We stayed as a couple specifically for the host’s guided tour, and thanks to it we were able to make a very satisfying pilgrimage. Thank you very much. Without the guide, I don’t think we could have felt this level of satisfaction or fulfillment. At each key point, he gave careful explanations and taught us what kinds of prayers are appropriate for the deities enshrined there. That was extremely important for our visit. As for the Accommodation, since it is rented as an entire house, it felt just like staying at home. We truly felt at ease and were able to sleep soundly. Thank you for this wonderful connection and opportunity. We would also like to express our gratitude for the guidance of the deities of Ise Jingu Shrine.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Everything we ate was delicious, and we enjoyed a very filling meal—simply the best! We were really looking forward to the baths; it was raining on the first day so we couldn’t use the open-air bath, but the rain stopped the next morning and we were able to go in. The view was amazing! If I had to say one thing, I would have preferred the bath temperature a little lower—it felt quite hot. Still, we’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes with excellent quality, and I appreciated how promptly empty plates were cleared away. There were several ice machines with water dispensers, and the Room also had a pitcher for cold water, so it was nice to relax in the Room and rehydrate after a bath. Overall, it’s a great Accommodation with a strong sense of cleanliness and hospitality.

This was our first stay here on a trip with four friends. The Room, the meals, and above all the service from all staff were outstanding. Every staff member was courteous and kind, and we truly felt first-class hospitality—worthy of a five-star Accommodation. Thanks to you, we were able to relax throughout our stay and enjoy a special time. The clean and comfortable Room, the wide variety of delicious and thoughtfully prepared buffet dishes, and the wonderful Onsen—all exceeded our expectations. Everyone in our group was very satisfied with this trip. When we visit Kusatsu again, we would definitely like to stay at Hotel Ichii again.

Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. The first Hotel in Japan to join Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). The highest level of comfort! They promptly accommodated a sudden Room change and provided wonderfully courteous service. Thank you very much. The same attendant as last time assisted us again, and everyone was delighted with the consistently excellent service. The Hotel’s atmosphere and the staff are always polite and kind—truly outstanding! We will definitely stay again.

This was my first stay, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the Room, spa treatments, baths, and meals! Since it’s all-inclusive, there were complimentary drink services in various areas, and it was wonderful to enjoy the café while soaking in the footbath. The amenities were well stocked, and perhaps because it was a weekday, the baths were almost private so I could relax at my own pace. There’s also a gym, making it an ideal Hotel stay. I’d love to stay again.

As this was my first time in Okayama, I planned my trip mainly around sightseeing in Kurashiki and made a Reservation at Ivy Square. I ended up arriving late at night because work ran over, but the staff greeted me with “Mr./Ms. XX, we’ve been expecting you,” and their warmth truly touched me. The Room Facilities were all new and spotless, and I was more satisfied than I had imagined. Since we were staying in the Bikan Historical Quarter, my husband and I went for an early-morning run, and having a coin laundry on-site was incredibly helpful. (I’d be even happier if there were a few more machines.) I also asked several times for help arranging taxis, and each time they responded quickly and very courteously. My husband and I found ourselves saying every day, “Everyone at this Hotel is so friendly and always smiling—amazing,” and it quickly became one of our favorites. Next time we visit Kurashiki, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the view of Lake Shinji from the window was wonderful. The water in the large public bath was slightly silky and left my skin feeling smooth. I did wish there were a few more washing stations. The fragrance placed in the elevator hall smelled amazing and really lifted my mood! I would definitely like to stay here again.

The Room was spacious, the Facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean, making for a wonderful stay. I made a Reservation without breakfast, but changed it and tried it—everything was delicious. Each ingredient left a great impression. Best of all was the staff service; everyone was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable. The next time I stay in Naha, I would love to return.

