This Hotel is just as wonderful as the Reviews say!! There was a great variety of complimentary drinks, including some unique options like matcha latte and roasted green tea latte, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Above all, what impressed me most was how kind all the staff were!! On the day I stayed, Nagoya had torrential rain with weather warnings issued, and public transportation such as trains had stopped. The concert I had planned to attend was also canceled, which was very disappointing, but I was able to relax in this lovely Room, and it became a good memory in its own way!! I would definitely like to stay here again!

Being welcomed back with “Welcome home” always puts me at ease from the moment I arrive at the front desk. It was very crowded during the Silver Week holidays, but even so, the staff’s warm hospitality—such as wiping my rain-soaked suitcase with a spotless white towel—meant so much to me. The bath was just right, and as always, the meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Whether it was the food or the wine, I truly enjoyed a deeply satisfying time. I have an intense workload ahead through next year, but when I’m worn out again, I’d love to come back for some relaxation.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

Thank you for your hospitality. It was a very comfortable stay. All of the staff, including international team members, were kind and full of genuine hospitality, always wanting to help. As someone from Kyoto who’s used to a more reserved style, it felt refreshingly warm. Time seemed to pass slowly and peacefully. Even though I missed the deadline for the birthday plate (it had to be requested three days in advance), and some information about the hotel facilities was not quite accurate when I asked, none of that mattered because the stay was so pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also delicious. I stayed around the time of the Mid-Autumn Moon, yet the starry sky was still beautiful—so it made sense that this area is known as a great spot for night photography. Next time, I’d love to visit around the new moon. The planetarium also felt uniquely Miyakojima and was wonderful. It was a spacious property, and I had four days of complete relaxation—both mentally and physically.

Everything was wonderful—the hot springs, the food, and the hospitality. I’ve had kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) several times in Izu, but the simmered kinmedai at this ryokan was the best. I was surprised to see my daughter, who usually isn’t a fan of simmered fish, asking for seconds. The mini rice bowl—topping white rice with the sauce and fish—was absolutely worth making room for! Unfortunately, we didn’t have good weather and couldn’t do much sightseeing, but being able to stay at Hamanoyu made it a trip our whole family was truly happy with. We’d love to come again. We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

My first trip to Shizuoka was very comfortable. The Facility was new and pleasant. One disappointing point was that they couldn’t arrange a taxi, and when I was told to handle it ourselves because they couldn’t get through, I felt disappointed that some Hotels are like this.

All staff are kind and welcoming, and the “welcome home” atmosphere feels wonderfully comforting. Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. You can fully enjoy the luxury of having the view from the open-air bath in your Room all to yourself. I would love to visit again.

At this Hotel with wonderful interiors, I was able to relax in the Onsen, enjoy truly delicious vegan cuisine, and spend a very happy time. All of the staff were kind, helpful, and courteous—I was truly impressed. Next year, I’d love to stay for about a week and enjoy a slow summer vacation. It was such a lovely summer that it made me hope I could spend my retirement at a Hotel like this.

Dinner this time was kept simple, but the quality was excellent, and both the taste and portion were completely satisfying. If I may make one request, the udon and ramen noodles at the buffet tend to get soggy, so I hope you can find a way to improve that—it's a shame because the broth is so delicious. This time as well, the in-Room bath uses Onsen water, so I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in its soothing warmth. How luxurious it is to have Onsen water come out just by turning the tap! I also used the large public bath this time and fully enjoyed the Onsen. Above all, everyone on the Hotel staff provided warm hospitality that made me feel welcome to relax as much as I wanted, so I was able to unwind completely. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

We stayed here after hearing the pork cutlet ramen was delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed it for lunch. The pork cutlet ramen was excellent, and the beef bowl we ordered as well was also outstanding. We booked the lounge plan, and after lunch we visited the lounge; both the drinks and light meals were wonderful and very tasty. The Japanese set breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious as well. The service, meals, room, and view were all superb, and my wife immediately asked to come again. It’s about an hour door-to-door from our home, but we will definitely visit again to enjoy a special getaway. Thank you very much.

It all started with the courteous explanation from the front desk staff, followed by a luxurious dinner, a breakfast with a wide variety of dishes, and a spacious large public bath along with well-equipped hot stone spa facilities. Choosing “i+Land Nagasaki” was absolutely the right decision. We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary, and it became a wonderful memory. We’ll be sure to recommend it to our children as well.

The Onsen water has a silky, soothing quality and feels wonderful, but above all, the kids’ room was fantastic. Our 3-year-old grandchild loves it and had fun the entire time again on this visit. Seeing that happy smile is the best gift for us grandparents. This is our third stay this year, and we also have a Reservation for December 31 at year-end.

This was my first stay. Even though I checked in late, I was warmly welcomed. The room felt spacious for a single, and the furnishings were high quality, allowing me to relax both physically and mentally. I usually skip hotel breakfast, but after reading the reviews I decided to try it. The Japanese set meal was well balanced and generously portioned, and I was very satisfied. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, making it a very comfortable experience. I would like to stay again.

We stayed here during our trip visiting Yomiuriland, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Even before booking, I emailed several questions and received quick, polite replies to all of them. The staff were also courteous and kind. The hotel was very clean, compact, and nicely organized. One downside was that the toilet and bath were separate, but the bath was located beyond the toilet area, so only one person could use the toilet/sink area at a time. Since three of us stayed together, it took longer to get ready compared with a fully separate toilet room, and we had to be mindful of each other.

My first trip to Onomichi. I chose Hansei, highly rated for its outstanding cuisine. The kaiseki meals made with seasonal Setouchi ingredients were exceptional—each dish carefully prepared, and while true to classic kaiseki, they also incorporated new ingredients in a way that was both impressive and delicious. Even the pickles were finely scored with hidden knife work, showing thoughtful consideration for the guest. I was amazed by the high level of quality. The special sea bream chazuke (with sesame sauce) at breakfast was also superb.

As wonderful as the food was, what moved me most was the attentiveness and care shown by all the staff. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was excellent. One member of staff in charge of dining even quietly placed an extra dish beside a photo of a family member who could not join us at breakfast and dinner—an incredibly touching gesture.

The “Travel Memory Book” was something that staff had written for the first time, but it became a truly lovely keepsake—the carefully drawn illustration and message conveyed their warmth so clearly.

With such wonderful staff and delicious food, Hansei is a place I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I visit Kochi about twice a year, and this was my first time staying at the Comfort Hotel. The front desk staff, breakfast, and bed were all excellent, and I don’t think there are many Hotels that offer this level of service at this price. The on-site parking was full, but there were several affiliated parking lots nearby, which was very helpful. It would be perfect if in-and-out access for cars were included at this price, but I understand that’s difficult. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I’d love to stay again.

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.
