We chose this place because it was all-inclusive, and both the baths and the service were excellent. In particular, as someone in the same industry, I was truly impressed by the attentiveness and consideration shown by the Nepalese staff in the dining area. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time. Unlimited drinks from check-in to check-out was more than I could ask for as a beer lover—I enjoyed plenty. The open-air bath wasn’t too hot and felt great! We’d love to come back again! Thank you very much!

I stayed with my two sons, aged 19 and 17. The seafood bowl at breakfast was outstanding. In the evening, we enjoyed bowling and photo booths like when the kids were little. The Room was clean and wonderful. Perhaps because the large public bath uses natural Onsen water, it felt a bit slippery.

Breakfast was buffet-style for sides such as drinks, beer, and salads (there was also curry). For the main dishes, you order via a QR code—various kinds of toast and more—and you could order as many items as you liked. Everything tasted great, so choosing the breakfast-included plan was absolutely the right decision. However, it was disappointing that scratches and peeling were noticeable in places like the hallways, walls, and elevator corners. Still, even taking that into account, I’m glad I stayed here. (The location was also convenient—across from Euglena Ishigaki Remote Island Terminal and close to Ishigaki City Public Market.)

I don’t often stay in Kawasaki, but I thought this place was great. It’s clean. There are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, and it’s also directly connected to the station, which is nice. It wasn’t too far from the JR lines either, so it was really convenient for work. The free coffee at the entrance was appreciated as well.\nI had a hard time finding the elevator that leads to the entrance, but everything else was fine.\nIn any case, I was most surprised by how much cleaner and nicer Kawasaki’s streets have become.

Perhaps because of the location, most guests were tourists (non-Japanese). It was a great spot—just a few minutes’ walk to Namba Grand Kagetsu and Sennichimae Street. However, the sidewalks are narrow, so carrying large luggage might be a bit inconvenient.

I stay here often when visiting Miyakojima. It’s especially convenient because it’s close to Miyako Airport, so I almost always choose it for my last night. Even though it’s in the Business Hotel price range, there’s a pool and you can still enjoy a true resort atmosphere. Since it’s new, both the Room and the facilities are very comfortable. If you have a car, there’s a large supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. It also feels equally close to all the main sightseeing spots, so I never find it inconvenient. Thank you to all the staff for accommodating my sudden request due to a flight cancellation. I will stay again.

A male front desk staff member recommended a great place for dinner. He was very courteous, and I truly appreciate his help. The Room and the entire property were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

The staff’s hospitality was excellent. I booked a breakfast-included Plan, and the meal was beautifully presented, with delicious rice. At the on-site pastry shop, their desire for guests to truly enjoy the sweets really came through. I tried the silky pudding with vanilla beans and it was outstanding. It seems you can also buy pastries for takeout, so I’d like to stop by again when I visit Utsunomiya. Since weddings are held here as well, the lobby and other areas felt calm and pleasant. There is plenty of parking, so arriving by car was no concern at all.

Every year around this time, I stay for a Multiple Night Stay for work, and I really appreciate that even though it’s a tourist area, you can book a room-only stay. The Room is spacious and helps me recover from work fatigue. This time, unlike usual, they prepared an ocean-side Room for me, and I was truly grateful to be able to soak in the bathtub instead of just using the shower in the unit bath. See you again next year!!

We were able to relax in a spacious Room with a view of the pond. The Onsen had pleasantly silky water and wasn’t too hot, so we could soak at a leisurely pace. Meals were buffet-style, which was great because we could choose what we liked. There was also a wide selection of drinks and desserts, and it was fun to choose.

We used Reserve for his birthday. The guest room and Facilities were very spacious and spotless. This Accommodation pays close attention to every detail, from the building itself to the furniture and small touches. It was exactly as imagined, with wonderful hospitality—we were completely satisfied! Breakfast was very luxurious; I chose the Japanese set meal, and there was also a salad and dessert buffet, so we were fully satisfied from the morning. The space was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come again, and it’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to friends.

The food was high quality, and the service was excellent. The bath was very relaxing, and the Room was clean. Since we stayed on a weekday, it wasn’t very crowded. We would like to stay again.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath. The Facility was clean and relaxing, and we were able to unwind at our own pace. We truly appreciate how kindly and thoughtfully you accommodated our requests, such as a surprise cake and extra bath towels. Breakfast was delicious too!

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

Although the weather wasn’t on our side, we still had a wonderful time thanks to how amazing RISONARE Kohamajima is. Thanks to your help with both our arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. We had seconds of paella for dinner and French toast for breakfast. The meals truly reflected the local character, and we were very satisfied. We took several walks from our Room to the beach. In the evening, we came across a group of peacocks, and at night the road was dark—but because there were no surrounding lights, the stars were beautiful. We also found glowing insects by the roadside; later, a staff member told us they were flightless fireflies. It became a very special memory. This time we could only do a few activities due to time constraints, but we’ll try more next time! When we arrived in bad weather, we felt disappointed, but by departure day we found ourselves saying on the way home, “There were so many wonderful people.” We owe this lovely experience to all of your staff—thank you very much.

The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. We would like to stay again.

I finally got to visit Shirahone Onsen and soak in its milky-white waters. The meals and the hospitality/service were just right, and I had an even better time than expected.

This is the reliable Route Inn. It’s right in front of the station, yet parking and breakfast were both free. We went to Tsuruga for a day at the beach, so we checked in late and checked out early—just needed a place to sleep—and this Hotel was a great value thanks to its cleanliness and large public bath. The bath was clean and the water temperature was comfortable, but the women’s area could use more washing stations. We also enjoyed the plum juice in the lobby. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

Check-in is automated, and you need to pick up amenities from the front desk, but staff are always there to assist with check-in, and security feels very solid. The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, plus there was a separate sofa and mini table, and plenty of power outlets. There are four wall-mounted hangers which is convenient, but there is no closet, so it may not suit guests with lots of clothes. A carry-on suitcase fit easily by the bedside. You can see the Hotel from the Shinkansen exit, and although the subway entrance has stairs, it’s right in front of the Hotel—very convenient. I’d like to stay again.
