The observatory where we looked up at the night sky was a wonderful experience, made even better by the clear and easy-to-understand explanations from the young female guide. Thank you very much. However, the bathroom sink drain in our room was clogged and barely drained at all. Please improve this.

As I prefer gluten-free options, I usually stay at Japanese-style Ryokan with mainly Japanese cuisine. This Hotel also offered gluten-free meals, and the Room was clean and functional. The staff provided excellent service. The view from the Room was outstanding. I’ve already made my next Reservation.

This was my first stay. The in-room open-air bath was amazing. Check-in after arrival was easy, and the service was smooth—nothing to complain about. I was very satisfied with both the dinner and breakfast buffets. Although it’s a long-established hotel, they’ve made many thoughtful improvements, and I’d like to continue supporting them for years to come. I also felt that enjoying the hot springs in winter would be especially appealing.

While the building shows its age, it is kept very clean. We noticed many thoughtful touches from the staff, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. At breakfast, an older staff member worked efficiently, and my mother in her 80s was impressed. The location was also great—close to Sapporo Station, the Clock Tower, and the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building—so we could take a walk and do some sightseeing after breakfast.

On our first trip to Hokkaido, we stayed here as a family. We were assigned a room in the main building, which made it easy to get to the baths and dining area, and our 86-year-old grandmother was especially pleased. The meals were outstanding, featuring plenty of ingredients from Biei—far more delicious and distinctive than a typical hotel buffet. In particular, the potato soup, whole grilled carrots, and rich soft-serve ice cream were unforgettable. Our whole family had a wonderful time together. We would love to stay here again when we visit Hokkaido in the future. Thank you for your warm and heartfelt hospitality.

It was truly wonderful. We checked in after dinner, but there were welcome drinks and even snacks, and the front desk staff were very friendly, making our stay comfortable. In the morning, we walked past Yokohama Stadium to Chinatown for breakfast porridge. The location is excellent, and I would love to stay again.

This stay was once again completely satisfying. We were blessed with great weather, and from our high-floor room we enjoyed a spectacular view, including a beautiful sunset sinking behind the Rokko mountain range. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent and made us feel happy from the start of the day. This was a return visit, and we were truly touched that the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. Even when staff members change, consistently delivering “stable, first-class service” is proof of a truly outstanding Hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making our stay genuinely comfortable.

I have stayed here several times, and once again I had a wonderful time. I also enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and the warm smiles and thoughtful hospitality of the front desk and restaurant staff made my stay truly relaxing. I’m really glad I chose this hotel. We stayed here with four adults—my parents and us as a couple. This was our second visit, and we were able to relax thanks to the seasonal cuisine and wide selection of drinks. Since everyone has different preferences, the all-inclusive plan made it easy for all of us to enjoy both the meals and the baths, making it a truly wonderful trip.

This was my third stay in a row (three consecutive years), and once again I had a very satisfying stay. I feel this Hotel is thoughtful in every way. They have a large public bath, a pool, and dedicated areas for washing and drying diving gear. The in-house voucher service for choosing light cleaning, hangers in the bathroom, and charging cables for smartphones are also services I truly appreciate. Honestly, there are probably many more luxurious Hotels in terms of facilities, but at a reasonable price you can fully enjoy a resort atmosphere here—and when you consider cleanliness and an overall satisfying Hotel stay, I don’t think there’s anything better on Ishigaki Island. I’m usually the type who wants to try different Hotels each time, so I rarely stay at the same place repeatedly, but I’ve stayed here three years in a row and would like to return again next year as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be great if you could add more reclining chairs by the pool (even if it makes the regular seating area a bit tighter).

