From the beautifully maintained greenery at the entrance, we immediately felt a wonderful atmosphere and looked forward to our stay. Just as expected, the hospitality, cuisine, Onsen, and Room were all excellent. The meals were beautifully presented with lovely tableware and staging, and the dishes made with many local ingredients were truly delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary sake for my birthday. The attendant who took care of us was kind and warm-hearted, which made us feel very comfortable. This stay reminded us once again how wonderful Yamagata Prefecture is.

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

I chose Sapporo JAL City because I like the breakfast at JAL City, and I was satisfied. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the taste met my expectations. The relaxation area after the bath was very comfortable, and they also had ice cream, which I really appreciated.

The front desk staff always greet me with a smile, which I really appreciate. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there is a service where you can enjoy one free drink (alcohol or soft drinks) from the selection in the first-floor dining area, and it’s especially helpful for me since I don’t go out for dinner and can enjoy wine and more. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and I end up eating too much—but it’s something I look forward to, so I’ve already made my next Reservation because I want to stay again. This is my favorite Hotel.

As it is also a training facility, there is a large desk, making it very comfortable for those who work in the room. The shower had good pressure, drainage was excellent, and perhaps because it is still new, everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed allowed for a restful sleep. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast.

We had a very relaxing stay.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

We stayed here while sightseeing at Inuyama Castle. Each person had their own bed, so we were able to rest our tired bodies comfortably. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of options and was delicious, so everyone was very satisfied.

The Room was spotless, and despite it being a busy season, the large public bath was almost like having it to ourselves—I was able to relax and enjoy it both at night and in the morning. Above all, I was amazed by the incredible variety at breakfast! I’ve stayed at many places from budget to luxury, and I’d say this ranks among the top five in terms of selection. With plenty of both Japanese and Western options, I honestly think you should stay at least two nights just to fully enjoy the breakfast. I also loved that the bread selection wasn’t the usual lineup—there was a pretzel-like bread with a light salty flavor that was delicious. Also, my check-in happened to coincide with a time when a line had formed, but the staff were excellent—efficient and professional without being overwhelmed by impatient guests. (I didn’t realize my own mistake until right before check-in—thank you for your help.) You can go back and forth between the large public bath and the breakfast venue in loungewear, there’s even a coin laundry inside the women’s bath area (!), and beyond its unbeatable location right in front of Asahikawa Station with a convenience store on the first floor, this Hotel was truly full of charm.

At check-in, the female front desk staff member provided excellent service. She was smiling throughout and showed great consideration for us. At check-out, the male staff member’s service and smile were also wonderful. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and there was nothing to complain about. I would like to stay here again. We had a wonderful, memorable trip with our child! We arrived at the pool around 1:00 PM and were able to use it right away. Since it was a weekday, no one else was there, and we were probably the first to use the large public bath afterward as well—very comfortable. Since it was summer, we really appreciated the water dispenser and welcome drinks. Thank you to all the staff for their pleasant and helpful service. Throughout our stay, we could really feel that guest feedback is properly reflected in how this Accommodation is run. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide variety of options. The night pool also had a great atmosphere. We think this Accommodation is highly recommended for families as a hidden gem for summer pool fun. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance.

I arrived by motorcycle. At first, the parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but luckily there was an available space and I was able to park on the property. For breakfast, they served a local specialty—hittsumi soup—which was great and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

I was able to stay with a same-day Reservation. Since it was last-minute, I ended up using lots of the amenities. I was happy they even had hand cream. The breakfast buffet is the best part of my stay, and as always, the lemon steak and pudding were delicious—everything was tasty. This time, I tried the pancakes for the first time. They were delicious too.

I had been wanting to visit Kawagoe for a long time, so I made a Reservation at this Accommodation. I stayed alone as a woman, but the Room and the bathroom/toilet were clean, so I felt safe and comfortable during my stay!

We stayed in a twin Room. For a Hotel in the city center, the Room was spacious and exceptionally well cleaned, making our stay very comfortable. The staff seemed well trained, and the service was excellent. We had the Japanese set breakfast, which was delicious. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, and there is a subway station and bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. We would like to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

I stayed here three times in one year. It’s my favorite Accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet location. The hostess and her husband are so friendly and warm, and I looked forward to every visit. The food is always truly delicious. This time I stayed for two nights, and I was deeply impressed by how thoughtfully they changed the dishes each day. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the sea was also wonderful! The shared spaces were kept clean and comfortable as well. After traveling around Ehime Prefecture over the past year, choosing this place again at the end was absolutely the right decision. I will definitely be back. Please take care of yourselves and stay well. Thank you very much.

I stayed here the night before visiting Meiji Village. The building might be a bit old, but I was drawn to the natural onsen and made a reservation. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but the bath after check-in was not crowded, so I could relax. I used the microwave to heat up dinner that I brought to eat in my room, but since someone else was using it, I had trouble until a staff member at the front desk kindly offered to warm it for me there. The room's table was a small portable one, which I've never seen even in business hotels before. Not having face towels available was also inconvenient. At the hotel where I stayed the next day, bath towels were prepared separately near the front desk; it would be nice if they could do that here as well. The staff's service overall was very pleasant and accommodating. If I stay again, I'll make sure to bring my own towels!

Conveniently located near Yamato-Yagi Station, making it easy to travel in any direction toward Oku-Yamato. The Room feels a bit dated, but it is simple and clean. The bathroom and toilet were also clean, and I stayed comfortably. Breakfast is available for 500 yen; it’s like a café morning set, but surprisingly good.

The Onsen was wonderful. The guest room was clean and spacious. This is a Ryokan I would love to visit again.

Even after setting the navigation system, the destination disappeared along the way. Feeling a bit uneasy, we followed the signboards and drove deeper into the mountains on narrow roads—then suddenly, there was the Accommodation entrance. The warm light that appeared in that moment was a real relief. The staff’s welcome and service were also very courteous. We headed straight to the private indoor bath in our Room. Just as I was about to soak in the retro-style tub that felt like an old hot-spring cure retreat, a large hornet—stuck and unable to get out through the window—greeted us first. We somehow dealt with it using the free-flowing natural hot spring water (quite hot). Once adjusted to just the right temperature, it felt amazing on the skin and was incredibly relaxing. When my wife took her turn, this time a rhinoceros beetle stopped by to say hello. Just as explained in advance by the Accommodation, we had a rare experience surrounded by rich nature. From the scenic open-air bath, we enjoyed views of mountains stretching out as if they were ours alone. The meals were also carefully prepared. We were able to spend a truly unhurried time here.