I still couldn’t forget the wonderful impression from our previous stay, so we chose to stay again on this special occasion—our family member’s birthday. During our stay, the Hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, and we were truly touched by their thoughtful gesture. Inside the property, we enjoyed strolling through the historic Kasuien and the beautifully maintained gardens, spending a relaxing time while feeling its long history and charm. Throughout the Hotel, you can sense the dignity and elegance that comes from being loved by many notable figures and historical personalities. For dinner, at my son’s request we had teppanyaki; not only was the food excellent, but the attentive hospitality made it a memorable experience. The spacious, comfortable Room and the soothing Onsen were also wonderful, allowing us to unwind and forget about everyday life. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it became an irreplaceable birthday. We sincerely appreciate everything. We would love to stay again when we visit Kyoto.

Great location. I was really torn about where to meet up with my daughters who live in Yokohama, but we decided to gather in Ryogoku. It was a great choice. It has convenient access not only to Yokohama, but also to Hamacho, Ginza, Oshiage, and Tokyo Station, so we agreed to get together again as a family before we parted ways. The chanko hot pot at breakfast was delicious.

Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was friendly and kind. Thank you for responding so quickly when we needed help.

This was our first time staying here. I stayed with my wife and our 0-year-old baby. Everything was simply wonderful. We were truly impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail and excellent service throughout. We made a same-day Reservation for a family of four, and were truly impressed by the warm, attentive hospitality. The Ryokan has a wonderful sense of history and is beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Located right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine, we were able to visit early in the cool morning, enjoy a delicious local breakfast at the Ryokan, and take our time shopping afterward.

We stayed in late August as a family of four (with a toddler and an infant). We have traveled to Izu many times and stayed at various Accommodations, but considering the price, this Accommodation was the best in Izu! Just as advertised, the entire building was tatami-matted—and we were surprised to find tatami even inside the bath area. Everything was spotless and very clean, and our children were happy to be able to walk around barefoot. The staff were also exceptionally courteous, and it was refreshing these days that everyone was Japanese. The food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes—we kept saying as a couple, “There’s more!?” From the Room we could see the ocean, and it’s also within walking distance. There is a foot-washing area and towels provided, so we were able to enjoy the sea both while staying in the Room and when going outside. It was a wonderful Accommodation we’d love to stay at again. We will definitely return!

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station with great access. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, I was told I could enter right away, which was a big help on such a hot day and gave me a chance to take a break. The entire building has tatami flooring, making it comfortable to spend time in the Room, and there is also a large public bath where I could relax and recover from fatigue. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The young male staff member on the floor was quick and efficient, which made for a pleasant start to the morning. Thank you as well for kindly assisting me with my inquiry about an item I left behind after returning home.

I stayed here again this time. The Room is always exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I accidentally forgot my facial cleanser, but it was available from the lobby amenities, which was very helpful. I was also happy to find a summer limited-time bath additive. I booked an early check-out Plan, and it was very convenient since it’s just a short walk to the Shinkansen ticket gates. I expect I’ll be traveling to Niigata for a while, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

I visited again after about a year, and as expected, many things had been improved. There were new systems related to cleaning, and even small touches like having tissue paper in the washroom. From the start, it was already a very convenient Hotel—with an amenity buffet, separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin in the bathroom—and I also loved how pleasant it was to be greeted by every staff member I passed in the building. On top of that, after check-in, when I asked at the front desk for extra towels, they arranged for additional towels every day during my stay. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention. Once again, it was a very satisfying stay!

Thank you for your hospitality. It rained that day, but on a clear day you can see Mt. Fuji straight ahead from the lobby. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning; the homemade yogurt and dressings were made with quality ingredients and were delicious. It was a continental breakfast, but we left feeling very full. The bath was clean, and we could see the night view of Gotemba from the open-air bath. On a clear day, you can also see Mt. Fuji straight ahead. The staff were polite and welcoming with warm smiles. This time, we requested a Room on the Mt. Fuji side and stayed on the second floor. Because it was labeled “Mt. Fuji side,” we assumed we would be able to see Mt. Fuji from the window, but in reality we could only see forest. In that case, I feel there was no need to make a Reservation for the more expensive Mt. Fuji-side Room. In any event, it was a very nice Hotel overall. Thank you very much.