This was my first trip to Iwate Prefecture. It’s far from home, so I hesitated a bit, but since I could use a municipal Discount Coupon, I decided to book—and I’m glad I did. I had seen a Review saying check-in took a long time, but for me it was around 3:50 p.m. on a weekday and everything went smoothly with no issues. The Room was new and impeccably clean. It was a Room with a semi-open-air bath, and I really appreciated having two bath mats and two thick bath towels per person. The tuna carving show was fun, and the food was delicious. What impressed me most was the excellent service. I wish I could give six stars! From the Shuttle Service driver from Morioka Station to the dining staff—everyone was polite and kind. The temperature of the open-air bath in my Room felt a little cool late at night, so at 5:00 a.m. I called the front desk even though I felt bad about it. They came to my Room right away without showing any displeasure and adjusted the temperature for me. They were so pleasant that it left me feeling warmly cared for, and it really stayed with me. The reason I rated “Guest room & amenities” as 4 is that there were no towels in the toilet area of the Room, and there were no shower caps or hair ties. For women who take multiple baths, these are essential, so please consider providing them. I’m truly glad we made the trip. Even my usually critical husband praised both the meals and how comfortable the Room was. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for giving us such wonderful memories. I would definitely like to stay again.

N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

The Hotel we chose for our first trip to Ishigaki Island Everyone was surprised by how spacious the Room was—it’s a space that makes you think, “Is this what an ideal villa stay feels like?” Since our goal for this trip was simply to relax, choosing UBUFURU was absolutely the right decision. Because they don’t accommodate many guests, we were able to spend quiet, fulfilling time there. Breakfast didn’t have a huge number of items, but that actually let us savor each one carefully. Having a washing machine in the Room made it easy to do laundry at our own pace, and we realized it quietly adds a lot of comfort to the trip. If I had to mention an area for improvement: I would have liked the sauna temperature to be a bit higher. The cold plunge temperature and the outdoor relaxation setup were excellent, so improving this point would make guests even happier! Thank you as well for preparing a BBQ dinner on short notice on our second day. Being able to eat at our own pace with family while looking out at the ocean became a wonderful memory. As mentioned in other Reviews, be careful if you do it in the Room—smells will linger no matter what—so I recommend doing it on the balcony instead. All of the staff maintained just the right distance without being intrusive, while still responding properly whenever we needed something. Thank you very much!

I stayed here because it’s close to the golf courses in Fujikawaguchiko Town and Narusawa Village. For an overnight stay before golf and a multi-night stay, the location is great: a convenience store, a large supermarket, and a well-known houtou restaurant are all within walking distance. In terms of facilities, I could use the large public bath from early morning, which helped me wake up properly, and there’s also a coin laundry, so I didn’t need to pack much. I usually have breakfast at the golf course, but next time I’m interested in trying the hotel’s breakfast buffet as well. Best of all was being able to see Mt. Fuji right in front of me from my room window.

Just a short walk to Fugan Canal Kansui Park. Also close to the Toyama Glass Art Museum. And super close to Toyama Station! Perfect for sightseeing with Toyama Station as your base! The Hotel itself is clean and there’s nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

I found this hotel while looking for a place to stay for a trip to Ise-Shima. It wasn’t too far from the station, and it was close to the coast and Meoto Iwa, so we really enjoyed walking around. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. If we have the chance to visit Ise-Shima again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed one night in a High Floor Superior Room. The view from the room was stunning, and the sunset over the ocean was beautiful. The bathroom in the room was spacious, and having a large public bath with ocean views felt truly luxurious. The room was generously sized and comfortable, and it made me want to stay longer. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes as well as Okinawan cuisine, all high quality—I was very satisfied. The location is convenient not only for Motobu and Nakijin but also as a great base for exploring northern Okinawa.

You no longer need to bring detergent for the coin laundry, and cashless payment is now available in addition to cash, making it more convenient. It was also helpful to be able to check the laundry operating status on the Room TV.

We stayed here to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday. Only my parents stayed overnight; after I escorted them to their Room, I left. The proprietress remembered that it was for his 88th birthday and arranged a surprise celebration with the staff. Both my father and mother were truly delighted, and I’m told it became a wonderful memory—thank you very much. This is a lovely Ryokan with exceptional hospitality.

It was conveniently located relatively close to Kokura Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room was also clean. Breakfast was at 6:30, and since I checked out before 7:00, I couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.
