I stayed here once a few years ago, and this time we stayed with my mother-in-law. She was delighted with everything—the meals, the sunset view, the Room, the Onsen, the amenities, and the service. Thank you very much. My daughter mentioned that the hair dryer in the Room had weak airflow and it took a long time to dry her hair; she said she would have preferred a dryer like the ones in the large public bath.

We stayed for one night in a top-floor room. The windows offered a full ocean view, and we could see both the sunrise and Mt. Fuji. The open-air bath also had views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji—it was wonderful. The staff were very kind, and we found a hotel we want to keep coming back to for years to come!

Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I always stay here. No matter when I visit, the staff’s warm hospitality makes me feel relaxed and at home. This time, we came for a family birthday, and it became a wonderful memory. It’s a Hotel where you can unwind with peace of mind, thanks to the consistently welcoming service that never changes in the best way. I’ve already made my next Reservation as well. I’m looking forward to staying again.

I’ve stayed in the Standard Twin before, but this was my first time in the Deluxe Twin. I was able to relax in the spacious, large bathtub. The room was also nice and roomy, but I had to check out early and couldn’t have breakfast, which was disappointing. The card indicating where the hair dryer is located was small and hard to notice. It’s very convenient with a convenience store nearby inside the station and the airport bus stop right in front of the hotel. I will stay again.

This was my first trip to Iwate, and I stayed here. It was close to the station, very clean, and I was extremely satisfied. I was impressed by how delicious the honey served at breakfast was. The staff greeted me with warm smiles—thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

We stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. There were children’s toys, and the dog characters seemed fun for our child to look at. It’s very close to the outlet mall, and the view from the breakfast venue was wonderful with the ocean in sight. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

This time we stayed in a special Room with a private open-air bath. The water temperature was comfortable 24 hours a day, the tub was spacious enough for two people to relax, and the cypress wood rim added a warm touch—I think I soaked in it about ten times. We also had three bath towels each, plus a wide towel rack to hang them, which made everything stress-free. One suggestion: I used the open-air bath around 7 a.m., but the direct sunlight was very strong. It would be nice to have something like bamboo blinds to block the sun. We also used the large public bath, and as with other Kyoritsu Resort properties such as Dormy Inn, it had plenty of washing space and was easy to use. And when it comes to Kyoritsu Resort, there’s the late-night ramen service. Since this is Hakodate, they offer salt ramen in addition to soy sauce ramen. We expected breakfast—known for being popular—to involve waiting in line, but thanks to the special Room privileges they reserved our preferred seating (such as semi-private booths or window seats) at a designated time. That was great. Of course, the meal selection lived up to its reputation. All drinks in the Room were free—including whisky—and there was also a sparkling water maker. Overall it was excellent. The price is high, but given how well-equipped everything is, we felt it was worth it. We’d love to stay again if possible.

I think it’s wonderful that you improved based on the previous Review, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly even in the basement. The meals had also improved. I was touched by the surprise birthday gift. I’d like to visit again for a special occasion. It was a shame that the bath water temperature was on the low side and took quite a while to warm up.

It’s convenient to reach by rental car from Shonai Airport, and the ocean is right in front of you, so the views are wonderful. I’ve stayed several times in a Room with a semi-open-air bath and have been very satisfied. The spacious Room also has a washing machine, which is very convenient. The meals feature many premium ingredients, and overall satisfaction is extremely high.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great, leaving both our stomachs and hearts full. All of the staff were wonderful and very considerate, which made our time here truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Although we stayed during bad weather, we were able to spend our time comfortably. After reading the Reviews, I was a little worried, but the food was delicious and all the staff were very attentive, so we had a pleasant stay. In particular, one Japanese staff member—a beautiful woman who has a daughter and keeps cats—was extremely kind to us. Because it is a small Accommodation, we could relax in peace, and our Chihuahua also stayed comfortably. What concerned me was some dirt on the floors and on the futon/mats, and a smell like sewage. Since it is a pet-friendly Accommodation, I thought that might be unavoidable to some extent... There were a few minor concerns, but it was an Accommodation that made us want to return. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

I have been staying at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi for over 20 years. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was just right, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again during the Flower Festival next year.

The sunset was breathtaking and truly moving. The food was delicious, and I was amazed by the variety of sashimi. It was a shame that the sea couldn’t be seen from the bath, but all of the staff were kind, and I really appreciated it.

It was a pleasant building and Hotel with new Facilities. However, since we chose a small 15 m² Room, it was unavoidable, but as two people in a twin Room there was hardly any space to pass each other. Next time, I will choose the Room more carefully. Also, due to the layout, it seemed the only way to turn the entrance light on and off was to climb onto the bed and use the switch on the headboard, which might be difficult for elderly guests.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

I loved the bath, but the breakfast was especially high quality! I even had five freshly fried shrimp tempura in the morning! I’ll definitely stay again.

It was a lovely hotel with stylish rooms and a courtyard where you can draw fresh artesian water. The warm, smiling service from the front desk and restaurant staff helped me recover from travel fatigue. I also truly appreciated their courteous assistance when I asked to have an item I left behind in the room sent to my home. On the other hand, it was a bit disappointing that when I returned to my room from breakfast, two housekeeping carts were placed tightly on either side of my entrance door. Still, I enjoyed the wonderful artesian water and was very satisfied with the spacious, well-designed room. The market on the same property was also convenient for buying a variety of local specialties.

The building is old and shows some signs of age in places, but it is well cleaned and did not feel unpleasant. Breakfast seemed to be cooked on the spot, and considering the price, it was satisfying and very tasty. On the other hand, the Room was a bit small, and I had to move the chair each time I walked through. Personally, I think single beds rather than a double bed would have made better use of the space and been more comfortable.

We stayed in a twin Room with a view of Sakurajima for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was compact but had everything we needed, and we were able to relax comfortably. On the day of our stay, you kindly stored our luggage from the morning, which allowed us to head out for sightseeing around Sakurajima at a leisurely pace. When we returned to the Hotel, our luggage had already been brought up to our Room, which we really appreciated. The chicken rice for breakfast was very delicious. Combined with the calm and pleasant service from the staff who served it, it made for a wonderful breakfast time. The complimentary coffee was also excellent. The front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming as well. What made us happiest was, without question, the outstanding value for money. We also used early-bird and Multiple Night Stay discounts, but we were genuinely surprised that such high-quality service could be provided at this price point. My wife was also delighted and said, “It’s such a great Hotel—I’ve become a fan.” It turned into a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.
