. The meals offered a Japanese-Western fusion, carefully prepared and pleasantly tasty. The spa features a carbonated bath and a mist sauna, and it also includes tickets to Manyo no Hana in the neighboring Facility (I didn’t go to Manyo), so there’s plenty to enjoy. The only slight disappointment was that the Room toilet was inside the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great Hotel overall.

It was very close to the entrance of Akame 48 Waterfalls, making it extremely convenient for walking and exploring. The building is old, but the furniture and interior are refined and do not feel rustic. The food was also delicious. We went by car, and there is a steep slope in front of the Accommodation, so it’s best to drive carefully there. Some parts of the road on the way are narrow, but they are well maintained, so as long as you watch out for oncoming cars, there should be no problem.

Although it was my first stay, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was kind and made me feel comfortable. I visit the Tateshina area every year for an event, so this is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

I arrived by motorcycle on a rainy day, and they kindly allowed me to park in front of the entrance where it wouldn’t get wet, which made carrying my luggage much easier. I really appreciated that thoughtful consideration. The guest Room is a bit dated, but it was no different from a typical Route Inn. The Room key was the old-style type, which felt nostalgic. The Room was properly cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. Since I didn’t want to go out in the rain, I had dinner inside the Hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast was also similar to what I usually have at Route Inn, but it felt like there were more kinds of bread. Whenever I go touring, I enjoy staying at Route Inns in various places. Collecting Route Inn keychains is fun too.

It was a small Hotel, but it was clean and nice! There was a beautiful river right in front, and I’d like to go swimming there next time!

The Facilities were well equipped, so the stay was comfortable. It was great to be able to use the large public bath. The parking lot is small, and on snowy winter days it was difficult to park. Since app registration was required, check-in took some time; registering in advance makes it smoother.

Overall, it was excellent for this type of Accommodation. Dinner was a bit more than we could finish, but the seafood was very good. However, it was disappointing that the crab had very little meat.

We used the BBQ grill and a guest room. It was our first time having a barbecue with friends. We knew charcoal was sold here when we made the Reservation, but we didn’t know how many kilograms it came in, so we brought our own 3 kg bag from a home improvement store. (That was enough for us.) We also brought a grill grate, but we didn’t know the size of the BBQ grill, so in the end we bought fire starters and an additional grate at the shop. (The grate in the photo was purchased at the shop.) The bath area has one sauna and one hot tub, and the washing area is spacious and easy to use. It’s a Facility we’d like to use again if we have another chance.

I stayed here because it seemed convenient as a base for hiking. The building felt historic, but the location made it easy to find dinner nearby. The Onsen was very relaxing, and although I had a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast had enough variety each day and was delicious—I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when hiking around Kirishima. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation because this Accommodation was reasonably priced and fairly close for sightseeing in Karuizawa. On arrival, there was welcome coffee from Mikado Coffee, and amenities were provided as well. Please note that pajamas are not provided. The Room was spacious and even had two TVs. I was also happy to find Mikado Coffee drip packs in the Room. A few things stood out: the Room felt a bit dated, I would have preferred newer slippers, and I saw a small ant while taking a bath—so it would be great if there were screens or something similar (it wasn’t so bad that it ruined the stay). That said, the breakfast included was very luxurious and exceeded the price! Since Karuizawa has stylish cafes, I think it would be nice to have a No Meals Included Plan as well. Thank you for your courteous assistance with parking and for contacting me about an item I left behind.

Walking distance to the Blue Cave and a quiet beach with a private feel made for an excellent experience. The Facility offers free rentals of masks and shoes, as well as paid rentals for life jackets, allowing you to enjoy snorkeling even without bringing your own gear. Although there are no convenience stores nearby, the Facility sells drinks such as juice, water, alcohol, cup noodles, and frozen foods. A simple complimentary breakfast of bread, salad, boiled eggs, and coffee was provided. The staff were very kind, and this Facility is perfect for enjoying Ishigaki's nature at a reasonable price.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the scenery along the way is so beautiful that getting there is truly enjoyable. The moment I arrived at the Accommodation and stepped inside, I was genuinely moved by the wonderful atmosphere. Everywhere you look feels like a scene from a drama or novel—surrounded by beautiful architecture and furnishings, I was able to fully enjoy an extraordinary escape. The entire property was also impeccably clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. From my Room, I could gaze out at lush greenery, and the soothing sound of the river was so relaxing that I found myself listening for ages and losing track of time. The baths are private-use only (a large bath and a smaller bath), so I never had to share with other guests. Being able to soak in complete privacy and unwind without any hesitation was something I truly appreciated. And as for the meals—I chose a Plan with both dinner and breakfast included, and both were absolutely outstanding. For dinner, we went to Otowasanso for kaiseki cuisine. Not only was everything beautifully presented, but the dashi flavors were exceptional; I was continuously impressed from start to finish by these delicate dishes unique to Japan. The attendant who explained each course was warm and attentive throughout, which made it an especially happy experience. Breakfast was served on the second floor of Meitokuan. Freshly cooked rice, rolled omelet, grilled salmon, miso soup—each item was simple yet carefully prepared, leaving me feeling satisfied in both body and mind. Both dinner and breakfast were so wonderful that I honestly wished those moments would never end. If you stay at this Accommodation, I highly recommend choosing a Plan that includes both dinner and breakfast—you won’t regret it. Lastly, this was truly a lovely Accommodation filled with thoughtful attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality beyond what I can fully describe. I would love to visit again. To everyone who took care of us during our stay—thank you very much.

I’d been looking forward to the opening of La Vista Minami Aso and stayed during the pre-opening period. The previous Hotel also offered a magnificent, expansive view of Mt. Aso, and while that scenery remains unchanged, the interiors and Facility have been completely renewed. I was able to fully enjoy Aso in comfort—from the spacious lobby and Room to the baths. A few small notes: For the welcome drink in the lobby after check-in, I had coffee, but it would be even better if beer were available earlier (not only from 6:00 p.m.) and if decaf coffee were offered. As for dining, dinner was a La Vista–style course meal and breakfast was a buffet. Both featured many ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, and everything was delicious. I’d be happy if the breakfast buffet had a slightly wider dessert selection. The baths were wonderful as well—great views of Aso from the large public bath, plus private baths and a sauna. The post-bath ice cream and massage chairs were also a nice touch. It was disappointing that the probiotic milk drinks (Yakult) ran out quickly during my morning bath. The late-night ramen service common to Kyoritsu Resort was delicious (if I may be indulgent, I’d love it if there were two varieties like in Kirishima). Since it was during the pre-opening period, there may have been some areas where staff were still getting used to things; however, their sincere effort really came through. Wishing you all the best toward the grand opening. I’d love to stay again.
